I booked a room with 2 queens and a pull out, pool, and conventional breakfast according to Expedia. I got a room with 2 queens and 2 roll outs , No pool, and told there would be bengals for breakfast. Huge disappointment for the whole family. Employee at desk wouldn’t return our money because it’s not her fault that Expedia didn’t change the description on the site

Nice warm pool. Nice, clean rooms with large bathrooms. We were on the second floor, and the follr above was very noisy. Made a call to the front desk and the noise stopped. Staff were very accommodating making sure our family had rooms together.

We arrived for check in. No trailer parking on premise. We paid via Hotels.com. The young lady at the desk took my husband ands card for incidentals.no problem. We were charged a second time. Walked into room and into the restroom after a long day of travel. To say the room was in poor shape was an understatement. Floor had discoloration, white chalky substance all over and something brown growing on the walls and grout We reported to the front desk. No other rooms and the clerk had no clue how to reverse the duplicate charge. Call to the manager. Mgr never talked to us directly, but argued via a video chat with the clerk,the room was not dirty. Sub standard facility all the way around.

Staff was sooo friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The gal at the front made the BEST cookies each day…yummo!! Rooms were clean and comfortable! The only downside to this property is parking. There’s not a lot of it and it seemed like every UHaul truck in the state and every rude double space parking person was staying at the hotel.

Extremely disappointing Hampton Inn. The condition of the room was unacceptable: torn carpets in room and hallways, dirty walls, damaged lampshade, no toiletries or shampoo at all in the bathroom, uncomfortable beds and sketchy location. Breakfast was also disgusting and none of the hot food was kept stocked when I visited at 0746am (eggs and sausage completely empty for 15+ minutes while a line of people waited). Don’t stay here

We woke up to find little bugs crawling around the nightstand and our pillows!!! Gross! And when I told them about it at the front desk, she said they k ew about them. (But still put us in that room??) I have fighting for about 5 days now trying to reach management, and I have gotten no response.

Negatives first: walked into vestibule and loaded with FLIES. Walked to elevator for 2nd floor room. Floor was very STICKY on first and second floor. I told desk, but nothing. Door to my room very difficult to close and open...had to slam it. Once in room, NO SOAP or body wash! After shower, i sat at desk AND IT WAS STICKY! Now the positives, bed was comfy and large handicap room. These are my personal experiences. This could have been avoided if management paid attention.

I was sent to a dirty room at first. There was no reception on cable, just sound. I love to get caught up on my shows when i travel- just really annoying. I left the next morning around 6 30am, and they were already out of coffee- didnt have time to wait.

Upon arrival there was none at desk. I called the hotel twice from the lobby walked around and 8 min passed before someone came to desk. My room door wouldn't shut. My husband had to literally kick it to close. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom.

The building was probably an older building which Hilton had redone - but the walls were very thin. It was very noisy as people were arriving throughout the night, then at 2:00 am the neighbor's alarm started going off in the adjoining room. It went until 6:00 am. At 3:00 am I went down to the lobby and the lady came up and knocked but they didn't answer. She said she slightly opened the door and heard the man snoring but she wasn't legally allowed to enter. It wasn't her fault, but it was a miserable night and we had to drive 12 hours the next day. I expected better of something with the Hilton name.

The address on the reservation was the wrong address. Waited in line for 35 minutes to check-in. Hotel rep was slower than slow. She didn't acknowledge those waiting in line. The people in front of us she was waiting on simply needed 3 fresh keys. 35 minutes! And then after she finished, she told us we were at the wrong location. The address we were given was the address we showed up at. Super inconvenient. Once we arrived at the actual location, the process was fine. However, we were placed in a room on the bottom floor two doors from the side exit and across from the ice machine and laundry room. Nothing but slamming doors and people walking in and out of the hallway at 1:30 in the morning. Breakfast was sub-par. Won't be returning. Would not recommend. Can't believe Hilton would put their name with such a place.

Like any other Hampton we stay at, it was clean, convenient. No complaints there. But the problem was at breakfast- hours served during the week 6AM- 9AM. We arrived at 8:25 and there were no eggs of any kind, my son had to scrape the bottom of the crock pot to get any oatmeal, and the waffle batter was so runny it overflowed the cup before you could stop it from coming out and the sausage was like warm. On top if that we heard the manager saying that he was going to charge patrons an extra $25 for keeping the luggage carts in their rooms. We have a membership through Hilton because we like staying at Hampton Innsand they offer the continental breakfast with your stay; and this is the first time we felt we needed to complain.

I had booked a room for two beds and a sofa bed, we got there and told us that they don’t do sofa beds, I have a screenshot of it when I booked it, breakfast was not good at all, the ladies in the front seat were not professional, me and my family would never stay here again,
