Nice staff, clean room, wi-fi fine. Pool was nice but had a leak so it was shut down our last day. Only complaint is hotel is located so that due to traffic it is difficult to get in and out.

Very dirty, wiped up a spill and towel was black, they were nice enough to move us to a better room but wiped to bathroom floor to check and it was bad as well….i guess they don’t mop the floors😩

The desk ladies were super nice! The man that was working was a total jerk. I dropped a can of soda and it popped open, spilling some. He was NOT happy with me! Then, the cockroaches! Never again!

Honestly don’t know how this hotel received so many positive reviews. It has by far been the worst experience. After driving 12+ hours, the last thing you want to do at check in is be rudely told by the staff that I had to pay extra because I forgot to update the number of adults on my reservation. When we walked into the room, the horrible odor of old basement hits you. Restroom smelled like cigarettes. I can honestly say that the only thing good about this hotel is that it had working hot water. The mattress bedding had mold on it. Sink had mold. Floor felt greasy and not clean. You’re better off spending a little bit extra for a higher quality hotel than this. Their continental breakfast that the rude staff made a point to mention for the need charge extra consists of coffee, juice and frozen waffles.

I do not typically stay at a Red Roof Inn, but the reviews made it seem like it was a nicer place. However, I did not find that to be the case. The positives were the staff being very polite and helpful, as well as the sheets were clean and so was the shower. Otherwise, the bathroom smelled very musty and stinky in general and the floor was sticky and did not look like it had been swept or mopped in a while. There is no elevator so you have to use the service stairs that were very dirty. I would not stay here again and only have it as many stars as I did because the staff as nice.

You get what you pay for I guess. $100 a night cheaper than others but all others were booked up in the area. Mold around the showers. Room musty smelling. Whole second floor smelled of strong mariguana the whole evening and night and next morning.

Overall it’s a good place to get cleaned up and sleep. The bed was comfortable. We were on the first floor and could hear walking around above us but it was quiet when we went to bed. There was also a little chemical smell like bleach on pillows and sheets but because we have allergies bring our own pillow cases and understand they are trying sanitize. Just wish there was a better solution. We use fragrance free Lysol laundry sanitizer.

Definitely not a $100/night hotel. Beds are uncomfortable and from 1996. The "breakfast" consists of 3 types of toast and one of those powdered orange juice machines you have to press 9 times to get 4 ounces. Old style doors so EVERY.TIME. somebody leaves their room you're about to hear the slamming, whether it's 10pm, 1am or 6am. There's an ice machine randomly placed in the hall, so I feel really bad for those 4 rooms near it because they definitely heard that all night too. Reminds me of a cheap room in Atlantic City

Quick overnight trip for school function - too late to drive home. . Stairway carpet was quite stained but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet! Did not have breakfast- so can’t comment.

We arrived our room was not very clean. Pretty dirty actually but No biggie as my main concern is clean beds. Both beds were dirty and clearly not changed. There were dirty marks and hair on the sheets and pillow cases. Disappointing but no biggie I went down stairs and very kindly asked for new sheets and pillow cases the guy working the counter told me I'd have to wait until the morning. Again I kindly replied "we check out in the morning our sheets and pillow cases look dirty so I just wanted to see if I can grab new ones to put on". I was told they weren't going to send anyone up and I needed to bring the stuff down. So I did and when I came down with the stuff the guy working the front desk as soon as I walk up says "I hope that's just sheets because that's all I'm giving you" very rudley. Yet again I was nice and said it was just sheets and pillows. Outdated stuff and things like that do no bother me. I feel like the bare minimum for any hotel or motel is a clean bed. Ours was not that way and we were so tired from driving all day I didn't have the energy to be rude. I was so nice about it with the man working the front desk didn't complain just asked for sheets and was treated like that. And to drive all day have to check in strip my own beds and take it down there get treated like that and then have to put all the clean stuff on for the price of the hotel is a bit ridiculous. I'd recommend spending an extra $20 or so bucks and getting a nicer hotel.

After a 7 hour drive which should have been a 5 hour drive, discovered I booked reservation for the wrong date at the same property. Could not find a way to talk to a human at Expedia to get reservation moved. The Red Roof Inn front desk helped to get the mess straightened, making it possible to relax for the rest of the day.

Super helpful staff. We’d gotten in to early for check in at 2pm and were exhausted. The front desk helped to get our room clean and ready by 12:45pm. Amazing service. Thank you.

Close to interstate, but we missed the street the hotel was on. The bathroom has some grout issues, but every was clean. We booked late, through Expedia so checkin was slow. They couldn’t find the paid reservation.

This was a decent budget hotel option. Staff was friendly and responsive. Rooms were clean. Outside around the hotel was messy because other guests were not cleaning up after their pets. Additionally, it is in an odd spot where accessing it is complicated because the intersection is a very busy one.

We stayed about 12 hours overnight traveling through. I like the no extra fee convenience when trying to book hotels when we have our dog. The front desk clerk was friendly. The hotel was generally quiet except it is so close to the freeway that you hear traffic all the time. I bring my sound machine to drown it out. Well-lit parking lot so I felt safe walking my dog around the perimeter. Breakfast was sparse but as advertised, so I wasn’t expecting much.

Clean. Allowed both my pups without an extra fee. Heard other pups in rooms but we didn’t care. Clean and convenient to the hospital where my mom was at for Christmas. Lady at front desk was very nice. I didn’t eat the breakfast because it was too early in the morning. Looks like the hotel was updated too.
