It was fine for what it was! Very close to some shopping centers. The parking lot gets pretty full, so you may have to park a little further from your room. There was a large crack between the door and the ground, so we had to stuff a towel there to keep the air in and bugs out. They didn’t come once to clean our room - we were only there for 2 days so it didn’t matter too much. We did however run out of towels with no changed bedsheets.

Hot water was a problem. One bulb was fused above the dining table. Door was rubbing against the carpet and cumbersome to open. Too close to highway and was noisey. Nevertheless the staff was very polite. Ice machine was on the second floor only and not easly eccesssed unless one has to t aske a long route through distant elevators.

Entry is from outside; the hotel was easy to find,right off interstate, but there was traffic noise at night. There are lots of dining options very short driving distance; the hotel is pet friendly. We had a hard time keeping the curtains closed because the a/c unit was blowing them, so we had to pin them together.

The room was fine and lobby was nice. Very noisy location. We were in the back so noise was manageable. Good breakfast. Good staff. Refund very slow on security deposit and had to deal with that which is aggravating. Pool not heated but nice. All in all a good place to stay.

Upon arrival we discovered the hotel to be dated and some amenities were not available. The pool had been drained, not that we would have used it. The ice machines did not work, and when we asked why, we were told several maintenance requests have been submitted but no one has come. There were no USB charging ports in the room. The furniture is beat up and old. The breakfast was terrible. Food was cold. Upon checkout, the front desk clerk could not provide a receipt, advising we would get one from Expedia. Never did. We will not be staying is this Best Western again. We don't recommend it at all. Way too expensive for what you get. Quality and service is no better than a Motel 6, except you get a breakfast, if you could call it that.

Second time I am staying at this hotel. Everything is perfect: room are comfy and clean, pool is refreshing and well kept, people are very nice, helpful and smiling and breakfast is very good. I didn’t expect that much for that price. Will definitely come back !

This property did not have a trolly to take luggage. Both ice machines were broken. We had a tennis tournament and the place was not very helpful to stay .

I like this hotel, it is near most everything, people are nice but it need's some remodeling and the work that is being done seem's to be taking a long time. Have stayed here several times over the past few month's and ice machine has never worked. I have never seen the pool but it says it has one.

The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and maintained. The pool was clean and maintained. Breakfast was okay---typical fare for a motel. The breakfast bar was clean and maintained. One ice machine didn't work, but they had another. I was well pleased with my choice to stay here.

When I checked in, the people were nice. The room seemed decent when I checked in and had the appearance of being clean. But when I woke in the morning, the nightstand had live cockroaches crawling on it. I think one crawled on me during the night as well. I was pretty freaked out. I had to go through my things one by one to put them in my car, inspecting for bugs, to assure I didn't take any with me. That took quite some time. It was early, so I asked for another room. That one had dead cockroaches in it. When I called the manager (who's phone number was provided by the desk staff) he was upset that I had called him on his day off. He didn't care about my experience in the least. He said he'd deal with it on Monday. I left a message for him on paper at the hotel so he could call me Monday. He never called back, which I find irresponsible. Not a great time. I wouldn't return.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. We came to Round Rock for a state championship competition and chose this hotel. Beds comfy, updated smart tv, bathroom clean, great lighting. Not too far from the party district. Will stay again

I didn’t realize it was a hotel that has the doors facing outside when I booked or I wouldn’t have booked it. People were partying outside all night. Not too loud but just a little annoying when they were smoking right into our air conditioner. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Harmony helped with my check in on night 1 & she made a fantastic first impression that will ensure that i keep this days inn in mind any time im in town. She was incredibly helpful, informative, & efficient. Definitely deserves a raise! Maria helped me extend my stay the next day & she was great as well. Very patient, helpful, & did all she could to make the process seamless. She deserves a raise as well! Honestly, everyone I've encountered here has been super friendly. I never felt like i was bothering staff when i needed assistance. They were all so welcoming. The room was clean & spacious. Plenty of pulliws & towelswere provided, as well as youtube/netflix on the tv. The shower had great water pressure & the temperature was perfect for my needs. Overall, I'd be happy to visit this location at any time.

I thought it was a Hotel and not a Motel. The room was clean. However we could hear the cars on the highway all night long… The sound was coming in from the Window. They need to replace the window with better quality and more sound proof glass. It was hard to fall asleep and stay asleep with the cars sound all night. For that reason I give it only 2 stars

Hotel is a bit more dated than expected. Sounds is a real issue. Windows and doors are very old so all sound travels right through and with being right off an interstate you always hear it. Room was clean enough. Breakfast was very simple and basic. For a short stay it worked but not sure I’d go back

The room is nice and clean. Quite spacious with two beds. The breakfast is good. The only complaint is the sound isolation is quite poor. The highway noise is very loud making proper sleep difficult.

The room was clean. Bed was uncomfortable and the AC could not cool down the room fast enough. It was 100 degrees outside. Someone nearby smoking weed all night didn't make the room any more comfortable.

I’ve stay here quite a few times and this place is great for the price and location. The staff is great day and / night shift, always there to help. The room is clean and the bed is nice👍👍👍. I recommend a stay here.

Me and my family were robbed of 82 dollars. We were victims of the storm in Austin. We had no electricity no Internet since I work from home I was out of work 3 days. Our groceries went bad. On the 3rd day we decided to book a room not even 2 hours after we booked I cancelled because everything was restored. Our vehicle was also damaged in the storm. We never checked in. Expedia tried to get the refund back from the manager and the manager declined. The manager out blame on Expedia saying it was up to them. Expedia opened a case that several people worked and they said they tried their best but the manager wouldn't give me the money back even knowing my situation. I even offered to show proof. It's very unsettling it's cold hearted and it's just not moral. I hope no one stays at days inn by Wyndham in round rock.

Everything was great. It looks like the building is old but we stayed for one night and room was clean and beds were comfy as well as pillows. Service at the front office was great and they have hot breakfast included. The only thing I did not like was the noise. The hotel is located too close to the highway, therefore you will hear all the traffic throughout the night. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

Convenient location being right off 35. Staff was friendly, room was clean. It's an older property, so normal signs of age, but nothing unsightly or inconvenient. Was not a fan of all the noise outside or door at 6am from other people staying there, but I guess that's to be expected being right next to the stairs. Would stay here again but ask for a room further away.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly. My only complaint concerns the location - right off their interstate Frontage Road. In my opinion, businesses should not be placed directly along an interstate access road. Busy, fast-moving traffic made getting in and out of the parking lot difficult!

When I stay at a property in this price range, I am typically just expecting a good one night's stay with the basics: Comfortable room and decent breakfast. However, Days Inn didn't provide these. The shower had two temps: cold and ice cold. The room was humid and damp. The bed was fine. Breakfast was a disaster: No milk, a limited amount of scrambled eggs, pretty much just kids cereal, and everyone gathered around the waffle maker as that was the only real option. I went out for breakfast. I won't return to this property.

Names can be deceiving. Let’s just say this place isn’t in the west and it’s definitely not the best. Our room smelled of marijuana and there were stains and lamps that didn’t work. Breakfast was a joke because the only thing they served was cereal without milk because they weren’t meeting health code so they couldn’t serve anything else.

I am a flood victim and have been displaced and residing in temp hotel shelter. I was previously in an extended stay with a full kitchenette, but the service was terrible. Since being here at Days Inn, we get free breakfast, hot breakfast not just continental. It is always fully loaded even right at 9 AM when they close. The staff have all been very courteous and well respectful. They have accommodated our needs as much as as possible being that they are pretty full most of the time. If you’re looking for somewhere for the family, or even just business this is the spot to go in Round Rock! Affordable, comfortable, and friendly staff make this a 100% go for us again! Hopefully next time, on better reasons than the floods! The pool is always open and CLEAN! I want to shout out their current GM as he has been amazing at leading his team!!!
