This hotel was super nice and very clean. Room was very spacious and quiet. Pool was nice stayed open till 12 that was great especially for the kiddos. Breakfast was good as well alot of choices. Only con id say is the parking . But other than that awesome place.

The place was clean Jacuzzi is green the pool is small. And had an insane amount of chlorine in the water. If your a smoker witch i am . You have to walk across the property to the smoking place , very inconvenient. For what we paid we should have been able to walk to our vehicle. The breakfast that came with it was cold one girl was working her tail off the other person was sitting in the closet on their phone with the door open. If this is all you have take it it's clean. But if you're expecting a big pool and a place close by to smoke .. Oh and the elevator is so so slow I took the steps 90% of the time. One side is closed for remodel which you have to walk through to get food and to the pool.

The fact that this place is American owned and American ran makes it a 10/10!! The breakfast is on par with most other hotels. The hot water is actually hot. The only negative I have about the place is the elevator…. It is slow.

Beds arent very comfortable. Weird layout to get to pool and breakfast room. Doing construction on lower level. Strong paint smell and cold in.the hallway to the pool. Pool was nice, big hot tub. Overall we really liked it for price!

The staff were all so very kind and patient, and very attentive. The property was clean and well maintained. We were treated to an amazing HOT buffet breakfast. The pool was great, the hot tub was awesome and well taken care of. We truly wanted for nothing. The room was perfect, we felt safe and well taken care of. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Clean hotel, big suites, and decent breakfast. Pool area was clean and had a nice hot tub. Only complaint is the parking. Had to park very far from the building we were in and you had to walk around the buildings to get into the correct entrance.

When we checked in to the room we found a sock under the Curtain at the balcony door and a used towel in the bathroom thrown up in the cabinet. The carpets are filthy if I hadn’t had a non-refundable room. I would have left immediately. The front desk staff was nice and it was conveyed that the pool was open till midnight. but from now on, I won’t book through Expedia.

Toilet was clogged upon arrival. Plunger was provided and crap was in the bucket from prior use. A roach was seen in the bathroom. The layout was poorly designed. The dining area was too small for the number of people staying there. The elevator was slow. But…the coffee was good. The room for the most part was clean despite the roach and clogged toilet. It was in a good location. Staff was nice.

The cleanliness of the property and our room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service done such a good job cleaning our room every day. Was so pleasant returning to our room at end of day. Delicious breakfast!

Everything was very clean. The bed was really comfortable and the service was wonderful. We stayed at 2 other hotels while on our trip and compared to Comfort Inn & Suites at Dollywood Lane this was the best, especially when it cost less money than the others.

It was a great stay but the doors are super thin and the walls as well. If you don’t mind hearing other peoples conversations and laughter at 2 in the morning than it’s okay. But overall it was a great stay, clean, comfy beds, and great staff.

Don't stay here if you want to get any rest. The walls are paper thin and you here every door slamming and other patrons talking all night long. You also can here toilets flushing on the rooms next door.

Great stay overall, but the pillows were square. I spent the entire night trying to figure out if I should sleep diagonally, sideways, or just admit defeat and hug it like a decorative throw pillow. If geometry class taught me anything, it’s that squares don’t belong in a bed. Five stars for creativity, though—I’ll never look at a pillow the same way again!

The rooms are really small compared to picture. Beds were rock hard. For breakfast everyday sausage patties,scrambled eggs,white gravy and biscuits. There was limited parking for handicap people. (Only six parking spots)

Highly recommended . The hotel friendly staff was very accommodating finding adjoining rooms that allowed my grandkids and to spend more time together and we enjoyed “pillow talk” and building pillow forts. My granddaughter needed batteries for her new kitty cat toy and they provided us with batteries for it and she was so excited. Rooms, pool were very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was busy but the staff was so swift and efficient it wasn’t a problem and the food was too.

Close to many affordable attractions and restaurants. Nice breakfast selection. The a/c was not cooling the room we were put in, so I reached out to the front desk after giving it a couple hours to ensure it had time to work, the clerk immediately got us moved to a close by room without any issues. Pool area was clean and had plenty of towels. Having been a hotel clerk for years, all too often we see the bad things but it's rare to see praise. Every member of the staff that we encountered was fantastic. Breakfast attendants had everything hot and fresh. Housekeeping did a great job, everything was so clean! And the desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay experience, we will definitely will be back.

Terrible hotel. Getting to the pool or breakfast area is a maze of locked doors and dark hallways. Food was disgusting! Powered eggs, watered down instant gravy, instant oatmeal, yogurt, and waffles. Thats it!! The front desk refuses to answer from the phone in the room. The "mountain view" upgrade is a joke!

The breakfast was good but it was the same thing for 4 days which was eggs, biscuit and gravy and sausage Patty, wish they would change up the patty to sausage links and add some fried potatoes. Other than that it was pretty decent.

It was a good hotel to stay and see around. The breakfast room was pretty small for the number it people in the hotel. Most of the time we need to wait to be seated or take breakfast to room. There could be more breakfast options like muffins, banana served. Overall it is a good hotel to stay

We have stayed here for over 20 years I was shocked Breakfast was awful waffles did get done, Gravy was like water. I’m in the shower power goes out fire truck outside and I have to get ready with wet hair and see what’s going on and the lady made like it was not comfort inn but it was. I wasn’t happy about that. So my hair looked awful all day.

Breakfast was not possible one morning because of the crowd and only partially possible the other morning. There was vomit on the sidewalk. Elevator super slow. Did not feel we got the value we paid for.
