The condo we stayed in with our dog was spotless and beautifully decorated. The grounds were very clean and well laid out. We did not have time to enjoy the pools, but having a 24 hour indoor pool is so awesome! We will definitely stay again!

Clean property, great value for money. Would have liked more amenities. Game room was out of service, very basic pool, no complementary snacks/breakfast in lobby. Beds were comfortable but pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I would stay again. Property was clean and parking was easy. Close to attractions but felt secluded.

I recently stayed at this resort and overall I had mixed feelings about my experience. The rooms were very nice — clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which I really appreciated. However, the pool area left a lot to be desired. The outdoor pool was not well maintained and often had leaves floating in it. The hot tub had visible rusted areas, which was disappointing. The inside pool area felt dated and wasn’t as clean as it should be. Another issue was the elevator, which had a musty smell every time I used it. I hope the resort takes steps to update and properly maintain these areas because the rooms themselves were great and the property has a lot of potential.

This resort is amazing!!! Especially for kids! The lazy river was heated and excellent. The indoor pool and hot tub are open 24/7. The condos are so spacious and very well decorated! 100% will return!

Loved the hotel grounds and the spacious rooms, the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you need. Easy access to elevators. Lazy river was perfect temperature and stayed open late. There was also a 24 hour indoor pool.

Love this place. We stay here every time we come to Pigeon Forge. Love everything about the facility! The only thing lacking this time was the gym needs some TLC! No towels and half the time water tank was empty. Would be nice if they had bands or a regular bike like a peloton to ride. Will continue to stay here when I go!

Beautiful well equipped room. Nice balcony. Tucked away off the main street. Only downfall is the pool area is very slippery. Textured tile flooring would be safer than the smooth finish tile.

The lazy river is really well done. The only issue I have is the safety of the indoor pool floor. Each one of us slipped without doing anything strenuous or dangerous. Make sure that you have your little ones walk with you at all times in the pool area.

Beautiful facility and received a great discounted rate. However, there was a cockroach in our condo. The maintenance staff immediately came after notified and sprayed. Saw two more that night that we killed. Scheduled massages at 1:45, received a call at 1:30 that we were 15 minutes late and caller was adamant our time would be cut. The massage therapists were much nicer. My husband said his massage was fantastic and his neck felt better than it had in years.

It was clean. But I have stayed in quite a few places in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and I find that no one know how to clean ceramic stove tops. They are clean - but not “clean”! I can’t fault this establishment, because it seems to be all over. Other than that, it was very clean.

The room was amazing. Actually, the whole resort was. The only reason I will not rate this stay as five stars was the floors were clearly not cleaned—- there was dog hair EVERYWHERE.

Front desk was very nice and helpful. Hotel is very convenient to activities. Hotel is nice but rooms need to be refreshed. Room was clean but detail to cleaning everything was not done. Dust on back of chairs, hair dryer vents clogged, lamps dusty rug had stains on it.

We enjoyed our stay the room was well kept clean the only issue was the rug either sheds or it wasn’t vaccum from previous guests as there look to be pet hair all on it and there was a bug in the sofa bed but other than that the property is well kept up and appealing. We enjoyed our view of the mountain and lazy river even though we didn’t adventure off into the pool area as hoped which enjoyed sight seeing, the island amusement area. Thank you 😊

The only issues was we had ants in the kitchen of our condo. They did not appear until day 2 but still there when we left. We did report and they did send someone up to spray. Otherwise, we live staying here.

Loved everything about this place. Unit was at the end of the hall so we didnt hear anyone coming or going. Price was wonderful for all the amenities provided. Bed was comfy. Lazy river was nice. Would recommend to everyone. Resort is on a secondary street so it was quiet.

The lazy river was amazing. The lighting at night was lacking to get down to the lazy river, but the lighting at the river was cool! The indoor pool being 24 hours was nice as well. Having a kitchenette was nice for cooking. The room was clean, the shower was excellent. The beds and pillows were HORRIBLE. The bed leaned to one side, and the other side caused horrible back pain over the course of two nights.

The room was amazing! I wasn’t expecting basically an apartment for the 300 something we spent for two nights. We stayed in a room that overlooked the parking lot but also the lazy river. The bedroom and bathroom had a view of the actual river. The bathroom was big and we loved the double shower. The room was equipped with a full kitchen with everything there. If we knew this we would have just purchased food to make instead of going out to eat. The pool was inside but we didn’t go in it. Walked into the building and it was overwhelmingly strong smell of chlorine. The only down side we seen was there was only two vending machines. One for drinks and one for candy and chips. We didn’t see any other food type things so we walked to the food city for water. If this place changes anything it would be to add vending machines to each building. We were only told the pool house had the only ones. But overall we enjoyed this place. The lazy river and the fire place was our top two favorites.

The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony overlooking the river was a wonderful place to sit and watch the geese and other wildlife. Staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. The only thing I would change is the extremely uncomfortable sofa- which was so hard it was like sitting on stone.

Great spot! We (me,wife,daugter17) ended up here last minute because out VRBO in the mountains was a flop. Notable positives: WAY cheaper than the VRBO we cancelled, washer/dryer/dishwasher in the condo, separate bedroom from the living with pullout couch, very comfy pullout couch, clean, great AC, huge dual head shower, right in the middle of town, on-site lazy river was great (and clean!). Notable (very minor) negatives: washer/dryer were loud but they were in the bathroom and we shut the door, daughter had to come through the bedroom to the bathroom (en suite), we were on then end of building 4 next to the lazy river so it got a little loud with the kids playing but not enough to keep us awake (and it closes at 11pm). 10/10 would stay here again just ask for a room not next to the river.

Check in was swift and friendly. We were greeted well and rooms were assigned. It was discouraging to know that there was no restaurant on site or even any coffee for the coffee maker. The king bed was harder than the floor. Not a very comfortable nights sleep.

Mary was not nice when checking on reservations. She should have contacted a manger but didn’t but that’s ok, we called back and spoke with others who contacted the manager and they did us right. Other than Mary, our stay was excellent! Great getaway for family and we all enjoyed it. I would have given a 5 star rating if I hadn’t had to deal with her. Thank you!

A little frustrating that they won't give you your room key until EXACTLY 4:00 when checking in. We arrived about 15 minutes before 4:00 and were instructed to come back in 15 minutes for a key. Other than that the room was comfortable. The river view was nice. The lazy river wasn't well maintained, but the kids were having a great time.

The resort itself was wonderful. We had two issues. The coffee pot was not working properly and they had a brand new one brought in less than an hour. Our water heater stopped working and within 10 minutes someone was there, diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse and it was fixed. We will be staying there again for sure! Our new favorite spot when going to Dollywood!

The front desk staff were so friendly! We had to unexpectedly leave a cabin in which we had purchased groceries for our stay. The staff at River Stone stored our groceries in a refrigerator until it was time for us to check in. We really appreciated that!

The lady that checked us did not give us our door pass when she was giving us instructions for parking and getting their paperwork signed and initialed. We walked out and drove to the room only to look thru the handful of maps and and paperwork to realize we didn’t have the key. When we drove back to the office she was rude stating she had given it to us and we left it on her counter. Myself and my wife where both there checking in and the door pass card was never given to us. She was very rude and needs to take a remedial class on customer service

The room was very clean. The grounds are nice from what I saw. However, I could hear the highway from room. I also had to leave 2 nights early for an emergency and received no support re: recouping expenses. Very little sympathy or understanding. I wouldn’t stay here again.

To start with room was not ready @4pm so I was given another room and switched then to another room. Tile was lose in the bathroom. Exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like it was going to fall apart and refrigerator never got pass luke warm even though I turned it down. Overall an awful stay. Have been coming here for about 10 years but will be choosing somewhere else next time.

Beautiful property that is close to everything. The pool and lazy river are great! Our room was on the ground floor with a patio overlooking the golf course. It was excellent overall. No restaurant on the property, but many nearby, plus an excellent kitchen in the apartment.

Condo #424 was very clean and a great view of the river. I however did not know to bring coffee and any water you might need . It appears to be individually owned condos . I There is a regular coffee pot and a keurig single serve and coffee pot model. Great location and a great place to stay.

This resort is amazing! The rooms are fantastic, clean, and roomy. The beds were so comfortable! We loved the amenities! If I had to fuss about anything, I wish they’d at least bring in clean towels every day or 2 during your stay rather than having to go to the office for them, and I wish they provided coffee filters at least. Having a full kitchen with coffee pot was great, but who wants to buy a thousand coffee filters for a 3 or 4 day stay? And salt and pepper, we loved having the option to cook something rather than eating out every meal, but again, buying a whole salt and pepper and shaker was unnecessary. Small things to gripe about though considering everything else about our stay was absolutely top notch! We’ll certainly be back! (Will just remember to pack a few coffee filters and seasonings! lol!)

The old lady and I had never been to Dollywood, so we decided to visit it. Stay her at RiverStone and it was good. A little pricey compared to other hotels that are just as nice and offer a free breakfast.
