Americana Inn a Travelodge by Wyndham

Save yourself a headache and aggravation and book anywhere but this hotel. They stole my security deposit and completed the transaction through my bank instead of releasing the hold like they promised they would. I did not even stay in the room because it was so severely infested with German roaches. It was not safe for my children nor myself by the time I went to the front desk, they were closed and no one answered the 754 area code phone number that was posted at the door. Homeless were wandering around, drug addicts, scattering the parking lot and scavenging through their vehicles at midnight, police out front and all around the back of the building dealing with issues. This place is a dump, filthy and infested with roaches and they steal your money. They do not answer the phone. I have filed a complaint with corporate and still have not even gotten an email confirmation on my concerns.

Everything worked fine, but the atmosphere was shady. The pool was not in order, but once it does it looks like fun. The check out time says noon but it's 11am.

The place was discusting. The staff was very professional and helped but the whole building smells like weed. Not clean and trashy people with all respect .

Cleanliness could have been a lot better, the floor made our feet look like grocery store feet. We didn't really have interaction with the staff. Checking in was super easy after hours. Appeared to be mupltiple extended stays there. Didn't see any sort of bug & it was pretty quiet most of our 5 night stay.

There was a lot of roaches in our rooms we left as soon as we seen them our first night there. They were supposed to give me a full refund they still owe me over $400. Can not get ahold of anyone there even had hotels.com try to reach out since that is who I booked with and they cannot get ahold of anyone either. Very disappointing and frustrating.
