Great accommodating staff. Property seems older. Pool was green. Breakfast was hot and fresh. I found it a little strange that for a 2 story hotel there was no working elevator. The desk clerk did manage to get us into a first floor room however. Will stay there again.

This is our “go to” hotel because of its convenience to our family. Significant repairs needed: locks on room doors needed a “trick or finesse” to operate, pool has not been open for over a year, front of the building has major damage (car hit the building), and more. The staff is awesome. Rooms were clean.

I am unsure how this hotel’s rating was a 8.0 or very good. The hotel is very dated common areas or dirty and needing refreshing, the toilet kept running and would not shut off without attention, the shower valve was installed incorrectly and the hot water could only be obtained by turning the valve toward the cold setting. Looking outside, the pool was green and non-maintained very unsightly. There was some confusion checking in by a new employee, but that was handled eventually. Quite disappointing as the reservation was made based on the rating.

Hot breakfast is scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy every day, every time. Sometimes, only biscuits and gravy. Some cereal and oatmeal. First floor ice machine has been broken for 5 months. Many doors are missing strike plates, so less secure. They are friendly, but property is in need of many repairs. Price is best point.

The hotel was okay. The corners could use some cleaning and I saw hair left on the bathroom floor. There wasn't an elevator and the pool was empty. There was an issue with the hair dryer cord so it cut in and out. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9, but at 8:30 they ran out of eggs and when I asked the staff, they said they weren't going to cook anymore. Breakfast was also kinda sparse.

First, there are no indications for the entry driveway to the property which is shared with the Comfort Suites next door. If you miss it, you will be traveling on the service road to the next I-75 overpass and using the turnaround to go back to the next overpass to make another attempt. There is no elevator for upper floors. The bathroom is in terrible shape, cracked backsplash on the vanity, mold is growing on silicone based sealer applied around the tub and the base of the commode. The toilet seat should have been replaced five years ago. The mirror on the folding closet door is cracked. The alarm clock/radio should be trashed it is non-functioning. I have stayed at other Quality Inn locations, with generally no issues. I have never seen one in this condition. Their two star rating is extremely generous.

The front desk clerk was pleasant. The bathroom had a one inch waterbug (cockroach) making itself at home on the bathroom counter. When i went to ask for something to be done i was put in a room with the bathroom with a cracked tub and threadbare shower curtain. Needed to stay another night but will look around for another hotel.

This place wasn't awful, but it sure wasn't great. Room smelled of mildew. Mold on the caulk in the bathtub. Phone was pulled out of the wall. I told the front desk attendant about it when I checed in on Monday. She said she'd alert maintenance. No one had come by the time I checked out on Friday. Given that there are three or four other hotels within walking distance, I can't imagine why I'd stay here again.

After check in, i found cockroach on the pillow. After dinner, when i returned the key cards wouldn't open the door and i had to get them reset. Later i went to plug in my phone charger, the wall outlet didn't have a cover on it and was also loose in the box. Then the shower wouldn't drain. Glad it was only for one night.

After checking reviews I thought this would be a nice clean stay for my daughter and myself. We arrived late evening just in time for bed. The walls were marked up, makeup or other items on the walls. The paint had bubbled from water in the walls. The bathroom had hair in the tub and floor. The floor had also dirty. When I shut the bathroom door the back of the door was discussing, I have no idea what all was on it. Please don’t believe the rating of this property, you will be highly disappointed. FYI this is the first hotel review I’ve ever done and we travel a lot, thats how disappointed I was.

The floor hadn't been vacuumed completely, otherwise the room was fine. The bathroom however, was not. There was black mold around the bathtub and the safety rail, positioned verticaly, was not connected at the top. Its useless if you slip/fall. The toilet seat had been recovered in contact paper that was peeling. The toilet's ability to flush wasn't strong enough to clean the entire bowl in one flush.

Staff was very nice but the bathroom shower was growing mold and there was a lot of hair on the floor when we got there. Was in the room maybe 10 minutes and left due to cockroaches in the room. We ended up going further up the road to find a cleaner nicer place to stay.

The room in need of renovation. Quite dark and dingy feeling. Needs new paint job and new carpet! Staff was excellent and very friendly! The surrounding area was convenient with anything you might need. The room was noisy especially because the stairs to the second floor went right above my room.

Beds were fairly comfortable and clean. Small snack bar at the front counter. Rooms were dated and old. Drapes had small holes in them, sheet rock needs to be replaced in some areas. Breakfast was decent. Bathroom was old , tub,shower and toilet. Ok for staying one night but definitely not longer with a family of 5.

The staff was very nice. The rooms definitely need some updating and painting and fixing holes in walls and the bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Mold and mildew remover needed to be used in the shower. The rooms aren’t 5 star by any means but it is affordable and comfortable and clean. You can definitely hear hallway noise from the door.

The beds were fine, the air conditioning works good, the carpet is nice. But it seems like there is a lot of redoing and covering up very old outdated stuff. It needs a bigger TV and change the furniture to less heavy. The room was so dark you couldn’t see anything, especially by the refit and micro. The bathroom is in need of upgrades for the shower and toilets. Maybe a trip to newer hotels could give you ideas of what is needed.

No elevator (in an indoor hotel). Had to play with the HDMI cable multiple times to finally get a picture on the TV. Shoddy internet. Dusty room. Breakfast was about the only decent thing although the waffle maker seemed like the most difficult thing for most of the other guest to figure out how to operate. There are better options in the area for only a few dollars more.

The carpet in our room was wet, closet door falling off, sheets were questionable, broken tiles plus hair on the bathroom floor, definitely been a smoking room, and overall was a humid smelly environment. Luke warm water and our door was severely stuck (had to get a manager to help us open it). We traveled late at night and ended up staying one of the two planed nights. When we asked to be refunded for the second night (we were moving hotels), they were very unhelpful said Expedia would have to do it for us. Expedia has been amazing and trying to help us get resolution, but they have not been able to get a hold of the hotel (no one answering the phone). Sounds about right. Do not trust the reviews that say it’s a good place to stay. We were taking our daughter to visit the college in Sherman.

This was the easiest hotel I have ever checked into. There were four of us in town working at a horse show and we had three rooms here. We all arrived at different times and had zero issue checking in. The front desk attendant was the kindest and most helpful

Great stay- staff was amazing. TV wasn't working and they were fully booked. Tammy did everything she could to get the TV working. She had to finally call Jeremy the maintenance guy to come in and fix the problem and it was done quickly while my friends and I were out to dinner.

Arrived at the property and somehow they didn't have my reservation. Some sort of communication disconnect between Expedia and their computer system. Krissie at the front desk was so very kind and accomodating! Called Expedia with their phone and helped to get it straightened out. So grateful!!

We tried to see if we could change the reservation to a different location because of a medical emergency and hospital change. They couldn't do it but canceled the reservation without re-imbursement and no email of cancelation. We tried to check in later to find out they resold our room. Not the best way to do business.

This Quality Hotel is very difficult to find, especially at night. If you don't enter the correct road/drive (among many to choose), you will have to find your way out of the wrong hotel (there are at least 5 hotels in the area), and drive out to several roads to make a large square to find yourself back to the same area, trying to choose the correct drive.

I booked a room here for my mom, and unfortunately there were several issues. Her first room had no working bathroom lights, so the staff moved her to another room. That room, however, was missing the strike plates on the door, leaving a visible hole in the jamb and making it feel insecure. Maintenance added a strike plate the next day, but it didn’t fit well and the damage was still noticeable. The hotel was also difficult to locate — the sign comes after the turn, and the neighboring Hampton Inn parking lot doesn’t connect, so it’s easy to miss and requires circling back. The staff was helpful and tried to address concerns, but overall the property needs better upkeep and clearer signage.

Signage to find the property was very poor, if you turn where the sign is you will turn into either an empty grass lot or a business with a partially torn down hotel behind it. It takes some looking to finally find the sign on the Quality Suites building.

The service was excellent. The hotel was VERY hard to find at night. No signage at the small street or even a street light to mark entrance. The directions from the your website took us to a medical building 9 miles from the hotel. When you are arriving late, this leads to a frustrating beginning.

It was conveniently located for my activities. It was clean, the staff was very cordial and the room was clean and comfortable. The a/c was good. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. The only thing I could ask for improvement on is the tv guide on the tv is too wide to be able to see the channel numbers on the left.

The staff was very friendly. Property was a bit run down but the bed and pillows were comfortable. The coffee and breakfast were terrible. Coffee was a single serve machine that tasted like instant sludge. Breakfast had biscuits/gravy, instant oatmeal packets, cereal and waffles. No eggs or fresh fruit. We went to Starbucks for breakfast and real coffee.

A general needs to be vacuumed and cleaned in general areas. Room was clean The clock was dang near impossible to set. Was unplugged when I got to the room so needed setting. Took me over 30 minutes (and I have an engineering degree!). Then when set, was very dim to the point couldn’t read the numbers. Luckily I set my phone alarm as the cloc alarm could not be heard. Breakfast was a 3! Got there late in serving period. Hardly any eggs left and they were cold. Also very little gravy left, but was very good. No milk, no meat, limited to no breads/muffins.

They ran out of coffee & the hotel breakfast had NO coffee for 3 days!!! The 1st day we were told they would get supplies "the next day" & nothing! The breakfast on day 1 was really dry - dry eggs & dry sausages like it had been reheated! Day 2 & 3 had the same breakfast confirming they were reheating. We went out for breakfast since we had to go get coffee outside anyway! Waffle maker was really slow with the dough coming out & seemed plugged up. We normally pay a little extra in hotel prices with breakfast, but this was NOT worth it & ended up eating out 2x! Not coming back here
