Good size rooms , clean . Helpful staff . Swimming pool not available which given it was 100 f was a big disappointment. It was a key reason for booking it . Shoujd be given the heads up in my view .

We booked the room at this hotel because it claimed to have a pool. When we got there, the pool was drained and not useable. We were told that they are in the process of removing the pool altogether. We requested that they would allow us to cancel the reservation but were told that the manager was not on duty and would not return until the following Monday. The desk clerk called the manager and he told her that if we made any kind of fuss, to just call the police. What kind of customer service is that??? Advertising a pool when the property does not have one is criminal! We are yet to get our money back.

The staff were amazing and helpful to find places! The room was very clean with a lot of space. The pool was not in use which was disappointing but we found other things to do! The parking lot was well lite and I felt safe there! I will differently go back because the bed and pillows were amazing and I had a great sleep!!
