Didn't like the fact that my grandkids couldn't use the pool , that's one of the reasons why I picked the place. And didn't like how they or my wife was spoken to about the pool.

I would have liked a better quality of breakfast items. Real butter and eggs. The pool is often unavailable. Its a lot of money to pay to not have access tothe perks. San Antonio costs less in comparison for the same type of stay, yet getti g less for the price.

Gym, pool, and AM breakfast was good. Our TV initially didn't work, but after a 15 minute reboot to the directv receiver it started up. It was just an annoyance. (That and the manager or owner thinking our kids in the car were dogs we were trying to sneak in.)

The room was good . The beds were very comfortable. The parking was fine. My family and I a high protein diet. Our only options were scrambled eggs, sausage and butter. None of those looked to be the real deal so we opted to eat at a restaurant down the road. We will stay again as the staff was very friendly and we felt welcomed.

Hotel is nice, front desk attendant very friendly, pool clean. Elevator didn’t work so you had to climb stairs. That got old real quick. Stray cats around property was a little displeasing when trying to enjoy the outside amenities. Rooms where comfortable and they serve a hot breakfast. Eggs meat potatoes biscuits and gravy. Cold cereal, juices and typical waffles. I would stay again.

Our stay was great. Good location, clean and safe hotel. Comfortable beds and great pillows. Friendly staff and decent breakfast choices. My only suggestion would be have the pool cleaned and some towels had stains but that’s minor. We loved Lampasas with great restaurants and friendly people even though our team was the rival, everyone we encountered were friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was a lifesaver. I couldn’t drive anymore so I had to book this hotel for the night. It was so clean, the man at the desk was amazing. He was so nice and helpful. I went straight upstairs took a shower in a very clean bathroom, with clean towels and as many as you wanted it look like. I can’t say enough about how nice this hotel is.

This location is the reason I’ll never stay at a Quality Inn ever again. Do not stay here. The staff is absolutely rude and try to charge for everything. The place is also nasty. The floors were dirty and sticky. The bathroom had someone else’s hair on the sink and in the bath tub. There was pee on the bottom of the toilet seat. Not to mention the beds being uncomfortable. Also, they refused to let us stay in the room we booked because we had kids with us. Refused to give us a refund and then tried to charge extra for my infant.

The staff is good; the rooms and breakfast are mediocre. We had a room on the 3rd floor. We also had family on the 2nd floor. First room that we were given on the third floor wreaked of a smoker; so we were given another room on the 3rd floor. The second room was okay … we noticed a mildew smell that was there unless the AC was cooling; otherwise, the room smelled. We didn’t swap again because, when we’d exit the elevator or stairwell, we noticed that the hallway smelled as well. They need to replace the carpet or clean all of the ACs or something. The breakfast is worthy of a pass … just don’t bother; it’s not worth the effort. There are plenty of breakfasts in town that are good.

This was just a great place to stay in Lampasas. Extremely easy check in, very clean property, very comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a decent breakfast included. The next time I am in Lampasas, I will definitely stay here again.
