Room was clean, bed was surprisingly good. Rooms are older and there is no elevator! Everything was clean and breakfast was ok. No waffle iron, which would help! Coffee was good! Quiet location! Would stay again.

I stayed here while on a business trip and found the facilities to be quite helpful. My stay was made more comfortable by the laundry facilities, and the business services were outstanding.

The room was advertised as accessible, but it was not. For one thing, the room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Also, the doors were too narrow to be wheelchair accessible. The tub and toilet did not have safety handles or rails. We did not need for the room to be accessible, so it was not a problem for us. However, it could be a problem for someone who is making a reservation and does need these amenities. It should not be advertised as accessible.

The pool at this location is truly a serene escape. I spent numerous hours relaxing by the poolside, and the complimentary breakfast provided was an exceptional bonus. The 24/7 front desk staff were readily available to assist with any requests that arose.

The pool area was a fantastic retreat, providing a relaxing environment to unwind and soak up the sun. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options to suit every taste, and the free WiFi and parking made my stay hassle-free.

Choosing this hotel with complimentary parking turned out to be a financially wise decision. With no extra charges or worries about securing a parking space, the entire experience was hassle-free and convenient.

My expectations were surpassed by this accommodation! The accommodation offered everything you needed, including a microwave and mini fridge, and was immaculate. I liked that everything was kept fresh with the daily cleaning service. After a long day, the outdoor pool was a wonderful place to relax.

The business services were useful when I wanted to catch up on certain duties during my work trip. I saved time because it was simple to find my way around the parking lot.

The laundry facilities came in handy for keeping our clothes fresh and clean throughout our stay.

Upon arrival to my room i noted several things. It was dirty, there was a coffee straw and a tissue on the floor. The deadbolt was broken/missing and the tv didn't turn on. Long story short with help from the front desk clerk who was helpful, got the tv working. As I stayed longer, i found a pair of dirty socks by the bed(not mine) and candy/more trash between the couch and nightstand. The shower also didn't drain properly, all the water pooled in the center. Used to stay here frequently but wont again.

The room does not look like the picture. Sheets were clean, but bed skirts, walls, mattress protector and window curtain all were dirty. Not just stained. It was either food, liquid or something else that was gross. Bathtub did not drain and stuff was coming out of the drain as the water filled up. Shower head was moldy and so was the ceiling in the bathroom. We basically for what we paid for.

Bathroom area was not that clean. Breakfast was terrible, got there at 8:00, two dried out egg things, 2 very grey sausages. Curtains in room 208 were all torn up, maybe a dog? Bathroom caulking was dirty. Staff were so so.

My daughter was bitten all over with bed bugs and when confronted the manager she was rude!!!

The bathroom was too small!! The carpet was filthy. Don’t take off your shoes your socks will be disgustingly dirty!! The AC did not work properly and was hot!

Rooms are small due to it being an older hotel but it was very clean. Front desk people were extremely nice and beds were comfy. Nothing fancy but would stay again if in the area

Room was clean. Plenty of hot water. Ac worked. Parking easy. Quiet until got a neighbor. Food within walking distance. CONS Pillows too puffy need a few flatter ones. The walls are a little thin, could hear neighbors tv all night long. Outside needs some work. Zero curb appeal, especially the taco truck in front.

There was a little road noise due to the location being right off the highway. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom needed a little cosmetic repairs. The continental breakfast was decent. Choice of coffee was nice and staff friendly.

Not as advertised. Room was very humid. Parking lot lights illuminated my room all night. No “hot breakfast” as advertised.

Checkin was fine. TV didn't work well and had trouble with signal. AC was loud

We are happy the place was nice and quite at night. The only issue we had was the a/c unit turned on and off at night and was no way to make it stop.

I would give this property a 7/10. The building is older but it’s pretty clean and it has been renovated. The breakfast options that were included were decent. I had an egg with a biscuit and sausage. I found everything to be edible with no complaints. We also had cereal and a bagel. Staff was friendly and I liked the amenities that were available at this price point. The negatives were that the bed was very springy, I actually slept decently in it but I don’t think more than one or two nights would be good for my back. The room seemed clean but I guess they forgot mop the bathroom floor and I stepped on something sticky with my barefoot and I was grossed out. The room was otherwise clean. The room has carpet and has a moist feeling to it and has a slight musky scent. Makes sense since most people are here for the river and the carpet is probably wet often. The location is excellent, within 10 minutes of every where we needed to be. I needed an inexpensive hotel for a short trip to the water park that felt safe and clean and I feel like that is what I got. We spent very little time there, only to shower and sleep and it served it’s purpose within the budget I needed. I would stay again.

Property was run down on the outside. Inside has new paint and carpet but several things in our room were in need of repair. First of all the toilet was not set right and was unlabeled. The light/dehumidifier in the bathroom was extremely loud and looked like it was about to fall down. The faucet in the tub had about an inch of space from the caulking. The AC in the room only worked on auto no matter what setting you chose and was quite loud.

The staff is wonderful, so sweet ♥️♥️♥️

They put us in a room that smelled like mold. The shower had a hole in the ceiling with a piece of tile almost covering it. When the people above is took a shower we had a waterfall in our tub. Also found out they went anhead and booked another person in the room.Also the coffee maker had white dust in it. We complained and they moved us across the hall. That room was nice but again the coffee maker didn’t work! The male staff were rude and stared at us. Not pleasant at all. I will never stay there again !

Exceptional! We had such a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and right in front of our room, which made our stay even more comfortable.

The room was way over priced for the condition of the hotel. The room was not clean there were stains on the sheets and blanket as well as burn holes in the bedding. Toilets stopped up shower would not drain. We rented 3 rooms and all 3 had issues. My husband went down to let them know the toilet was stoped up and they handed him a plunger.

Front desk person not friendly at all. She stayed on her phone while helping customers and had zero personality. Saw the attendant only once when I checked in. Not at breakfast, when I left and returned, or at checkout

The staff was very accommodating. They allowed me to park my car and trailer in a visible spot and let me pick it up later the next day.

Excellent location with easy access to transportation. The air conditioning added to the comfort of the stay, and the staff was quite helpful. Excellent for the price!

Good location, friendly staff

This property has a good name on it but appears to be an older property. The price was right but noisy. Many of the guests appeared to be contractors who carried their equipment in and out from their work trucks for safe keeping. It is in a good location that is accessible to road ways and interstate. My wife liked the stay though. I give it 4 out of 5 stars for lack quietness.

This is a good location with plenty of self parking. You can drive easily to Gruene and to the Guadalupe River tube float areas within 10mins. There is a steakhouse located right bedside the hotel. Multiple restaurants, gas stations and convenient stores are nearby. The staff was friendly, clean big rooms and quiet. We enjoyed are stay here.

we arrived and were greeted immediately. The young hostess was very friendly. all info was given to us. The room was nice and had a traditional ac unit. It was in a very convenient location. Restaraunts all around. Walmant z Dollar tree just minutes away. We were there For schliterbaun, and it was only about 8 mins away. It was great. Needed to print out my online tickets and was able to use Their business area to do so. Very helpful. If needed, my family and I would choose to stay here again.

The entry had a very strong musty smell but the room was fine so long as the AC was on. We were comfortable.

We really liked the room, except there was a chunk missing on corner of vanity. Acces to outlets was difficult. Paint was chipped and missing. Breakfast was abyssmal. We were there 2 days. Both days, the exact same thing was in the hot meal section. 6 sausage links. 1 fried egg. 2 bisquits. Overall, disappointing.

The bedsheets had stains and the continental breakfast wasn't appetizing at all....sausages looked uncooked and the eggs looked like they were liquid eggs that were microwaved.

The man who we checked in with wasn’t very friendly. Everyone else after that we’re lovely. The tiles on the bathroom floor were a bit loose, so was a bit rocky standing on them. The hot breakfast of eggs and biscuits were not hot at all, so am wondering if they were freshly cooked or not. It gave me the runs, so didn’t have it on last day. So wasn’t impressed with the breakfast at all. Lucky for my son he only had the cereal as he doesn’t eat eggs.

I felt like it was a good location as there were several places to eat and shop. Breakfast was included but honestly it did not look very appealing as the biscuits and eggs look very dry. I did not try them. There were bagels but nothing to put on them. I ate one on the mini muffins and it tasted okay. My bed was comfortable and our room was quiet so I was able to sleep.
