It was dirty, unkempt and could use a facelift. The pictures advertised online made it look pretty cool but the facility is actually shabby and dirty in person! If not for the fact that the stay was nonrefundable, I would have cancelled altogether!

My room was on the first floor in front of the designated smoking area. The curtains in my room did not close all the way because the were ripped and the microwave didn't work I asked to be moved and was told they had no more rooms available. On Day 3 of complaining I was given a different room but there was mold all over the ceiling and vents
