I appreciated the indoor hallway to the event center. This was a stay of necessity as we had one of the heaviest snow and freezing temperatures. Thank you for not charging us for parking!! Paying for parking is rediculous when you already are staying for the entire weekend.

My only dissatisfaction was with the food service. Breakfast ended at 10 and lunch didnt start until 11. Dinner was sporadic. Never figured out when they opened. The bar didnt open until 2:30. However our server, Avery was excellent. Had a fire in the hotel at midnight and the manager comped my room that day.

Check in was nice! The floors in our bathroom were dirty with other people’s hair on the floor. Only one elevator was working and at times had to wait 15 minutes to get to a level because of how busy it was that weekend. The only stairs took you outside!

The only complaint I have is the pool area had used towels everywhere but I know that’s not a staff issue and more of a people that stay there are just lazy. This is my go to hotel when I travel to SF.

The breakfast was horrible. Very cold. Was told we would get vouchers for breakfast. Get down to breakfast and ask, no the vouchers were not included with the rate you paid. The room was so humid the carpet felt wet, and the whole room had a musty smell.

We arrived after driving 25 hours and needed dinner. The bartender was insistent that we sit at the bar to eat but we are not drinkers and did not want to. I asked for a cup of tea and he said he does not serve hot drinks. My burger was practically raw in the middle. Our shower was accessible and it was so slippery that both of us almost fell. They had a piece of plastic on the floor to stop the water from going everywhere. There was pink fungus in the corners of the shower. For a Sheraton, it was a disgrace.

stay was overall good, surprised by the stains on the carpet and no microwave in the room. Bathroom floor was sticky, otherwise the stay was good. Restaurant had great food and service was great.

Went to the Luke Bryan concert.After we got back to our room,the noise from the ac/ heating was so loud,we couldnt sleep.They gave us a king size room at 1:00 in the morning in a handicap room and it was still noisy and smelled like urine. For 235.00 we felt robbed. They initially wanted to move us to a standard bed with no discount.Will never stay here again!! Very disappointed!!

The room was good. We were very impressed with the space and the cleanliness. The shower had very, very poor water pressure and it was actually difficult to use. Other than that, the room was fine. Slightly dated and the tv was very small and out dated, but fine. The service and the breakfast Buffett ($17 per person) was very disappointing. It was fitting for a Days Inn, not a Marriott line of hotel. The server was quite rude and we felt unwelcome and uncared for. This left a sour taste in our mouth and we will doubtfully return to this property in the future unless we are assured things have changed.

In truth, there's nothing to review. We arrived before our concert at the Premier Center next door and were told that they "overbooked ... like an airline." We prepaid for our room months ago and, as of this morning have not been refunded yet. Very frustrating. They arranged for us to stay at a different hotel and after I asked for transportation to and from the concert, they did provide a shuttle for us. The shuttle drivers were very kind and we still enjoyed our plans, but it was definitely disappointing and frustrating to be turned away from the room that we booked and prepaid months ago. Regardless of whether it is standard practice to treat customers this way, it doesn't make it okay. I expect to be refunded immediately.

For the 2nd time in less than 6 weeks, they overbooked for a concert. We checked in at 5:30 and there were no rooms available. They could give no explanation as to why or what they would do for us. They told us to "check back later". Luckily, we had a family member that had a room we could go to get ready for the concert. About an hour later, they called to say they had a room for us. I booked 4 rooms for this concert. We could not have been farther apart. Parking was a nightmare. Some had to park at the events center next door. When you pay $300+ for a room that normally goes for about $150, you expect to be taken care of. The check in personnel were complete drips...fumbled around with no explanation or options whatsoever. To say we were highly disappointed is an understatement. The last time we stayed they also overbooked. They need to put some checks and balances in place and also give their check in staff some customer service training. Their indifference to our situation was really maddening.

I tried checking in at 4pm and 6:30pm. The hotel was unable to get me into my room, as they had no clean rooms. I was working at the convention center for a fundraiser, and had driven 2 hours to get to this location and reserved my room weeks ago. I ended up having to get ready in a bathroom in the convention center. Hotel staff was friendly and apologetic, however I spent a lot of money to not be able to use my room until 8pm that evening. No other amenities were offered to store luggage, get ready, etc…very disappointing.

I always ask to be placed away from the elevator since room near it can be noisy. And they made a point of giving me a nice room away from elevator. Lovely fit and finish in the rooms. When I checked out this AM the hotel registration staff member was sooo friendly. Always my preferred hotel in Sioux Falls, and near airport.

The glass on one of the photos in the room was cracked, There was no bathroom fan and when showering, the tub did not drain. Checkout was noon, but a maid tried to enter 3 times prior, as early as 8:30. There was not a do not disturb sign to put on the door. Room seemed clean and beds were comfy, very convenient location connected to the Denny Sanford Center, but get there early if it’s an event night or you won’t find parking as parking is public not private to hotel.

I stay here almost every time I come to Sioux Falls. It's nice to be out of the hubbub of the more commercial areas of the city and my kid really loves the glass elevator and the waterfall in the lobby. I tried to get room service this time to support the hotel and it wasn't the most user-friendly experience, but it was really good food when it arrived.

The only reason we stay there is that it is connected to the Denny Sanford center. Paid over 300.00 for a one night stay and NO free breakfast in the morning. When in SF for any other reason other than a concert, we stay some where for less money and they have free breakfast

Beautiful venue for the writing conference I attended. My only comment is that there was no coffee other than in the room. The restaurant did not have it on the menu after breakfast. No coffee urns on main floor by the conference room.
