This hotel is one of two that I stay at when in Harriman. Quiet at night and a clean, nice place to stay. I only have 3 wishes for this place. 1) a bacon option for breakfast, 2) some music in pool area, they have a speaker but silence, 3) my own selfish request is a hot tub. I stay at many Holiday Inns with hot tubs by the pool and so relaxing after a long drive there. Otherwise this place is great😊

The facility was mostly clean, rooms had basic amenities, and breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. However, when I took my kids to the pool I noticed areas of the bottom of the pool that were brown and slimy feeling.

Was put on the first floor. Right next to the gym people working out all night. Next to the ice machine. Heard that much of the night. New people coming in. Two drunk women going down the hall trying to open other people doors. Didn’t sleep at all the night. Never had this last time we stayed.

The service was amazing; however, the price was extremely high per night for the hotel and location. The hotel was not very clean. The lady at the front desk was so kind she moved us without any hassle. She was great.

Everything was great expect our room smelled very bad! The shower curtain was soured and it stunk up the whole room. I asked for a new one and they never changed it.

Stayed on 3rd flr room smelled of paint,gave me a headache. No hot water when trying to shower. Water pressure low. Bed was comfy. Tv was mounted crooked as can be. Safe was locked couldnt be used.

any negative comments. Listen to me. Check-in was professional, warm, and courtesy thank you Jamie. The hotel is very, very clean. The rooms are immaculate to say the least.. The beds.... the best sleep ever. They have all the toiletries you need. Its was quite (of course there were no tournaments going on at time of my visit). Breakfast-The area was remarkably clean, food is great and the service excellent. Thank you Carol and Misty. Shout out to all the staff for the upkeep of this hotel. It takes the whole staff to keep this up.

We stay in this hotel regularly while visiting family in the area, it's always clean, the staff is amazing, and breakfast is great. This specific trip we ended up with a member of our party extremely ill and the manager, Cherry, and all the staff went way above and beyond to accommodate our situation. It was Christmas eve and their help turned what could have been a nightmare situation for us into an overwhelmingly positive experience. We highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

It was horrific. The staff is absolutely incompetent and they were incredibly discriminatory against the 2 handicapped members of my party. They also sold one of the rooms we were staying in out from under us even though our reservations were made months in advance. Also several unauthorized charges totally nearly $1000 were placed on my card. There are possible legal issues pending at this time.

Room was truly excellent. Clean beds comfortable well maintained. Large for what they were which was a HUGE deal for our large family. There were some minor things. Getting in requires a u turn wasn’t super visible at night. Pancake thing for breakfast was broken but otherwise standard hotel breakfasts. A few stains on the floor, etc.

This holiday inn express is NO Comparsion to the one in Lebanon TN we stayed in 2 nites prior We were given a Handicap room with a tiny sink and one tiny mirror on the wall what we found intersting was the Handicap room had a Tub shower so how could a handicap person possibly get in the shower The Breakfast was not got at all the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls were dry and hard

Our stay was so much more than expected. From the super friendly staff upon checking in to the soft inviting beds. The hotel was so clean. The morning breakfast had many delicious offerings. Even the view from the front drive was beautiful. I would stay here again and again.
