Most of the staff were very helpful and the beds were super comfy. Air conditioner kept room comfortable. It is older so the carpets and such are well used. Laundry room had been decommissioned so that was a disappointment as that was the amenity that swayed my booking. If you are looking for a comfortable sleep and a decent breakfast, this is a good choice. Bonus....lobby always had iced water ready for you to fill your water bottles.

The side door stayed open even though a sign was there that key access was needed. Anyone could have entered. Every hallway and elevator smelled like weed. The elevators were rickety and the control panel for scanning your room key to call the elevator didn't work half the time. The toilet in my room had not been flushed from the last use. There was no reception on the television. There were burn or cut holes in the bed skirts.

This place was horrible. Every SINGLE room smelled like cigarettes. They did not have a clean pool at all, and not even a first aid kit at all. Do not recommend. Only the employees there are super nice, but other than that 0/10.

The hotel areas smell; the alley and the elevator area, specially the second floor where we stayed. The room was clean though and that's why we didn't leave. I saw small roaches and I also blame tenants for being inconsiderate in cleaning after leaving. Heard a tenant complaining about seing a roach while carrying food and dropping crumbs, just careless. The lady at front desk was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good too. The exercise room is great and everything worked.

Very dated but clean. Unit was converted from tub to handicapped room in shower. Surface was uneven in shower with an obvious dip which didn’t allow it to drain as tub drain wasn’t relocated. Water ran over that area all over the bathroom floor. Had to get 4 extra bath mat towels to dry up the entire floor. Conversation was very badly done. Needed new mirror. Room lock bar was held on with one screw making it useless. Toilet paper fixture was double but one side was missing. We only had a half roll with no extras when we arrived. Sheets had cigarette burns. Breakfast was good and always had plenty of food. Hotel and were clean. A little tricky as it was on one way frontage road to get there but once you went in and out we figured it out. It’s an ok place but we wouldn’t be returning to this property.

We stayed for 3 nights, prior to checking in the front desk associate said they were working on the hot water and would be available tomorrow. All lies, we stayed 3 nights and had no hot water. The internet went down for 2 nights as well. Traveled over 400 miles, they could have called in advance to let us know the conditions of the hotel so we could have made other reservations.

Attended an autograph show that was at the galleria. My hotel was less than 3 miles away with easy on easy off access. That was a plus. The cost of my stay was a plus. The door to my room looked like it had been broken into before and repaired. Door had about a half inch gap after it was closed that you could clearly see into the hallway. Property is non smoking but my hall (3rd floor) always smelled like smoke and my neighbors across the hall smelt like Cheech n Chong stayed the weekend. Elevator and lobby had a strong poo and sewage smell. Other than that the room seemed fairly clean.

The rooms were smaller than what appeared on the photos. The double beds are full size and not your standard queen size. The sink water pressure was very low. We also had a couple of baby roaches appear in the bathroom. The room only came with one set of towels (1 bath, 1 hand and 1 washcloth). It was 4 of us so i had to request more from the front desk. The entry door was uneven with a significant gap causing light from the hallway to easily come through. I guess for the price, you can't expect the Ritz Carlton.

I arrived to check-in at 8:30 pm on 7/13. There was no one behind the desk and another guest was also waiting. 10 minutes later, who turns out to be the desk employee, walks passed us coming from behind and very slowly. Zero sense of urgency. She gets behind the desk and says "yes".The guest in front of me has issue with key, she didn't acknowledge him but fixed his key I assume. With my check-in. She greeted me with "drivers license!". Then said a group of numbers. This woman obviously does not need to be in hospitality. Came down the lobby 10 minutes later and overheard her speaking basly about the guests to another guest in the lobby. The desk attendant who checked me out the next morning was ver pleasant and kind as you would expect. Also the blankets had stains.

The man that checked me in was nice. He informed me that there was not hot water and offered free cancelation. Since I arrived at 11pm I was not going to try and find another hotel to stay at. When I woke up the next morning there wasn't any water at all. When I went to the desk the employee informed me that they cut the water off because they were working to fix it. So I wasn't able to take a shower at all. They don't offer a discount or no sorry for the inconvenience. Just nothing so I just paid to sleep there and couldn't even take a shower. I just wish they would have informed me when I checked in so all the customers could be aware.

Check in too too long. There was only one receptionist and he was held up by a customer who had credit card issues. Once in room there was a leak in bathroom, went to talk to the receptionist and he tells me he's the only one here no maintenance nothing said he'll have someone look at it never did and gave me a shower bath rug, then me baby girl says there's a cricket on the wall and little roaches in bathroom. no its a ROACH the phone doesn't work so I'm going back down to the front desk. The young man was clueless again. He's saying we dont have anymore rooms available they're all full. If i was able to pack my things back to my car and get my refund I would of done so. I had just come from a funeral and had a wedding on the next day, i was totally exhausted I asked him about no smoking 🚭 room all rooms are no smoking but this building smells like nothing but weed smoking renters. This is not nor will i ever stay. Very disappointed.

The room was not ready and they ask me wait another 20 minutes. There are 2 more guests like me and waiting in the small lobby. The front desks were chatting in the back and didn’t serve customers.

The location was nice. I'm a huge fan of Indian, African, Pakistani, and just middle eastern food and there are probably 30 restaurants in less than 3 miles surrounding the hotel so that was awesome. The receptionist was nice but I could tell she was not in the mood, nothing bad though, probably just tired and ready to get home. The hotel itself was pretty clean but it was definitely in need of repairs, drywall issues, paint peeling, seals around the windows, and a terribly dilapidated elevators (seriously needs fixing). The only major complaint I have is that a cockroach was literally on our bed. We scoured the room and didn't find another one but still, there should be no roaches. Also the vending machine on our floor was out of order and that stunk but I don't know about other floors.

My vehicle and two other vehicles got broken into 15 minutes after checking in. This area is not a good area to book a stay. Police was called and they never responded. I had to drive with a broken window to the police station to make a report. It's been 2 days since the incident and the hotel still hasn't issued a refund.

Although they first gave us a room that had mold on the ceiling, they changed us to a much better room the next morning. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping quite good. The breakfast was varied and ample, though at the end of the stay there were problems with many items being unstocked. Overall a very nice ten day stay.

I’m didn’t like anything. Trash everywhere, broken ice maker, broken vending machine. Continental breakfast was milk, toast and cereal. Dirty shower tiles, dirty walls and floors. Light not working in room and very dark to read. I will never go to a Comfort Inn again.
