Checked in found out we didn’t have water till 6pm. We’re are traveling to attend a funeral where the showing is from 3-7. The. Found out we won’t have water tomorrow after 9am. Which the service is at 11am so we have to get up early to complete hygiene activities and hope we don’t need to use the restroom. Main issue, I called and asked about the construction on hotel and was assured construction was only on the 4th floor and would not impact us. I’ve rented 3 rooms in a nice hotel to allow a relaxing environment that was suitable to our schedule and I am receiving neither

First the staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected with good coffee. But the inn is going though reconstruction and it needs it. Our room was not clean.

The person that checked us in was very friendly. She was also efficient. It was disappointed to find out that there weren’t any rooms that were specifically dog free. She said the rooms were cleaned. At this point, I’m satisfied with the room condition.

We arrived to a room that had bed linen not changed, makeup on the pillow and carpet wet and smelly from the toilet overflowing. The staff does not change the linen until your fourth day at the property unless requested. We brought this to the attention of the front desk where the clerk was unprofessional and rude. To retaliate against us she checked another guest into our room that we had until next morning checkout. They walked in on my wife. We asked for the manager who offered to check us out of the hotel since we were complaining. Her excuse was that housekeeping was under staffed. This was not only unsanitary but dangerous to our health and future guest health.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, and had a string stench in the room. I wasn’t able to adjust my a/c so me and my newborn was freezing all night. I pulled the blankets back and there was hair good thing I bring my own backup.

Love the “nook” areas Beautiful lobby and breakfast area… Room had pieces of potato chips on the carpet Desk area had a sticky substance on it. Tv did not work There were no cups of any kind in my room Treadmill in workout room does not work. Incline machine does not work properly The carpet on the first floor needs vacuuming First floor carpet needs cleaning or replacement Two out of three hand sanatiser dispensers were inoperative. No cups at water dispenser in workout room. Water fountain outside workout room out of order.

Room was large. Beds comfortable. Very Quiet. Incredible staff that was so helpful. Great breakfast. Very pet friendly. I love Hampton Inn's in general and always try to stay there but the staff at this location made our 1 week stay fantastic.

Worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed at. For $186 I should expect more than a rundown dump like this. Problems were numerous, starting right off the bat where the concierge couldn’t find my reservation. When I get into my room, I am immediately met with what sounds like a jet engine taking off. The AC unit against the window was broken, emitting a terribly deafening hum that simply would be impossible to sleep next to. The staff was very understanding, and thankfully they had ONE room left to move me to. The room was quite ugly, rundown and gross, in desperate need of renovations. The pipes in the bathroom frequently made an even worse sound than the AC unit before whenever someone above or below me would flush the toilet apparently. It woke me up several times throughout the night. Not to mention the bed was uncomfortable and felt like mattress coils were painfully digging into my side. Oh, and my room card refused to work several times. So as I am dead tired, I need to take several trips downstairs to get a new card, each of them not working until eventually the concierge was able to fix it finally. For the amount of money this hotel charges, in an area that is far outside an urban development, they could at least fix the place up - starting with the beds and replacing dingy carpet that looks 30 years old. Awful experience. I arrived horribly sleep deprived from a long week of travel, and I left feeling even more tired. Hampton Inn just lost a loyal customer.

The room was cold. Thanksgiving weekend, cool outside, & the air conditioner was on when I arrived. Reset it to Heat & set it at 80 but the room never warmed up. The shower was scorching hot & I couldn't get it to cool off.

I gave low stars on a couple of aspects due to their being a lot of “motor running” noise… meaning there is a consistent audible noise of a air conditioner or something running and it’s quite bothersome.

They couldn’t find my reservation even with my confirmation so I had to book and pay for another room. I’m not sure how I’m getting a refund or from who! Pretty upsetting as this has never happened with Travelocity before. But I needed a room for the night.

Check in was great. Room was clean . Quiet as I requested. Problem occurred 2 days in a row when we came back from being out and we could Not Get into our room. They said it was a System Wide issue within Hilton. Since it did not make the news, I don’t believe that excuse. It was very inconvenient as we were bringing things up from our car. THEY COULD HAVE POSTED A SIGN . Get your Key updated.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. We stay here on a regular basis as an intermediate stop when we travel to visit family. It has never been anything other than excellent. Close to interstate without being right on top of it and close to shopping and dining.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in September 2025. We found the hotel location excellent. Interstate was right there. The staff were some of the most friendliest I have encountered. The suite was very clean and big. Breakfast has good as well. My only issue was the lack of handicapped parking. We will definitely be staying again, when in the area.

I enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel for all types of events. My room was clean and properly stocked with necessities. Also, it was quiet. The location was surrounded by everything and that was a major plus for me!! I would most definitely stay here again!

This location was adequate but is due for remodeling. The hot meat that was served at breakfast I’m assuming was supposed to be kielbasa sausage was not appetizing and seemed to resemble a large cut up hotdog. Always love a Hampton Inn breakfast and this one did not compare to breakfast that we typically receive there.
