The website describes the resort and waterpark as a place for “all ages” and family fun. Unfortunately, our experience did not feel inclusive or accessible for a child with physical disabilities. A staff member was not helpful and somewhat rude when we asked for an alternative solution. The resort itself was great, it was just the indoor waterpark that did not go well. When your four, that is a big deal.

Very clean place. The staff were very nice. Check in and check out was very smooth. Located in walking distance to many attractions. Good food options on site.
