The hotel is nice and the staff are super friendly and helpful. My poor mark is because there was no hot water albeit it did get fixed

Got there after driving 20 hrs tired as all heck to be greeted by a rude manager. Had to change rooms 3 times stayed on 3rd floor with no working elevator?!?

My stay at the sonesta was good ,I was a little worried at first because the pool was closed & I was looking forward to swimming, I couldn’t get in the fitness room to work out and my room I had at first looked like someone tried to break in! But over all . I stayed because is was clean and quiet .I sleep like a princess, the workers were wonderful & polite and the restaurant around the hotel was delicious. I would stay there again.

Just the elevator are out off service but everything else is good

Elevator did not work for the 3 nights I was there not one did they clean my room will not go back to this hotel

There was no hot water until the day I checked out.

I was highly disappointed with my stay. After we paid they waited to inform us the elevators were out and the maintenanceman will be there to fix it. It never got fixed and I stayed on the 4th floor so i had to carry everything up and down. Also had holes in the walls and Roaches inside the bedroom and Livingroom. I informed the staff and they said it was nothing they can do and they have no on-site manager. I will never stat there again

The employees were rude, and were actually nowhere to be found when we tried to check in. There was no phone in the room. The only ice machine was on the 4th floor and didn't work. There was hair on my toilet paper. Only one elevator worked. There is no first aid kit on site, or so we were told when my husband asked for a bandaid. The fence around the property is so full of blank spots and broken poles that it should just be taken down. Did not feel safe.

Poor service. No one frequently at front desk and phone not answered promptly. Free breakfast is a joke The only hot food is the waffle you make yourself. The hotel needs serious renovation. Major potholes in parking lot. Positive many restaurants within 5 minutes.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and completely unorganized. The first room they gave me had two cockroaches crawling around before I could even set my bags down. That alone was enough to make me question the cleanliness of the place. I immediately went to the front desk to report it, and they reassigned me to another room—only for me to walk in and find someone already in there! I felt terrible for invading that person’s privacy, but that’s on the hotel for being so careless and unprofessional. The lack of organization and cleanliness here is shocking, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The room was incredible dirty. There were roaches in the bathtub and crawling on the wall. The sheets had stains all over them. The water pressure in the bathroom was non existent. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else because i did not feel comfortable at this place. We went back in the morning to turn in our key, but i was not at all happy with the experience here. If I had not had already checked in I would have requested a refund just due to seeing so many roaches crawling in the room upon us getting in there.

When I checked in with my family the room and bathroom was full of roaches. Even the furniture in the room was very dirty too. Very dissatisfied.

When we got to the property and checked in. Our room was muggy and humid like the window was cracked open. In addition, the bathroom was not clean and the sheets were dirty. We checked out immediately

There is a roach infestation in the room I stayed in. I killed 5 roaches and they just kept coming out. I had a roach crawl on me while using the bathroom. I was highly disappointed with my stay.

There was nothing to like about this location. The hotel was roach infested.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The towels and bed sheets had holes and stains. I had to go and buy some towels, and thank God I brought my own blanket. The chair in the room was filthy and full of stains. The carpet was dirty and full of stains. Customer service was deplorable, they had young people working at the front desk, and they never no anything also the elevator was not working which made it worse for our entire stay we had to go up and down the dirty stairs. Please do not stay in this hotel. Not worth a penny.

It was a nice stay for the day we spent there. One critique I would have is our room did not have a main closet. It was four of us in a room, and a main closet would have been nice to have.

Second time staying here, both times have been a good experience, elevator was loud and squeaky the first time but they have fixed it since then. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again.

It was dirty. As soon as you walk into the room, smells like cigarettes were just smoked in there. Room carpets were stained and had marks from liquid that had poured a while ago. Toilet kept on getting clogged and it also had no toilet tissue holder. Phone in the room was not on/working so I had to contact the front desk via personal phone which made things difficult.

Upon arrival we met a clerk by the name of Angie. She was very rude and seemed as if she was rushing because she was getting off work. When we arrived our room that we originally paid for we couldn’t get because the keys weren’t working properly and they said that the door wouldn’t lock. After Trying to accommodate us with a king size suite we ended up getting a queen suite instead of the king, we were originally told. When we arrived in the room, it smelled really bad like mold. We then decided that we were gonna go back to the desk and ask if we can switch the room because it wasn’t to our liking and the bed was wrong. When we got down to the desk, the clerk by the name of Keisha was there. She was very nice. She was very helpful. She greeted us as well as kept a smile on her face and apologize for her coworkers mistake. She informed us that everything would be the same price and that she would upgrade to a king as if it was supposed to be. We were supposed to have two beds an went to one. On the first day we waited for potatoes until 10 o’clock and then we were told we couldn’t get any because breakfast time was over after waiting for an hour. Then the last day when we were checking out we didn’t get breakfast either because they didn’t have it set up. Overall the experience was okay, other Sonesta I’ve visited were a better experience. Being from out of town I was disappointed but still enjoyed my trip.

The elevator making a loud squeaking noise, kept waking me up that needs to be maintenance and dangerous to be used

The room I initially had AC was out and when confronted front desk I was assigned another room with AC but a smaller bed which was inconvenient

My room was nice, spacious and clean. I had trouble with my room key, the staff handled it. My tv remote didn't work, the staff handled it. Always promptly and courteously.

For the location it was really nice, the customer service was excellent. The girl at the front desk was so helpful and such a sweetheart. The room was nice, my only complaint was the water pressure. It took a long time to get a shower because the water pressure barely was there. I have very long hair, and it was very hard to get a "quick shower". We had a very long stay, 2 weeks, and they did their best to make sure we had what we needed. Great parking and secure. Would need to update some showers and bathtubs very soon. Also, get the elevators serviced. The breakfast was not what I would say the greatest, but for the most part it was ok. I would give them an 8 out of 10

The water was off for the entire morning and afternoon our second day there and then when we returned the hot water wasn't working the entire night. Our key to our room stopped working 3 different times. We'd have to go and get it reactivated at the front desk repeatedly. I've never had that happen at a hotel before. When we needed more towels, the owner at the front desk told us we needed to return the ones we'd used before getting more, as other guests still their towels. There weren't enough towels in the room to begin with. This location is a bit more in the hood, so I can see that but still...we had no intentions of stealing their towels. People were smoking on our floor. The smells of weed and cigarettes were palpable. The room and lobby were nice. The elevators and hallways need some updating.

I reserved a room at this hotel recently. Upon our arrival, we were notified that your hotel’s elevator was indispensable. Since we had a late check-in we were not left with any options. Not only do we have a large suitcase which is a struggle to go up and down the stairs with but my sister struggles with asthma. I would have wished someone contacted their guest to notify us about this since the elevator had been broken for over a week. As you can imagine this was a major inconvenience to us and others. The front desk associate for the night shift was nice and offered to exchange rooms in the morning when others checked out. The next morning we asked the morning shift if we would be able to move rooms and her response was immediately no. We also mentioned our television not working. She did not seem to want to help us out and was majorly rude about it. We hadnt been there for more than 12 hours and our experience with your hotel and staff was the worst I have experienced to date. don’t stay here !!’

I just got out the hospital which required stitches and was difficult for me to walk and the night clerk was very patient and helpful and showed compassion towards me and my situation

The deck clerk checked me in, but was in no way friendly, helpful or proactive; she didh't write my room number down, I later had to ask for the wifi password and no mention of any hotel amenities, breakfast serving time, etc. I guess you get what you pay for.... L~

Waited around 15 minutes no one came out to get us taken care of had to call multiple times to get someone to check us in.

The front desk workers were always helpful with anything needed. The room cleaning lady was thorough and was never late in cleaning my room. Good waffles and other goodies for breakfast.

How can you have a front desk person who seemed to be under the influence of narcotics, with his panta down to his knees showing all of his underwear and showed no interest in attending us while on the phone with his jpods. I have traveled on business for over 20 years and NEVER have felt so disrespected. Icing was breakfast was ready late and removed early. I though I had seen it all. EVERY single night I had to go back down to the front desk to get keys remade in order to get in. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

They were overbooked and had no room available. They were also very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Overall our stay was good. The area around the hotel is very disgusting and poor. The hotel itself smelled like cigarettes once we entered our room yet it said “NO smoking”. The room was very clean. But there was others down the hall being super noisy. The area in general is not really safe. There is people walking all night!!!! Unacceptable. But I can say the staff that helped us check & out was very helpful, no complaints in that area.

Near the highway

The area is not bad, close to dinning and shopping. Sometimes the front desk, in my opinion is left unattended to long.

We came for a birthday weekend , the hotel was nice however outside the hotel there were homeless people that could easily access the pool they had all their belongings and baskets of junk just piled in a corner and then the worst part is someone jacked my friends car up and stole all 4 tires off his car , and the staff was very unhelpful the police were called and they could care less as well, so don’t expect to have any help if such thing should happen

The breakfast Thursday morning consisted of cereal, toast, banana, apple, orange, apple juice, milk and coffee. The elevator did not work. The outside grounds had big pile of brush in the parking lot and trash laying all around . Had to get clean towels. Turn in old towels. Lamp on table did not work. Refrigerator barely kept things cool. I would not recommend this. Please we're there each day because of vehicle break-ins. One contractor lost over $3,000 worth of tools.

Dirty Unsafe My workers truck got stolen

Perfect location for shopping and having dinner

Overall place was nice & affordable. Breakfast cleaning staff was rude telling us why we did we use butter for waffle machine instead of of cooking spray & why we didnt pull out our waffle out if it was ready. 1. machine didnt beep 2. What is it to her if i like butter in my waffle. What a way the start the morning. If she didnt feel like working she should of stayed home no wonder why we were the only people at breakfast, she ran all of them off.

Great little buffet, great staff, friendly and quiet.

Very friendly staff that allowed to check in early and the check out was very simple. Very good breakfast with a good variety.

It was a good stay it said breakfast so I expected there to be hot food but all they had were waffles and cereal to eat along with fruit not sure if it’s different during the weekends or not . Wish they had eggs or sausage, bacon and there drink machine was out I assume since they had a little fridge with Sunkist orange juice to grab and pour. Liked the pool it was clean
