Friend warm greetings. Clean everything pool,gym,rooms. If you are in the front of the hotel, I encourage you to walk around the back for a pretty neat view of a small river. Breakfast was on point with seating outside looking at the water!!!!!

The whole reason we stayed here was because it has an indoor pool but the heater was out and it was too cold for my kids to play.

It is located at the far end of Pigeon Forge, almost to the start of the parkway into Gatlinburg. Lots of parking. We had a 4 year old with us and maybe the only negative is the size of the indoor pool. On the smaller side considering there were lots of families staying there

Overall it was a good clean place that was very reasonable priced. The staff was amazingly friendly which Always goes a long way. Wish pool was bigger and with a hot tub. A table in the room would be nice. Plenty of room for it. I would stay again and recommend it.

We enjoyed the large room and balcony. The only thing we did not like is that the pool closed at 9pm. By the time we got back from the shows the kids could not swim.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay by the beautiful river. The hotel offered a great hot breakfast with a variety of food items. The hotel has an indoor pool and a fire pit on the veranda. There’s also a deck overlooking the flowing river where guests can eat their breakfast. The rooms on the front side of the hotel have balconies that face “the strip”, and the rooms on the back side have balconies that face the river. Request a river view and you will not regret it! The location of the property is convenient.

Fireplace rooms are nice and spacious and would highly recommend. Shower is okay. Temperature control of both air and water were a little hard to control. Pool was great!! Breakfast was good.

Beautiful hotel room! We loved the fireplace and the view of the lake! The room was very spacious but the bathroom was little . Overall I would give this hotel 8.5 out of 10 and my reasoning would be the distance of the elevator, the small pool and just a little bit better customer service.

Room seemed clean the bathroom however still had soap scum on the ledges and walls. The balcony had spider webs and toenail clippings left on it.

Upon check in we walked up to the room on the 3rd floor, Poorly lit hallways. Hard to tell if the floors were dirty or clean. The room wreaked of heavy cleaner, probably to mask other odours. The bathroom had dirt and debris in the corner of the bathtub that was hair, dirt and dust. The walls had holes in the walls near the bed and the a/c unit. The balcony had looked like it had not been cleaned for months, bird crap all over the window sills, peeling paint. The overall appearance of the room with lack of lighting made the room seem dirty and unkept. The cabinet door to the fridge did not close properly. The carpets looked dirty as well. We left after checking in 2 hours earlier. The smell from the cleaner was nauseating. Would not stay here EVER again. Did not receive a refund or was offered any compensation other than moving to a new room. We have travelled extensively al over the US and this is the first hotel that we have had a bad experience in when using Hotels.com. Not sure who has been giving them 8 plus on reviews, maybe relatives of the owners?????

Upon entering the room you were greeted with a huge window that was very dirty not at all cleaned. The floor was covered in stains along with the bench, there were crumbs on the bed. When looking around I came across bugs in the room. After finding and taking pictures! I went down to the front desk to inform/show them. Nothing was offered or done about the situation, was told I needed to contact hotels.com and pretty much had to leave and find another hotel. I had that room for 2 nights on November 7-9 and still haven’t received a call or a refund about this whole situation. This hotel does not hold themselves to any standards. The management of the hotel is poorly ran and is just sad. Would take your money elsewhere.

The pictures do not match the reality. Inside is a remodeled older building, with old fixtures and dirty carpet. Bathroom not insulated ceiling tiles with mold painted over and gaps in the tiles. Balcony was dirty with spiderwebs, door had a gap opening for bugs to come in. Bed pillow had brown stain on it. Hallways were dark, elevators had damaged flooring, breakfast was gross & limited. All corners in the hotel room were filled with dust & grime. Window seals had dead bugs. Staff was rude and would stare blankly at you just for trying to checkin/out, weird vibes. Gym equipment mostly broken, no mirrors or water. Would not recommend especially for families - surrounding area looks dilapidated.

Check in was fast and easy. Looks good at first glance but the room was not that clean. Top cover was dirty and so was the top of the refrigerator cabinet. Tile was not cleaned and the floor was not vacuumed. Cleaners missed a lot!

Beds had hair and sheets had stain not clean at all had to sleep on top of covers.floors was stain and dirty. Bathroom had hair and bugs in the lights fixtures and was pink slim around the bathtub. Bed hurt my hips very uncomfortable. But worse part was stain sheets and hairs all over the room

In a great place for gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. Around a lot of the attractions The room had lots of cob webs everywhere. Balcony also needed a little more tlc. Definitely need fruit options for breakfast

It was dirty the location was the best part.

The counter for the sink is oddly low compared to other hotels we've stayed at in the past. Bed was not fully clean (stains on sheets), mattress and pillows probably need to be replaced - no support. Walls were very thin, we could hear the next room often. Probably will not stay there again next trip to Pigeon Forge.

The location is great. It is a nice hotel with a good selection for breakfast. We paid for a balcony which was a mistake because it was tiny and looked directly at a convention center. But I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only problem we had was comfort when sleeping. The beds seemed to be worn out and if you got to close to the side you would actually roll of the bed. My husband and I both fell off the bed during the night. The beds are suppose to be queen size but they are more like a fill size. If you go near the edge of the bed it would just roll you right on of the bed. My husband was good but I ended up with two bruised knees, foot, and elbow. Please change out mattresses.

Air conditioner squeeked continuously, so if you are a lite sleeper you won't get much rest. Otherwise nice hotel for the money.

My only complaint was the wifi they were helpful in trying to solve the problem, but sadly never got connected had to use my own data. Connection kept disconnecting. Pillows was also not the best. But the river view was wonderful loved watching the ducks and geese.

Great room. Very spacious and nicely laid out. Very comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. Definitely recommend this hotel. One of the best ones I have stayed in out of my 23 years of travelling.

It was a clean Hotel the staff while check in was not friendly! I honestly will never stay there again!

Arrived around 245, first lady checking people in was very sweet. I assume they changed shifts at 3, by time I got to front counter it was 255, NEW lady that took 1st lady's place looked at me and said you're just gonna have to sit down rooms aren't ready and I am not ready to check anyone in yet. Even tho ppl were already being checked in by previous lady. The new one didn't even look to see if my room was ready just held her hand up to me and stated those things and for me to sit down. She had no name tag on and never introduced herself. After what seemed like forever, she said u can come up here. She was just very rude and obviously doesn't like her job. The room was ok, I expected a little bigger room for my price tho, it was kinda cramped even with just two of us as far as the space between bed and fridge/TV. Bed wasn't very comfortable either. Room was clean tho.

Awful experience, our vehicle broke down 100 miles away and i called as soon as possible and they would not work with me at all on either moving my reservation for a different time ( i was willing to cover any difference) or a refund. The front desk lady was the absolute rudest individual I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

It’s an older hotel…the rooms smelled musty probably due to the humidity. The elevators were very slow. I do have to say the service was impeccable. They kept our room for us even though our flight was canceled and we couldn’t make it there until the next morning.

I checked in and got my room number. When i walked into the room it smelled like cigarette smoke dispite paying for a nonsmoking room. When I brought it up to the worker at the front desk she told me that they could have someone there to clean it at 7pm (we checked in at 3 and had to get ready for a rehersal dinner and leave by 5 so we couldnt wait 4 hours for them to clean the room). We switched to a different room and we downgraded rooms dispite paying for the better room. I asked her to put us in a room that matches what I paid for. She told me that they did not have anymore rooms available and it was my fault for not waiting for the cleaner to come. She was very rude throughout the whole process. She told me repeatedly she was the manager and would not give me her bosses number or call him and let me speak to them. She said since she was the manager thats all anyone could do for us. However, she was not even a manager as I found out later. Yet she tells everyone she is the manager. Along with all of this every time we stepped off the elevator on the 5th floor it always smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall the experience was bad. The only good thing was the gentleman that helped clean our room of the smoke so we could be in the original room I paid for. He was a huge help and he saved our stay as much as he could. Me and my family come to pigeon forge at least two times a year. This whole experience has probably turned me off to this hotel for all future stays.

Excellent customer service. Our air was not working so i made a service call tot he front desk. The unit could not be immediately repaired so they moved us to a much cooler room. No complaints.

We had a problem with the room and the lady at checkin immediately switched our room. She was amazing! I wish I could remember her name.

For my trip, the location and the price were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside, the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and quiet. For a Country Inn and Suites, I would expect the inside to be a little bit nicer, but ok overall. I would stay here again.

Property was in a great location and not in the busiest part of town! The employees were very nice and breakfast was great!

Stayed at the property from 9/23/24-9/26/24. It is at the end of the Pigeon Forge strip, which allows for easy access to Dollywood/the strip and to Gatlinburg. Plenty of parking with easy access available. Hotel was recently redone, pleased with the outward appearance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room had plenty of space for myself and 3 kids. The kids loved the breakfast-eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, muffins and make your own waffles. Breakfast area was nice, there’s indoor space and covered back porch you can sit at and enjoy breakfast by the creek. The room was recently redone as well-stayed on the 6th floor. It was clean, AC and fridge worked well. New beds-they were a bit firm for me but clean. The shower had great water pressure and endless hot water. The only cons were the bathroom didn’t have great ventilation causing some mildew to appear at the top of the shower and the log-jam in the morning at the elevators. It did not bother me or deter me from staying here again. Overall, great room for the price, the overall property exceeded my expectations for the price range and would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Coffee, microwave,and fridge. Staff at desk as well as room was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good and included eggs and a breakfast meat as well as waffle maker and cereal and fruit. We were pleased with our stay.

The overall experience that my family and I had at this hotel was great! The hotel is in a wonderful location on the main strip within pigeon forge, just a short scenic drive (right outside of) to Gatlinburg. The indoor heated pool was relaxing, the fireplace outside was cozy and the hot/cold buffet breakfast was excellent. We dined on the patio overlooking the river with the company of geese + ducks each morning. Our only downside of the entire stay was the check-in experience with the front desk staff (not so friendly) and the placement of our room; although nearest to the elevator on the second floor, overlooking the pool just outside our door, the noise of the elevator filled our room with each and every use… meaning we were up as early as 5am and awake until the late hours of around 11pm when the usage slowed.

Check in and out was very smooth. Breakfast was great and area was clean. Friendly staff will definitely recommend.

The hotel is very clean and the staff were all pleasant. The breakfast area is a little cramped. The attendants worked hard to keep it clean and stocked. The elevators need some cosmetic repairs. The hallways are dimly lit. The only complaint I have about the room was the size of the bathroom. The toilet is mounted very close to the outer wall and door which opens inward. There was plenty of hot water, but no pressure in the shower. All in all it was a very nice hotel for the price and I would stay there again.

Pillows we're horrible. I have never seen them in a hotel. Breakfast was the worst. Out of alot of items.
