Front desk was great! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Darn air condition rattled all night and kept me up-I could’ve called maint at 10 pm but what could you do? Otherwise stay was fine, hot tub was added benefit!

They are currently doing construction in the lobby and it’s going to be nice but right now it’s all torn up and uncomfortable. They people working there were very nice but the inconveniences didn’t match the price.

We checked out after finding the room not clean. The tv didn’t work, maintenance man wouldn’t answer phone to fix tv. We left, cancelled our credit card & went to another motel. On top of that I had a medical procedure the next morning. I didn’t need that stress at that time. My hubby was going to watch Monday Night Football. Owner of this Hampton’s last name is Patel. His prices are outrageous! Love Hampton Inn, won’t stay in this one ever again!!

The property has been completely renovated with all new fixtures. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. There were ample USB charging ports available at different areas in the room. Breakfast was good, but not as good as its competition. The only downside, was the air conditioning system. There was not a continuous fan mode, And cycled between white noise and quietness. Also, when the AC unit cycles, it gets very warm between cycles. This could be resolved by a simple flip of a dip switch on the unit.

Would not stay again. Those thermostat they have are equipped with motion sensor. So the a/c turned off every time there was no movement. Hot night and sheets made me feel itchy.

Check in was a breeze and staff was very friendly. Room 217 was of decent size, clean, quiet through the night. Bed was harder than I prefer, but husband likes a harder bed so it's a matter of preference. Pillows were soft, but again preference, I like to sleep on stacked pillows so my head & neck don't angle down but these pillows were too soft to keep my neck/head level. A/C could have been cooler. Although thermostat is in the room, we couldn't get it to set below 66 degrees. Blackout shades worked perfectly. Plenty of plugs/USB ports to charge your electronics. Plenty of towel sets. Shower had great water pressure and water stayed hot. Nice sized TV and sofa. Haven't tried breakfast yet so cannot comment on that. ALL IN ALL, pleased with our stay; however next time I'll remember to bring my own pillows.

My rating is low due to a few minor things. The Wi-Fi instruction was terrible; remote was about the worst I’ve ever used; the bed cover is so hot it’s unusable so that you’re cold without and hot if used. These are small things but irritating. Probably because of cleanliness and staff the rating should be higher.

I liked- the large area to walk dogs and the friendly check in staff. I didn't like- I double checked with the front desk as to what time check out was. ..noon. We left to eat breakfast at a restaurant and came back to find our belongings stacked out in the hallway. We were back at 10:30 am. Front desk said she'd talk to the girl. I'm uncomfortable leaving this review. There was probably a miscommunication with the cleaning staff. It is a nicely kept property and I would stay here again.

We chose this property because of its location to several state parks we were visiting In the Texas Hill Country. The hotel was very nice, rooms were comfortable, and the employees were great. We had no problems whatsoever and would definitely stay there again when in the area.

I’ve stayed here before . Overall is good but breakfast area could have some upgrades .only one waffle maker took like 25 mins to get them done for a family of 4 while others needed to wait. Also the variety of food wasn’t enough like I’ve seen in other Hampton/Hilton hotels . Clean room and bathrooms .

This hotel was fine for a one night stay during travel. The area has a lot available close by and the access to I-10 is great but no views or extra comforts. Average food ( too much sugar) would like healthier choices. Grass area has tons of stickers ( not good for dogs feet).
