Very centrally located lots of eateries, Family Restaurant supurb. Pet friendly no problems breakfast was sufficient with assortment, eggs. Bacon sausage eggs, waffles, fruits.

Overall it was clean and beds were comfortable. However, there were some patrons who were verbally fighting very loudly using crude language outside at the pool and outside one first floor rooms a party was going on with people inside and outside the room. Felt a little shady there.

This 2 story old motel with outside room entrances should NOT be a BW hotel. Outdoor entrances mean you will have a noisy night. Breakfast was so so.

They need more variety of breakfast. We stayed for 8 days and all we ate for breakfast was egg and sausage. The water in the pool was green and dirty. The bed sheets were stained. The receptionist was nice and friendly

The room we slept in was fine. The bathroom was pretty inadequate. The walls and floors were in need of repair. There was no stopper in the tub. The pool was not working and fill of dirty leaf filled water.

When I got into the shower, the water in the tub turned filthy from what I had tracked in on my bare feet from walking around the room. It ruined my idea of everything else. Wondering what else had not been properly cleaned. The shampoo bottle was partially opened and wasn't full. Guess what that probably means?

Very nice, the woman working the desk was super kind and helpful. The rooms were kept clean, albiet the bathrooms were quite tiny (wasn't expecting it to be the size of a small closet haha) but overall it was a pleasant stay! There are large, roach-like beetles outside the stairways, but they never seemed to be in the actual building.

The hotel is rundown and dirty. I use the “Book a room tonight” feature on the Expedia app only to realize that tonight was actually tomorrow night because it was slightly after midnight. This resulted in a nonrefundable hotel purchase that the clerk at the hotel said would be refunded without any problem at all, but they would have to hear from Expedia. Expedia claims they’ve contacted the hotel. I personally contacted the hotel twice who says they have not either way both parties are wrong. I should’ve been issue a refund. I made an algorithm error using their application and there’s no doubt in my mind. it was set up that way to take advantage of people traveling at night. Abhorrent service seems to be the norm and Expedia is no exception. I’ll never go to the crappy hotel again ever wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for the app anyway and I’ll never use the app again. These thieves can kiss my A55.

Not really the type to leave reviews but I’m really confused to why this place had so many good reviews. That’s why I booked a room here. Place was literally disgusting. I guess for the price I paid that’s what you get. I booked a non smoking room but it still reeked of cigarettes. Literally reeked. Not “oh someone smoked in here once” it was more like someone smoked in that room every single day for the past 20 years. Room was also so hot…guess the air conditioner didn’t work. Now for my favorite part. WHAT IS SPLATTERED ON THE CURTAINS. SERIOUSLY!!! LOOKS LIKE BLOOD TO ME!!! looks like someone tried to clean it in the past but gave up. IF ANYTHING!! Why not just replace the curtains. Literally so gross. Don’t really care about a refund or complaining to staff that makes minimum wage. Just wanted to leave a review to let others know…

Ended up leaving midway through my reservation and staying at the Hilton across the street. There were no bedbugs (I checked before I brought anything into the room), but there were bugs in the bathroom. The ceiling above the shower was sagging and looked like it was about to collapse. I would honestly stay at the Jackson Motel (which is a weekly rental motel…) before I stayed in this motel again. The staff seemed nice, and the housekeeper checked to see if we wanted the room clean which was nice.

Not impressed. The first room we were in had a broken heater/air conditioning unit with a noisy rattling fan that you couldn’t turn off. We complained and they offered us another room, which we took. The first room still had someone in it so they found another. The next room had a freshly painted table that said not to use but otherwise we thought was OK. After settling in, we found an intermittent squal coming from the bathroom vent. It was the high pitch sound like when you shut off a water faucet. It went on all night. Closing the bathroom door muffled it somewhat.

Rooms were outdated and bathroom was so tiny you could barely close the door. Outside is dirty. Very little maid service and had trouble getting room cleaned. Dingy and dark. Paint job was awful. Too much stuff to list but definitely would not stay there again.

I didn't realize this had exterior entrances when I booked it, and upon arriving to find this, I expected the worst. The room was surprisingly nice as everything had been updated. Only problem was that the TV didn't work and the room smelling like vape.

Same level as a Motel 6, old, run down, can hear the cars in the parking lot and its right next to the freeway and very noise. Looks like a kid painted it. Lots of wall/furniture scratch's, scuffs, very unkept. Old small bathroom with mold. The only saving grace was we were able to control the window fan so we ran it all night as white noise to try to muffle the outside noises. We didn't eat at the breakfast. We would not stay here again.

We got up to have the hot breakfast at 6am to find the front door locked and nobody there for breakfast or to check out. We left the keys in the room and had to have McDonalds for breakfast. Room was nice breakfast not so much!!

Where’s the checkin clerk hiding? Sign says we’re helping another guest. (Hang on, I’ll tell you). After waiting about 5 minutes for checkin clerk, I had to go to the potty. I nicked on the the restroom door and guess where I found the clerk? Still had to wait several minutes for her to come out.

Vagrants living outside the hotel. Drug dealling going on. Very unsafe for a single woman ,miles from home. Hotel falsely advertised. Many more hotels nearby clearly safer. Should be awarded a partial refund.. After traveling from florida for 11 hours heading to Michigan, I couldnt handle dealing with your customer service. I use you frequently. I also have a current trip planned in October. If I do not hear from you with some kind of grievence I will be cancelling and re- routing that trip and any of those to follow through another agency. I wish Expedia would pay more attention to the properties they represent, and the consumers they potentially could be placing in harms way.woman's

This is an older property that has been somewhat remodeled. It was a decent place to stay, bed was fairly comfortable. The staff was polite and room was clean. The breakfast was well stocked. I would stay again.

We had a leak in our room that I used the waste paper basket to catch or our bathroom floor would be wet all the time. Supposedly they fixed it but they didn’t. This breeds mildew and you could tell that was a problem. The breakfast was inadequate. Coffee had not been brewed for the day and was cold. Supplies were down to 4 slices of bread, 3 bagels and maybe a hand full of unappetizing looking eggs and cold sausage. This was at 6:30 am. I felt for the rest of the people because they were going to have anything to eat. There were families there and they count on feeding their children something to eat and there was nothing. Management didn’t seem to care. Very disappointed in Best Western. Usually fine. The only thing I can say is that the room was clean.
