Nice place. Great all around. Excellent handicap bathroom, but sparse handicapped parking. Excellent breakfast. Just one upholstered chair, very comfortable. A love seat would have been better. Mattress was soft but firm. Great view of the river: there is another hotel on the other side, but it doesn't detract. Our room has a balcony, we enjoyed watching geese & ducks. Lots of goslings, the geese were ferocious in defending them. Cable TV was not easy to work ... wish they had Roku. We have enjoyed our stay, next trip to Pigeon Forge we'll stay here.
