The good - The fitness room is better than average for hotels at a similar price point. The staff working the breakfast was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The not as good - The dresser was a bit cheap and the doors would open during the night. No laundry on site but you can use the laundry at a nearby sister hotel for $2 / load

The check in was super fast. The free breakfast was great. I love the noon check out time. No rushing out in the morning. The pool is tiny and there is no rules apparently. But the fitness center is great. I would stay here again without a doubt.

I travel to this city about once a month. I’ve been trying to find a hotel that is consistently good at a reasonable price. This is the one! The staff is friendly, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great, the exercise room is nice and cool and has a variety of quality equipment.. It’s not swimming season yet, but the pool looks good. . That’s everything you need!

A great, short stay option. The room was nice and spacious for my family of 4 with 2 dogs. The pool was small and crowded, but well maintained. It was obviously not "luxurious" but for a low-cost, dog-friendly place it exceeded expectations.

Our stay was OK, the overall appearance of the hotel was also OK. unfortunately there was a dead roach next to my bed, which begged the question of cleanliness. The mattresses were comfortable, however, every time we turned the bed squeaked. The nightly rate was fair and there were shops conveniently located.

This place had cricket infestation! Crickets covered outside walls and were all inside facility as well. So bad that 3 crickets were on my clothes and 1 in my husbands shoe after we woke up from the nights sleep. Found a very large roach in our room and a couple of beetles in the bathroom. This property was also over booked. We paid for a king size bed standard room and when we got there we were given a double queen bed room because the king size bed rooms were all taken.

The location was good and the nearby restaurants too. But you put all your money into the lobby and leave the rooms wanting. My room needs an update badly, shower stains and it leaked every time onto the bath floor when I took a shower. Wifi was hit or miss...mostly miss as I was unable to get all my work done at nite. And last but not least, the AC unit is an antique and LOUD. sitting at the desk, the AC/HEAT blows you away and is so loud you can't concentrate at that desk station you put next to it. Awful setup!!

Shower knob fell off near my foot while showering. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable. No ice machine on our floor. A heavy set blonde woman with heavy lipstick was just such a rude and unfriendly desk clerk. Others like the breakfast lady and maintenance man were VERY nice. Pool was wonderful!

The room was clean, definitely could use some maintaining. The AC did not cool well and our room was hot, even though it was only 40° outside. My whole family slept with only sheets. The breakfast was ok but the attendant at breakfast was wonderful and sweet. Front desk staff was friendly.

NO Mini fridge!!! I’ve never stayed in a room that doesn’t have a fridge. We lost some food that we anticipated keeping. Some people travel with medication. Minifridge should be standard. Also- The towels are stiff. Other than that, it’s been great. Staff is great

2 issues with hotel. First there were roaches. Several in the room and in the lobby. Second issue was with the first desk people. At check in I had an issue with the price and the lady assured me she had fixed it after 20 minutes. I didn’t get a receipt but took her for here word. At check out I asked for a receipt and see it had not be fixed. I told the guy at the front desk and his literal response was “that sucks. Nothing I can do about it.”

Jordan at the front desk was great. She set us up with the connecting rooms we wanted. It was my original request. I called to confirm connecting rooms a week and a half before check in to be told they would do their best. Still uncomfortable, I called the day before check in. She saw my booking was incorrect and corrected it.

We really enjoyed staying here, checking was smooth as always, but customer service overall was what stood out the most. We thought breakfast ended at 9:30 so we got there at 9 am and we still were able to enjoy our breakfast and staff lady was really helpful. Then Giuli (Juliana) helped us with complementary waters and extended out checkout because we needed that due to some business matters. Thank you so much!!

The staff was amazing- we had a little trouble with our air conditioning, but JZ was super helpful to bring us fans. I didn't catch the name of the woman who ran the breakfast dining, but she was exceptional. It felt like we were in a nice restaurant. We were very impressed with our stay. Thank you!

Service was excellent-front desk staff, continental breakfast staff and cleaning staff. Beds were way too soft for us. Location was great for all our needs ( a soccer combine). Plenty of variety of quality restaurants close by as well as Target and Walmart if needed.

Area seemed seem economically depressed; only 1 walkable rest rainy the other was closed down and seemed like it has been broken into by homeless at times. Would not stay here again unless necessary for business or there was nothing else

Best hotel experience we have had in a long time. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had so much food on it, and the woman who ran the breakfast area was so attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted. Front desk staff was extra friendly and had hot.cocoa out every evening. Ever since COVID, we've been missing all the little extra touches that hotels used to give, so we were pleasantly surprised. Will be staying here on all our Austin stays!

It was great staying and breakfast was ok but same thing everyday. So maybe they need to improve that also they need to have other options rather than PORK. It was cleaner so no complaints to that. But i did noticed cockroaches around the building outside and in the lobby so thats not healthy
