Nice rooms only complaint is soda machine on our second floor charged $2.50 for a coke and elevator was very noisy and barking dogs during the night !!! Construction work behind the hotel!!

This was a great buy for pricr and being right in the middle of all the action. The pool was nice. Theres a hot tub and wven a fire pit. Breakfast is good but nothing to rave about... The rooms were spacious but not sound proof. The beds eh.

Nice hotel but you can’t advertise you have a bar if it’s never open. I was told the bartender was sick but there were hundreds of guests in the hotel and there could have at least been a minimal effort to figure it out. Very disappointing.

Breakfast was decent—there weren’t many healthy options, but it was fair for the price. The hotel itself could use some updating, and the shower was disappointing; the water stayed on the colder side, took far too long to warm up, and the pressure wasn’t great. The property is not well maintained. The bathrooms in the room had mildew. One day they left a letter on my bed and didn’t make it, because my son left a sock on the bed and they can’t touch personal items. The hot tub had an odor as well as the pool.

Our room was very clean . The bar was an added plus for us as we were able to have a drink for our anniversary. The bartender was FABULOUS..She was the " back up " bartender she told us but we were very happy with her . Check in was easy , check out was easy , the lobby area was GORGEOUS .

We have stayed in this hotel for the last three years and this will be our last time. It started with 6, yes 6 calls after making a reservation telling us there was a problem with our credit card. Each of these calls of course made us call our card company who confirmed nothing was wrong it had to be the hotel. After hours on hold and working this problem, the hotel finally said just come on down we won’t worry about it. Two days before we arrived the hotel called again with the same concern. This time they figured out that they had made a mistake when they took my card number. So it was their mistake. I joked with the guy and said after all the hours I have in this reservation you owe me a drink to which he said you deserve much more than that we will take care of you when you get here. So we arrive and I am expecting an upgrade. We were placed in the smallest room ever right beside the loud vending and ice machines. I went back to the front desk and told them that was not acceptable after what we had been through and they provided an upgraded room free of charge. We were hoping it would all be good from there. Then we started noticing that the hotel common areas were not clean. Elevator doors and buttons were black with dirt on the edges, grout lines in the bathroom were BROWN, yes brown with “dirt” of some sort. Our room was not cleaned for two days and the GM seems to be too busy to call us back. We kept asking for service and we got nothing, never again!

We had planned a weekend stay at the Ramsey with our young son. Check in was easy, staff was very friendly. Upon arriving to our room we noticed the hallway leading there was very dark and not well lit. We got to our room and immediately found a cockroach in the floor. The front desk offered a new room and at first we accepted but after more consideration we decided to find a new place to stay. Staff was friendly and done what they could but ultimately we wanted better facilities for the price we were willing to pay for a better experience.

The room was dirty. The pictures of the property upon booking did not match the hotel at all. There were roaches at the buffet. The pool water was filthy. Water leaked in the hall ways. There were huge gaps under the doors and they slammed shut at all hours of the night. Staff looked annoyed whenever asked a question.

We always love staying here. This trip however was nothing like the past. The room was very dirty, the floors left your feet BLACK with dirt. The pillowcase and curtains had holes all in them. And the comforter had mold growing on it. We left a day early and went to stay somewhere else. The entire breakfast staff was AMAZING though, Judy, Mesha, and Bruna made every morning wonderful.

On the website everything looked great! At check in the staff member was not the best but I thought maybe she's had a long shift. When we first walked in the room I thought it looked nice until I filled the Jacuzzi tub and turned the jets on. All this black stuff started coming out! The pillows were like laying on a piece of paper. They flattened as soon as laying on them.When we went to eat breakfast the hostess was super friendly. Upon arrival everything was nice. The lobby was very inviting. Our room appeared clean however when we decided to turn on the fireplace we discovered it did not work. The mini bottles of toiletries were used and not full. The faucet to the in room jacuzzi was loose.Called front desk and they said they had no one to fix eithe. The were not accommodating at all. They did not offer to move us to another room, just sorry. When we decided to go to the pool that looked very nice in the pictures online we noticed it looked dirty and had some kind of wooden bar that was in the process of being built. The hand rail going into the pool was dangerously loose, the hot tub was very low and very dirty and the jets did not work. The pool elevator was also dirty and smelled. When we asked for a later checkout we were informed it would be 25 dollars extra for every hour. No thanks. Around 9am housekeeping was very loud talking and playing music outside of our room. Apon checkout we informed the employee about our fireplace and he just said thanks for letting us know so we can see if we can fix it for our next guest. We paid over 300 for one night for a birthday getaway. I was so excited to stay at this hotel because of the online pictures portraying this hotel as luxurious. It was not. The website stated the hotel had a bar and restaurant. It was not open. That area was used for breakfast only. Overall I was very disappointed by my experience at this hotel and will not be staying here again.

This is a beautiful hotel. Online pictures did not lie. The kids had fun every night in the pool while watching a movie. The jacuzzi never let us down. So much to do in the surrounding area, which you could walk to or take the trolley. The staff showed non stop hospitality. If you dont know, this is a Christian owned hotel. Every room has a bible opened to Psalms 119 and a travelers prayer. We really loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was hot and coffee fresh all day. Its a must stay. Unable to post the tons of photos we took.

The room was very clean and smelled really nice. The only thing I had complaint about was the outdated tv and the remote hardly worked. I think when you’re paying $183 a night they could at least get updated TV’s, other than that it was a nice place to stay

Check in went super smooth, let me check in 2 hours early for free actually which was great. Hotel exterior is beautiful, and they have a nice lobby. The elevators were rough, and you could tell it’s an older hotel. Miss matched furniture in all hallways, very dimly lit, not in an intimate way but kinda creepy way. Get into the room and it showed its age. Hardware was falling off of the doors, doorstops falling out of the walls, cracked walls also. Overall the room was decently clean except behind the tv. Was super dusty, and the shower had some deep cracks and areas that needed repair. Hotel advertises “soundproof” rooms, this is not the case at all. We could hear conversations by people passing by, and in rooms above us. The breakfast buffet was a big let down also. Very small buffet, and some food was inedible to an extent. With the location and number of breakfast places nearby, I recommend going elsewhere for breakfast. Personally the only thing the hotel has going for it is the location. It is very overpriced compared to other hotels in the area for what you get. My wife and I stayed 2 nights and were severely let down and will not be back to this hotel.

Room was too close to the housekeeping room in the hall. Staff woke us up every morning with their loud conversations and slamming doors in the hallway. Also the delivery dock door was underneath our room. Every morning the trucks were very loud and beeping while backing up. Never stayed in a room with so much noise in the early am.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. When the doors to the hotel opens, the first thing was how beautiful the lobby is. The check in was a breeze. The sweet lady at check in told me about the movies and popcorn. We went upstairs to go to our room, and upon opening our door the room was huge and clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. The next day we left the room to enjoy all the wonderful splendors of Pigeon Forge. And I received a text from the hotel, asking if the stay was ok and if I needed anything. I have traveled a lot and that is some of the best customer service I have EVER received. After our day was done when went to the hotel and went into the room, the cleaning staff had left a note saying they couldn’t make up our bed because our personal belongings was on the bed. I love love this, that showed us they had been in our room and gave us extra towel's. I have the hardest time getting extra towel’s. We two people check in and there isn’t enough towel’s for two people, I have to call and get them to bring me some. And I didn’t have to do that this time. AMAZING!!! The pool was open 24 hours of the day, I would definitely recommend everyone staying here!!!

We booked 3 rooms. At check-in only one room was ready, by 430 with me tracking down towels the 2nd room was ready. At 5:30 when we wanted to head to dinner room 3 wasn't ready still so that family had to shower and get ready in our room. I went and asked what was holding up the 3rd room. They were missing a towel and a tea k-pod. That was why we couldn't check in at 3pm for that room. Really? There was no apologies about it. Then at 9:30 the next morning housekeeping knocks on our door and I yelled from the bathroom where I was getting ready. She came in on me as I was naked trying to get ready. At 9:40 a man walked into my room. What the hell? Neither apologized to me. I called the front desk and they said it was because the employees don't speak English. NOT an excuse for coming into someone's room after they've yelled that they'd be to the door in a minute. The rooms were poorly remodeled. The furniture is stained and worn. It wasn't worth the price they're charging for the service we received. The 2nd morning the same thing with housekeeping barging in even with the Do Not Disturb sign up. We had called for maintenance because our toilet wouldn't flush. We told them we'd be gone all day. No one showed up to fix it. Again, no apologies from management or employees. I gave this hotel 3 stars because my overall experience was good the front desk staff was amazing easy check in room was very nice, breakfast could have been a little better, but Ms. Judy was wonderful. The main issue I had was the bar I paid my tab which was $52.78 the bartender repeated my total to me, and I used my card. I tipped the bartender $10 I gave her two $5 bills. The bartender thanked me for the tip when I handed it to her. I woke up the morning of check out and I had a charge for $105.56 I called the front desk, and Paula was so nice and understanding because clearly this was a mistake. She took my information and gave it to their accountant, and she gave me a call and stated that I left that amount as a tip. There is no way I would leave a large tip like that for a party of 2 and that would have meant that I left a total of 62.78 as a tip absolutely not and she continued to tell me that she would speak to the bartender and if she decided they would refund my money but if would clearly be up to the bartender. I included this in my review to say just watch your charges closely. When I signed that slip there was no tip on there just a reminder to look a little closer.

The room was an average hotel room, indoor pool and free popcorn was great but, thats about all the good things. I booked through hotels.com and was able to reschedule my stay due to getting sick the week we were suppose to leave everything was fine with hotels.com but when i showed up to check in the hotel staff told me they do not have my room and they did not want to help me they told me i would have to just call hotels.com myself and figure it out. So i called and was able to speek with a nice lady and she put me on hold and called the hotel and after about 10 minutes the staff told me it was all fixed and allowed me to check in they did not apologize then I specifically asked them about the check in and check out dates to make sure it was all correct they told me it was correct. I went on with my vacation then the day before my check out date I was out having a nice time with my family and I got a call from the hotel manager telling me I need to come get my stuff out of my room because I need to check out. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Staff was rude. Attendant did not welcome. Rooms should be ready by/at 4pm and that is not ready when we arrived at 7pm. We have been told that (2) rooms will be ready in 15-20 minutes but not ready after 40 minutes. Requested for manager. Manager came, didn’t apologize and advised us to cancel our reservations and request for refund to Expedia. She told us that “you are welcome to cancel your reservation” and in other words showing us the way out. This is just ridiculous and unacceptable. Long story short after few minutes she gave us key for the room 5501 that has used towels from previous guests were laying on the floor. Spending $400 for two rooms for the night this is what you gets from this hotel…

10/10 - Great hotel/resort like and wonderful amenities. The Pool, Hot Tub, and Fire Pit were great. Fresh Popcorn every evening and Wonderful music rang throughout the lobby. Shower pressure was fantastic! Good, clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Walking distance to all sorts of shops, restaurants and attractions. Also a quick drive to Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Check in went super smooth, let me check in 2 hours early for free actually which was great. Hotel exterior is beautiful, and they have a nice lobby. The elevators were rough, and you could tell it’s an older hotel. Miss matched furniture in all hallways, very dimly lit, not in an intimate way but kinda creepy way. Get into the room and it showed its age. Hardware was falling off of the doors, doorstops falling out of the walls, cracked walls also. Overall the room was decently clean except behind the tv. Was super dusty, and the shower had some deep cracks and areas that needed repair. Hotel advertises “soundproof” rooms, this is not the case at all. We could hear conversations by people passing by, and in rooms above us. The breakfast buffet was a big let down also. Very small buffet, and some food was inedible to an extent. With the location and number of breakfast places nearby, I recommend going elsewhere for breakfast. Personally the only thing the hotel has going for it is the location. It is very overpriced compared to other hotels in the area for what you get. My wife and I stayed 2 nights and were severely let down and will not be back to this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the rooms were clean. The staff was polite and helpful. While the breakfast buffet looked very impressive, the hot foods were mostly lukewarm. The waffles tasted like plastic and after trying one bite I threw it away. I noticed that there were very few people who were making them We had to wait on bowls and more food most every morning. However, it was very busy and I only saw one staff person from the kitchen. We will probably stay there again.
