Elevator not working, tub didn't drain, toilet level not working, stairways dirty. We've been staying here every year, this year was not good.

Clean and quiet. Hot tub was dirty.

I wanted a heated pool and hot tub and both were available. The only thing is the step in and out of the hot tub is dangerously steep if you’re over the age of 60!

The only issue we had was the room had dust on every flat surface. Management was notified and said that they were doing some remodeling and would talk to housekeeping. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were great.

Okay place to stay for over night stays while traveling. Fitness room was terrible. Needs a lot of upgrading. Breakfast was standard free breakfast fare.

Hotel elevator had issues where it would stop on second floor and drop a foot before continuing to third floor… notified front desk and they put out of order on elevator… but maintenance said it was working and took signs down… issue was not addressed

The positive is their breakfast although no plates...just bowls! Has an elevator but not working then working. Room on 2nd floor hauling luggage up stairs as senior. Carpet in hallway looked like needed a vacuum! Our bed sank in the middle. Parking lot is too small. Tight parking.

Indoor heated pool and hot tub. Great after a long day.

Black mold all over bathtub/shower, ceiling, and door. Needs mold remediation and better cleaning, the door is also covered in dingy hand prints and the bottom is coming apart from water damage.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms aren’t very clean. The details have been let go, and the fixtures are deteriorated. The linens didn’t seem very clean on the beds. One bed had visible yellow stains on the sheets, but at least I was able to switch beds.

The hotel is ‘under renovation’ but that shouldn’t excuse poor housekeeping. The room looked ok on arrival, but the odor was akin to a skunk in the air. It did not dissipate over the 24 hours we were there. The room had dirt and dust on all of the light fixtures and seemed that it only had been slightly and quickly gone over. Service was fine, but the room itself was not good.

Older property, room door had crack between door and wall that you could see into the hall. Shower had mold down the middle, sheets had blood on them and hair from previous guest. Would not recommend.

Just stayed one night during a roadtrip and breakfast was very limited (OJ was more like a syrup not diluted at all). Found hairs on the bedsheet and cleaning products were left on the counter. Not a great experience.

The room was nasty the toilet was not clean the show was gross and falling apart the air conditioner, was almost broken and absolutely disgusting we didn't even spend the night we left the same day we arrived.

The room was not clean the pull out couch had some kind of hair all over the cushions. There was a huge red spot on the floor and something splattered all over the walls. The bath tub had mold everywhere, I bought supplies to clean it. The breakfast was very nice and the customer service was great. We needed the laundry and the dryer was broken and the washer was really dirty.

The room was dirty. There was hair (possibly dog hair) all in the bedding and bathtub. The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Upon arrival, the lobby seemed clean and had a strong smell of fragrance. Immediately I thought, what stench are they trying to cover up. The guy at the front desk was extremely friendly and that was the only positive thing about our experience. When we first entered our room we were smacked in the face with a horrible smell of mold. To me it smelled like urine but to my husband it smelled like mold. It didn’t take long to start spotting the mold. It was all over the bathroom. On the ceiling, in the shower, on the walls and I’m sure there was hidden mold that was hiding underneath the floors or in other places. The smell was so strong we could barely stand it. Upon further inspection we noticed there was what appeared to be urine on the walls and front door, which explained why I was smelling urine. We would have left but we arrived at midnight and only needed an overnight stay as we were on our way to Corpus Christi. We were in the hotel room for about 10 hours and it was enough to make us physically ill from breathing in mold. It really put a damper on our beach vacation. I wish we would have never stayed there. This place should be condemned! DO NOT STAY HERE! There are FAR better places to stay at in Kerrville.

Staff was unprofessional, room was not clean, carpet smelled and was wet, shower sprayed all over the bathroom. I paid for two queen beds and me the room has two full size that are hard and uncomfortable. Will NEVER stay there again

Honestly, probably one of the best places to stay in Kerrville. Bed is not very comfortable though last day the bed was much better so it might be on a room by room basis.

First room smelled bad, either the occupant ahead of us smoked or soiled the carpet is unknown-our replacement room had no roll in shower or rails on tub, so no showers. Plus little light in room what there was was low including breakfast area

We heard people slamming the door beside our room, the whole night going outside. Our room was the opposite of soundproof.

We were put on the 1st floor near the elevator. It was noisy all night, bed was uncomfortable and the toilet made a loud noise while running all night. Even closing the door didn't help. Do not plan to return to a LaQuinta.

Location was good, and the staff was nice, but the hotel needs major updating and cleaning. The rooms were a good size, but the beds were small (full size) and very worn out. We checked with the front desk to see if we can upgrade to a queen bed but were told all rooms were full size. Our sheets and pillowcases also had stains on them. I'd recommend paying a little more and staying at the Hilton where it looked nicer.

Overall, not the worst. Paid $210 for one night. Bed was in pretty bad shape. Clean however, the mattress sunk in the middle. The bathroom light flickered. Again, not the worst just a bit pricey for one night

Our room has a broken mirror, and unpainted/unfinished light switches. The A/C doesn’t work right it was set to 62 because the room was hot and not cooling and it never really cooled it stayed almost sticky thru the night. The hotel is being remodeled and is currently still in an older design not nice like other L.A. Quintas I’ve visited. The lobby is nice and modern as well as the sitting area you eat breakfast. But the room was very disappointing.

Bed pretty comfortable. 1 Telephone not connected to front desk. No cord connected at the base? 2 Wall paint job was pitiful in our room. Areas were keft unpainted, exp ard window cornice board. 3 Carpet tacks sticking up where very frayed carpet met tile floor; husband got puncture wound to bottom of his foot 4 Very poor lighting in bathroom, almost could ve considered nightlight quality. Horrible for putting on nake up or measuring liqiud.medicine. 5 Arm of desk chair completely broken & sharp (left arm of desk chair). Felt very disappointed in condition of the room for price paid. Whole place needs update.

The hallways front entrance dining area where perfect conditions nice paint nice carpet on the second floor but once you get into the room it needed total renovation.

The room smelled like cigars since the moment we opened the door The AC is too old and nor well maintained In general the room was in really bad shape

Love the couch, the cold lemon water in the lobby 24 hrs and the 24 hr coffee. The front desk was super nice and friendly.

TV did not work and someone came to the room to fix/use the master remote immediately. That being said, during the same room visit. I mentioned the lighted mirror did not work. A work order was supposed to have been put in on that Tuesday night, but the light was not fixed and no word by departure on Friday morning.

Courteous Staff

Everything was great. The staff was super nice.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed and very secure. We got a good nights rest. The desk clerks were very helpful and the check in/out was the easiest of any hotel we stayed at in two weeks of traveling.

After our last day, we were hoping the hotel would be in better condition, but it’s not it seems to be getting worse. The floors are disgustingly dirty. The elevator was dirty. The staff doesn’t even talk to you or look at you. We were hoping for coffee in the morning before six and the front desk person basically told us that’s not happening. We will not be staying there again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for over a week and the staff went over and beyond for our comfort and needs. They made us feel like family. Such a lovely staff. Rooms was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back.

Convenient location and parking was well lit

My wife and I chose this property for its proximity to Arcadia Live in Kerrville, Texas. The venue is just a short drive down the street, and we were able to leave and return within five minutes both ways. The hotel is showing signs of wear, but the quality of the stay for the price was well worth it.

The check in people were very nice, but whoever does your breakfast were Terrible. Ran out of everything at 9:00. They would not even replace the milk so we could eat cereal. Very disappointed. The man that was there was rude!

The room was clean but the A/C didn’t cool very well. As for the breakfast I was very disappointed! There was no food out for us to get. We waited 30 for them to put out more food and they never did. We had to go eat breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Will not stay there again. 👎

Was very disappointed with the breakfast. Out of eggs, bacon, potatoes. No one was checking to see if anything needed to be resuppled. Had to as for plates. Still had an hour and a half before it closed.

I pre paid for 7 nights and was given a room right by the elevator. It was very noises late and early each day. The breakfadt had problems such as pladtic in the powdered eggs, cream cheese that tasted bad, the OJ dispenser had thick sediment and a bitter test. The water also tasted bad. I chose thisnplace for the alleged workout room which I was informed later was closed for several months because of constru3. I will likely stay elsewhere next time since there are 5 or 6 other places in the area.

Amazing receptionist! Friendly and caring. We had an awesome stay for the festival that weekend. Used the pool and hot tub. So much fun. Great continental breakfast! Thank you!

We went for breakfast at 8:45 to find the breakfast offerings empty. I asked if they could be refilled and the lady at the front desk said breakfast ended at 9:00 and that it would take longer than that to prepare new food. Also, the paper towel dispenser in the men's bathroom was empty.
