Good stay. Good price.

The room was nice and clean. The rest of the property seemed clean and kept up with. The bed was terrible. The mattress felt old and lumpy. The duvet had several ripped and empty pockets. The cotton inside of it was visibly balled up. It had been washed so many times the cotton wasn’t smooth anymore. It was very uncomfortable. I told the front desk attendant when we left. She was very nice and apologized. I’d stay there again if it wasn’t for that bed!

Sheets were dirty or stained so I asked for new ones, the door would not close and lock very easily, key had to be scanned several times before working, breakfast items that should’ve been hit weren’t even lukewarm. Afternoon and night staff were very friendly.

We had a king bed suite. It was clean when we arrived and well maintained the first 2 days. We had issues with housekeeping the next 2 days: bed not made, dirty towels removed but no new towels provided, no coffee, one cup left etc. When we notified front desk we were always told to come down and get whatever we needed instead of someone bringing the items to us.
