Pool was never cleaned, they put chemicals in the pool in the middle of the day. Room was never cleaned. Walkways we're cluttered. Saw housekeeping drop trash from upstairs level to lower level and never picked it up. "Business center" was a table and a computer. Breakfast food was not hot and not well stocked. The bathroom door needed repair. Very poorly kept. It did NOT match the pictures on the Internet.

It was very noisy and there was fighting and yelling in the front of our room for most of our stay. The bathroom tub & ceiling had mildew and smelled. The bathroom door bath was broken and would not close. The tub is too tall to get into. The overall property was not set up for elderly and/or handicap individuals. Further there is NO elevator on property.

No hot water for showers..tub sat really high almost had to climb in. Room floor dirty .. curtains had lots of holes.. dog poop right outside our door.. pool cloudy.. pool gates wouldn't open or close correctly ... Fridge was dirty... Just sad $110.00

Pros: Areas were well lit at night. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Cons: Room could have been cleaner (table was dirty) & no Bath towels stocked. Bathtub was on 6" base which made it diffucult for us to get in and out. The hotel was at full capacity due to numberous electrical crews working in Killleen to restore power from ice storm last week. The staff although friendly and helpful were a bit overwelmed. The advertised pictures are not the actual pictures of the hotel. This is an older La Quinta and currently undergoing renovations.

Very comfortable...housekeeping was very accommodating...the swimming pool was right outside our room...very bright parking lot in the back. We kept waking up in the night thinking it was daylight but it was still dark. The blinds in our room needed to have curtains so the lights from the parking lot didn’t shine through but otherwise it was a great stay.

Roach Motel… Do not stay here! Shortly after arriving to our room on the second floor, my daughter picked up one of the pillows on the bed to find a live cockroach under it. This was so disturbing, we immediately got our stuff and left. We went to the lobby desk to let them know we couldn’t stay there after finding the unwanted guest. The young lady at the desk informed me she could refund me everything for the four night stay, except the first night. She said they have a 24 hr. Cancellation policy, but I could call the manager in the morning and maybe he would refund the one night. By the morning the partial refund still had not been processed. When I called, the manager refused to give me a full refund. He said he would refund the deposit, three night stay and half the first night. When I told him that was unacceptable, he put the phone down and left me hanging. I called Wyndham Hotels and Resorts customer service and was told I had to take up the matter with the hotel management. If I had booked the room with Wyndham, they would have given me a full refund. Since I booked it through Expedia, I called them and was told the same thing, had to take it up with the hotel management. Unfortunately, the management is piss poor, just like the rooms.

The bed was very uncomfortable and itchy like bugs biting you. The bathroom was not cleaned at all and looked Ike mold growing on the walls in the shower. Could not find a working outlet to be able charge my phone. Half the lights in the room did not work

It was ok. I found a roach, the aera is hard to get into and hard to get out of as far as getting ack into traffic. I was double charged after I told her I had already paid I got my money back, but i had to wait for it

I have stayed at other LaQuinta motels and have had good experiences. This place was an example of a poorly done DIY remodel. The vinyl plank flooring was installed leaving gaps at the walls. The bathroom barely had room to stand in. Enter, stand next to the commode, close the door, then do your business. This “remodel was so poorly done! The tub had been installed on top of an 8” platform, making stepping in and out not only tricky but downright dangerous! The door was filthy. The walls were painted right over areas that needed patching. Add to this, maid service had just been there but left a nearly empty roll of toilet paper in the holder with no backup roll. Attention to detail?! If anyone at LaQuinta is listening, ya might want to go look at this facility. And get your name off the sign! This place looked more like a place you rent by the hour… Bad, bad, bad, bad…

The bed was horrible and definitely needed to be replaced a while ago. Bathroom set up was awkward are small, hard to shut the door and be in the bathroom at the same time. The tub is also raised pretty high off the ground and not safe for kids or anyone was disabilities.

Area around the hotel was dirty. Room was missing a light bulb. The WiFi didnt work and was not secured by a password. Hot water only worked if you let the shower run for 15 minutes. Breakfast was TERRIBLE! The scambled eggs smelled like they were spoiled and the biscuts were like hockey pucks.

The quietest part of the stay was the construction. The door to the room didn’t close all the way and looked like the the police had busted it down at least three times. I know the Popeyes menu like the back of my hand because you can hear everyone’s drive thru order from your room. If you can sleep through sirens, loud music, and drag racing of all hours of the night this is the place for you.

The shower didn’t drain so water was up to our calves for each person. The toilet didn’t flush. Only had one light that worked as bulbs were blown out and that was the bathroom light. They charged a $75 deposit that I had to wait to get back after they literally went to check my room for damages as I waited at the front desk. I had read reviews that were really good. I wasn’t prepared for the room I actually got.

The whole property is wildly outdated. The bathroom was tiny and there is mold in the shower. The beds were slanted so your feet are higher than your head. There was no overhead lighting and with the windows facing inward to the other building walls, your room is dark all day. We left a whole paid day early to avoid staying another day.

the door to room kept popping open. the deadbolt wouldn't lock. the furniture was torn and ragged. the cabinets didn't have any doors on them. The Road noise was terrible. we got pissed and just left at about 12:30 am.

When I first arrived nice lady at the desk got checked in quick to a room that didn't have a working TV and ants were in the shower. Went to front desk talked to lady in the next morning waited for an hour before being meet explained the circumstance to the lady and she just told me to put my room key in the basket when I had another night to stay. Then I asked for a new room and then she ignored me talked to the guy behind me next in line got him checked in then my fiancee had to talk to the lady and only then was she like ok I'll give you your room. Whole thing took 4 hrs to get a new room because we came back after breakfast because she said the TV should be fixed soon. The new room TV worked but still ants in the shower.

So these ppl at the front desk claim they refunded my 75 dollar deposit but they deffinently didn't .....and I have called them bc it's no longer pending on my bank statement it went thru for the 75 dollar amount...I have called and spoke multiple times and asked for a refund receipt and 3 times and 3 different emails were used and still they seem to not be able to provide the refund receipt ...I'm not gonna let this go thru without fighting the charge bc it is COMPLETELY ridiculous!!!

The front desk told us that hed have to lock up the whole place in order to get us a second wash cloth. Also, we had 2 flat sheets and no duvet. So when i asked for it, he would have to lock up for that too. When we received it the next day, it was put on the b3d on TOP of the sheets. When i asked for housekeeping, they didnt clean. They knocked and left (we stayed 2 nights). The room was dirty when we arrived and i wanted it wiped down. The same dead bug was there in the same spot all weekend. No sink in the living room kitchen area, only bathroom. Only 4 hangers. Fridge in the bedroom? Oh... did i mention we rented the suite?!?!?!?! Horrible stay.

Had a very nice stay, staff were very friendly and attentive. Only thing is no chairs to sit outside room also when I asked for towels, I was told to bring back dirty ones because they were low on them. Marcy who works 3 to11 is amazing as I traveled for 12 hours, she got me checked in right away and checked in with me every day I was there!

Didnt clean my room i had a 3 night stay. Didnt empty out trash nothing. My son had next room nd no hot water for entire stay. Said something nothing done. Staff first night great after that staff a desk never spoke once not even a good morning or anything. My rental car had trahs nd debry left in roof of car nd trunk area. Who knows who elft it there but really.

Well, first of all the rooms are trashed. The entire property smells like weed. There is also a homeless camp right behind the back fence of the property. The property is also right on the corner by the highway so it was a pain to get out of the parking lot. Would not recommend.

There wasn’t anything unique about the property. The Lobby wasn’t inviting at all! Furniture looks beaten up, clerk looks unkept, the house keepers looked better, and much friendlier. The room was okay, bathroom looked old and needed work around the baseboards to rid the ugly looking Rust. Could take away the so called breakfast, because they didn’t serve any meat at all and those fake eggs were horrible. Will never willingly stay there ever again, and most definitely would not refer it to any one else! MAKE IT INVITABLE!

The room was very clean and was very quiet. i accidentally booked it for wrong night and was able to get a room anyway and they didnt know if it could be changed and not have to pay for extra night. Breakfast was good!!

They didn't have the room I booked. They put us in a double full, but told us it was a double queen. The water temp was all over the place. Taking a shower became a risk of freezing or burning skin off. Breakfast was boring at best.
