The hotel did not look any like the photos we got a very dirty couch. The night we checked in the elevator was not working supposedly was going to be fixed the next day and it never got fixed we had to carry everything through the stairs we had reserved for my moms surgery and it was a bad inconvenience making her take the stairs

Location has Paul washer and dryer. Washer and dryer were out of order when we tried to use it. No laundry detergent for sale in little store. Make sure you bring your own if you have to wash clothes. We were on the first floor, which seemed convenient, but the same time I felt like they were watching me every time we got out of our room and walked down the hallway like we were being stared at

I enjoyed that the room was cold and not humid. Aside from that, the whole hotel smelled dirty, the elevator seemed unstable and was out of order for an entire afternoon, the toilet paper in our room was not changed, we were only given 3 towels for four adults, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, and the breakfast was not good. Staff was kind.

While the service was good and quick, our room smelled awful when we came in and took awhile for our noses to acclimate to the smell. Onother negative was the fact that the rooms were not noise isolated as i could hear inside my room from outisde my door and while in the room hear all around me. Other than that the room was spacious and clean and the gym though inadequate, was good enough.

The pool was unexpectadly closed because they were housing a stray dog. If I knew this I would have went somewhere else, the room was already paid for and the clerk refused to refund. The room is unkept, the sheets may or may not have been changed from the previous guests. The bathroom floor was on the same level as the shower so with every shower taken the floor flooded and was very slippery. The breakfast was ok. The channel they had on the TV was offensive. The air conditions control has been disconnected so it was freezing all night. The bed sqeaked everytime you moved. I will likely never come here again.

The first room they gave us was full of Mold on the ceiling and smelled bad. Dirty stains were everywhere on the carpet. Then we asked to change the room. The second room still had Mold on the ceiling and mold in the shower. The girl at the front desk doesn't seem happy when we ask for a room change. She told us that they don't have many rooms available to change, and the rooms with mold will be given to someone else after us. Stay away from this place. The hotel is old. From the outside, many missing tiles. Inside, the room was moldy and smelled bad. They know their room has mold, but they will let customers stay in the Moldy room anyway to make money. This is a serious health hazard violation.

I had BED BUGS!! I woke up 3am in the morning bc I was being bit. I pulled the sheets back and I had bed bugs crawling in the bed. I went to the front desk but they couldn’t get in touch with manager. She offered me another room. I went to the fro r desk the next day and they gave me the manager email. No urgency NOTHING! I’m traumatized and I have a back full of bed bug bites

Booked the hotel for one of our employees. She called the next morning to let us know that the Hotel was infested with bedbugs. When approached, the front desk offered her a couch to sleep on as an admission that they had no other "clean" rooms.

Hotel smells very strongly of mold. Room was dirty. Literally a dirty rag was left on floor in corner of bathroom. There was mold growing up side of wall. The shower faucet didn’t have any pressure. When I called the front desk. The woman Sharma, was Very rude telling me to turn and move the shower head around till it works. When I told her no, it doesn’t work. She told me to stop being rude. It’s not rude to ask for a new room, and let you know what was going on with this one. Breakfast was stopped an hour before it was supposed to be. Was told, it’s closed when I asked at 8am. Was supposed to be open till 9.

I’ve stayed at this property several times in the past and it’s always been decent. This time my room smelt like mold a smoke, the hallway smelt like cat urine, and my room was missing the extra lock. The staff was friendly as usual. However since there weren’t any other rooms available they weren’t able to do anything for me.

The room doesn't have enough light, the plug-in outlet for both side of the bed is not working, the sink water takes a long time for the hot water to come out, the curtain shower can't closed entirely to cover the shower tub, the safety safe is broken, the hanger only have two hanger and I can't hang enough for me and my husband clothes, the sofa looks dirty spot on it, and the bathroom tub is not clean with yellow stains.

Good: location, cleanliness (visual), and the room was spacious BEWARE of check in process - the hotel tried to charge an extra $15/night/person for kids over 5 years old. This apparently happened with other customers too, please resolve this because it feels like price gouging after I prepay for everything and show up to check in and get asked to pay even more. This location offered a weekday breakfast, but it was quite limited, juice machine was broken, no water available. The couch in our room was destroyed, it looked and smelled as if it had been outside and scratched by a bunch of cats.

When we checked in they didn't inform us that you had to request the room to be cleaned 24 hours in advance. We stayed 3 nights had to ask for towels, had to ask for toilet paper, and our trash was overflowing. The breakfast was toast, sweet cereal, or waffles. It was ridiculous how little they had and the staff was not courteous and couldn't have cared less if you had what you needed or if you were enjoying your stay. The hotel needed maintenance, but I guess if they couldn't get anyone to clean the rooms they certainly weren't going to pay to have something fixed. I wish I had thought to take a picture of the trash overflowing in our rooms, but I did take one of the signs in the elevator. Needless to say, we will not be returning to stay here when we return to Houston.

The receptionist, Sunny is very pleasant, and helpful with providing information, his smile made us feel welcome, his warmth at receiving us made us feel we can count on him if we needed assistance. The lobby , the elevator, the hallways are clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, quiet, very efficient staff. Receptionist, Sunny, is very pleasant, he listens attentively to questions, explained the reason of our downgrade clearly, and responds to essential requests with utmost courtesy. I would say he is one unique and significant good review to me and my family. He granted our request for extra blankets for 2 rooms the same day, explained why we need to wait for it couple of hours, his honesty and courtesy is something. More power to your staff!

Had my booking for Fri-Sun, but came a day early and they were able to keep me in the same room. There is a $100 deposit they put on your card as a hold for any damages. If you use cash you get it back at the end and don’t have to wait for your card to release the hold. I took out cash from the ATM on site that charged $10 to use. Gave them cash then the next night they charged my card the $100 also. They were able to give my cash deposit but now I have a hold on my credit card. Breakfast was good not many choices, but has the waffles eggs, sausage, cereal, juices. For some reason for the second reservation when they charged me, they only charged me for one night so we got back at midnight that night. We were locked out of our room and had to get our keys re-done. A big inconvenience as it took another 20 minutes and we were tired from being out all day.

The employee at the front desk refused to call a manager and denied my check in for a technicality. He also told me that the real reason why he denied my check in was the cheap rate I got at Expedia. That he had instructions from the owner to look for an excuse to cancel such reservations. Expedia also wanted to charge me 120 dlls to change my first name in the reservation.

They cheap out on everything - no lids for the coffee cups so you don’t take a coffee to go. Not allowed to bring breakfast to your room. Couldn’t even get another coffee pod for in room machine.

It’s been 6 days and I’ve yet to receive my money from the “hold” that you all put on cards during check in. It didn’t take long for you all to take the money off my card, it shouldn’t take that long for you all to give me my money back!! Upon arrival I called for an early check in to be at 1pm instead of 3pm. Got the okay that I could, get there at 12:50 and the guy tells my husband and I that we’re late and someone else checked in already and we’d have to wait until 3. Never told me when u called that it was first come first serve only said it’ll be an $10 fee to check in early. I’m highly disappointed

Property near crime- infested area.My friend who was staying with me actually witnessed an encounter with the police where the office withdrew his weapon. No room serve during our 3- day stay. No extra washcloths/towels, trash not emptied, staff indifferent.

Couldn't be happier with our stay! The entire staff was wonderful. Breakfast was as expected, when we checked in, they explained to us how breakfast worked. I see a lot of complaints about it only being waffles. Well, they tell you on the paper they give you at check in that Monday through Friday. It's just a standard cold breakfast, Saturday and Sunday are continental breakfast. Our room was cold. The refrigerator was cold. The microwave worked great. The pool was clean. The entire hotel was clean and my son and I had a wonderful two night stay.

1. The room had a wet smell. 2. No bedding for the pullout couch, the mattress on the pullout was very thin, you could feel the bars through the "mattress", the sheets/comforter given for the pullout were very thin 3. They closed down breakfast almost 30 min before the reported end time. Didn't make any fresh breakfast items almost 45min before reported end time. 4. Only given enough towels for 1 person. Then has to return those towels before you were given another set.

I was given room with big stain on floor. Requested a change and was given one with many stains on the floor. Was exhausted so spent the night after complaining and being promised cleaner room the next day. Spent the second night in the filthy room because they refused to honor their promise to move me the next day. There is no food for breakfast. Had to ask for hot water to make tea. One person told me there was no hot water. No fruits. Only thing put out were waffles, bread, cereal and yogurt.
