Quality Inn & Suites at Dollywood Lane

Wonderful experience, we stayed here during jeep invasion which is pretty packed in is in the lower part of the strip so wasn’t as busy and loud but still busy enough that the kids had fun and got to do the jeep “parade” but they were also safe as traffic wasn’t as bad. The pool and splash pad area was very well set up and clean , breakfast was good biscuit and gravy , eggs , sausage , waffles , cereal and assorted breads and cream cheese and spreads juice , coffee and milk , rooms are updated and clean lovely staff that was welcoming and friendly!

Not a bad stay. Walls are thick so you don't hear the neighbors. Lots of choices for breakfast. What I didn't like is that they allowed their housekeeping staff to park in the handicap spaces. The didn't have handicap placards and why are they parking next to the building anyway instead of leaving those spaces for the guests.

Our room was perfect our bed was super comfortable and the water was nice and hot for our showers. They have a nice big daily breakfast at the office. The only downfall was the breakfast area was small. They really didn’t have alot of seating area but it worked out. They had a really nice outdoor pool and hot tub area too.

It was a decent motel could update their beds. Breakfast was good ice machine didn’t work

So this property only has one elevator and very slow Dennys right at property. Had discount of 15 percent from hotel but Dennys did not honor. Said would not work when they tried to scan. Hair drier did not work in room but staff promptly brought one up. Other wise. Room very clean and staff nice. Near Dixie stampede.

The elevator outside our room caught fire and NO fire alarm was ever triggered. People were not evacuated or notified until we see flames and the guy from the front desk outside with a fire extinguisher and the fire trucks arriving. Unacceptable!!!!

Great hotel with an awesome pool and hot tub. Free breakfast was great too

Only thing that I didn't like was the hot tub is seasonal so it was closed during our stay

Very convenient location. Pool was not heated, so really only used the hot tub. Children's splash area was closed. Breakfast was the same every morning, so it got repetitive. First floor room was convenient, but there was a car parked outside that would start at 6am and run for over 30 minutes every morning waking us up as well as elevator broken, so people would be dragging suitcases down the stairs right next to our room as well. Rooms were basic, but clean. Overall, not bad for the price.

The elevator is really slow.

Do not stay here! Got up to use the bathroom early this morning and found a bed bug. Checked out as soon as we found it. They won’t give a refund and acted as though it was not a big deal. So disgusted

My stay was nice and enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa. The only complaint that I have is there was mold in my room.

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff (Damien) at check in was very accommodating and friendly. If we ever travel back to this area we’d definitely stay here again.

It was OK. The check-in was slightly frustrating and they charged the room up front, which most other hotels wait until the end of the stay. The room was clean, but could've been better as there were crumbs on the floor, and we possibly saw a roach but couldn't find it afterwards. Bed was like sleeping on blocks!

The room was spotless!

When I checked in there were blood stains on the sheets and mattress cover. I notified the front desk to get more sheets and the sheets were too small. They also had holes in them. The AC unit quit working on the 1st night. The refrigerator had a terrible odor to it. The one thing I can brag about is getting fresh wash rags and towels daily.

Towel in the roof was dirty hanging up that was never removed from the last persons stay. The shower curtain was too short and didn’t fit in the tub and water went all in the floor. Beds were not comfortable and since the towel was dirty it made me feel as if the sheets might have been as well. I won’t be back

It seems like there are bed bugs and my leg and hands where full of rashes, no hygiene maintained. Will not recommend this place

Dirty. Staff was not welcoming at all. Seemed to be bothered we were there. Blood, or something that looked like blood on a towel. Bed sheet was dirty. Shower was dirty. Air did not work properly. TERRIBLE. will not stay again.

WiFi was spotty unless outside the room.

PROS: -Very convenient location (right across the street from Dolly Parton\'s "Stampede" show) -decent price -clean rooms -pool and jacuzzi (if you like those). Front desk staff were there when we needed them, just nothing that left an impression CONS: -water pressure was just above adequate -short sink faucet (constantly splashed water on the counter) and a weirdly tall sink stopper...??? -shower head whistled at a certain temperature -room doors have ZERO sound insulation (heard a woman talking 30 min. on her phone at the chairs outside our door one night, someone was playing music out there another) -small TVs

Very clean and looked like it had been recently remodeled. Huge shower and bathroom and hug living area. Beautiful marble shower. The king bed was extremely comfortable. You get a mini fridge and microwave so you can store and reheat leftovers. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff was very nice.

Water pressure kept messing up a bit, but everything else was great.

It was a good stay. The only thing is there was no fan in the bathroom and it was one of the pricey ones. Also the WiFi was barely functioning the whole time

Great location close to Dolly Parton’s Stampede which we walked to although we had to cross the busy road without crosswalks. Main con was that the AC unit made a weird noise when it cycled off which woke me a few times. Water pressure in shower was just okay

The hotel was amazingly clean, nothing was out of place. Rooms were clean, with two queen beds, a college sized refrigerator and small microwave, one dresser with three large drawers and a desk and chair. About every six rooms, there was a small patio, where you could drink a cup of coffee, talk to friends or just smoke a cigarette. Landscaping or grounds were clean, mowed and well taken care of. Pools and hot tub were always clean when we were there. Plenty of clean towels and there was never any trash laying around. Plenty of off street parking in the lot, without a charge. Could easily walk to many great restaurants or gift shops without any worries. While.visiting for a week, never saw any crime and felt safe walking down the streets at night. Was told by management that police could arrive within three minutes if need be. Our only complaint was that the beds were extremely hard. There was no give to them. It made sleeping unbearable. Even if you just wanted to relax and lay on the bed and watch a movie, the beds were so hard, you just couldn't get comfortable. Management told us that the beds were under 6 months old and not broke in yet. I am not a morning person at all, but we were all up at 5:45 am, because the beds were uncomfortable. Because of the beds being so uncomfortable, we actually cut our vacation short and left early.

Convenient location. Room was great with large shower, gas fireplace, and couch. Bed could have been a little more comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety.

The night shift worker was rude and not friendly. We only stayed for a couple hours as we were are driving cross country and we were becoming drowsy. But the front desk lady was rude and hateful when we checked in and when we checked out. But I would expect nothing better from this hotel though. It has always been trashy, but had the only vacancy.

Enough for what we needed but very low bed and a little uncomfortable in bed. Lumpy spots. Damian at front desk excellent but everyone else at front desk not very friendly. Scrambled eggs were horrible and coffee is instant tasting.

Front Desk staff & Dining staff was rude and inconsiderate. Front staff overcharged for our room and would not issue a credit, the dining help refused to put out more fruit, that others could see in the kitchen. And when people ask about more eggs, she snapped... They are coming. I guess she didn't like being ask more than once by different people. RUDE STAFF!!!

I like for person checking you in to ask if you have any questions or thank you for your stay. The two who checked us in and out said nothing. Rather rude i think. Especially in the south

The room was clean, breakfast was nice. But ice machine was broken and as of now 7 days later I have not received back my security deposit of $100 btw I did not know was going to be charged to me until i arrived to check in , when i call the hotel to discuss the matter i can never reach anyone.

I had the best customer service experience from Melissa at the front desk and Michaela who helped me gain internet access. Special thanks to Jade and Chauonesse who made the breakfast bar so inviting and fresh looking and even gave me some much needed milk after breakfast hours. These people are what made my stay enjoyable. I would stay here again if I knew they would be here too. Thank you Ladies, you were the best!!

We really loved our stay and our entire trip. The front desk receptionist was amazing and very helpful along the way with things to do in the area, parking for the park. She made our trip exceptional. We will be back again.

We had a great time in Pigeon Forge. This was located right on the main strip which made it nice to be able to walk to several places. The hotel did not have many frills but it worked well for our family. Having complimentary breakfast was definitely a plus as well! We would stay here again.

We booked to go to Dollywood, the hotel is quite close and easy to find. The rooms were clean and spacious which is all you want. The internet worked well. And the pool area at the front of the hotel was clean and stocked with plenty of towels

Good location on the parkway strip. Couple of good restaurant's right next door. Staff was friendly and nothing we saw need repair.

Employees were friendly. Would like to see more ego friendly products. Good hot breakfast. Would have like a pancake maker too. The trolley stop right outside the hotel was a plus.

We got there late after a day at Dollywood.It was very close and convient to Dollywood.It was not far from Outlet Malls other than that road is always busy.

This hotel was a nice place to stay while visiting Pigeon Forge and surrounding areas. This property is right on the main drag and easy access to multiple entertainment and dining options. The only negative was the TV did not work great and was really small. The breakfast area is also really small and hard to navigate in the morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent week here. The room was cleaned and straightened every day with plenty of towels and other supplies. The breakfast was outstanding with so many choices that anyone would find something to their liking.

Stay overall was good, staff were professional and pleasant, room was clean and well furnished. Only negative was the breakfast, wasn’t great quality and the seating area was much too small

The property was very clean. However, the shower ceiling had spots on them and the ceiling tiles need changed. The breakfast was great as well. I definitely will stay again. Shower was great and roomy.

The friendliness of the staff. The young lady at check in was always smiling. The other staff members would greet you in the mornings with a friendly hello. My only disappointment was not getting a choice of bacon at least one morning. Other than no bacon, breakfast was great.

A BASIC breakfast was included that had very limited area for options and seating. Our shower leaked all over the floor as the curtain was too short and not wide enough to cover the shower area.
