The outside of the property is trashy. There’s no good parking. Windows was open bugs from outside was inside the property. Inside the room the window would not lock. You could not use the room telephone there was no dial tone. The bedroom night light would not work. The bathroom had wires hanging out. The television channels was TRASH! I reported everything to front desk by calling from my personal cell phone & staff blew me off. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Everyone to find another place to stay, this is DEFINITELY NOT the place to stay……I NEVER plan to come back to this AWFUL place!…….

The parking area was not marked clearly the room had crickets coming under the door. The room had a old bad smell. The exhaust fan in the restroom did not have a cover on it. The hotel was itself was in need of remodeling. It reminded me of a drug hotel.

The whole place looked dirty. The hallways and stairs. The room was dirty and the shower was nasty. There was a used bar of soap with hair on it on the shower floor and the shower had not been cleaned. There were dead bugs in it. I do not recommend staying here.

Filthy all around. Room, bed, restroom and wall were nasty. They did not honor my Expedia reservation and payment, so I was double charged. Neither Super 8 or Expedia has been willing to help resolve the issue. I had to finally dispute the double charge through my CC for resolution.

While this property may provide a needed service to nearby workers, the filth on the hallway floors was my first red flag. Upon entering my room, one lamp over the bed was sideways as the cord was stretched to the only outlet on the other side of the bed. The shower curtain was stained with filthy residue. No trash can in the bathroom, no coffee pot. The blanket on the bed was ripped and I didn't even feel comfortable sleeping under the sheets. The air conditioner blew air, but it wasn't cold. A hole in the floor in what I assumed was suppose to be a closet, but no hangers... I could go on and on. I personally feel this property needs an inspection as there were several code violations in my room, I imagine there are other rooms in the same shape. I DO NOT Recommend this hotel!!!

The room was ok, clean. The Mattress sank in the middle but was ok for sleeping. There were people outside smoking, the hallway smelled like smoke. The person that checked didn't talk to us, I had to ask him everything, like where was the room, which side of the building, how to get there, He just pointed above him. Had to ask about the breakfast they had advertised, what time it was and where. He did point out the wifi pass word. The door to the room, the dead bolt didn't lock. Overall was a place for the night.

This room was said to have a handicap shower. The hand rails were not in shower,the rail next to the toilet was loose and wobbly,the shower chair was not in the shower and when I tried to put it in, I found it didn't fit. There was no battery in the fire alarm. And the bed had a sunken spot. I will never stay at a Super 8 again!

The gentleman checking me in was quite nice, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel was miserable hot, the air conditioners are outdated and do not cool off to a satisfactory temperature. There was food and dirt on the walls. The hallways were dirty, the reception area was clean. I went down for breakfast at 8 AM. They only had coffee, she said she closed up early as no one comes down anyways. It hadn't looked as if she had put anything out to begin with. I wasn't offered juice or anything. The outlets some did not work, and the shower did not reach a warm temperature. I again did like the gentleman working. And the beds were comfortable, I booked a king bed, but was given only 2 full size, with no explanation as to why. Only that the room with a king would cost more, when it was a king I had booked.

Had no hot water because they were doing laundry. Had roaches in our room. Asked for refund but were told we'd have to leave if they refunded money. Offered to change rooms. Tile falling off the wall, carpet taped down, mattress had a huge broken dow dip in it....hotel was absolute trash...never again Super8

This place is Horrible! The first room had no working heat, the second room had working heat but had no cover on the unit. Dirtiest Hotel I have ever stayed in! Will certainly Never stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. But the TV didn't work. Called front desk. They came up. Someone had unplugged the HDMI cable, but after a complete reset, it still wouldn't work. Called front desk again. He said a man came and fixed it, and it was working. When I tried to explain, he hung up. There was no chair for the desk, no clothes rod, no Kleenex, no soap in dispenser.

Smells just like cigarette smoke there is no smoke detectors. The beds feel like cardboard and the pillows feel like air. This has to be the worst hotel in Sherman, Texas.

We didnt end up staying but we checked in and the front desk person was very mean and just flat out didnt care. Our room was not what i had booked and when we checked into the room we were put into it was dirty and smelt like an ash tray. I then pulled back sheet to check for bed bugs and i found where they had had them and also saw how dirty the mattresses were. We checked out with in 20 mins of checking in. I told the frount counter what was wrong and that i had some issue and he congratulated me on being unhappy with what i found and told me i couldnt get a refund. It was an awful experience. Went back next morning and talked to a manager and she apologized and sent in for a refund. Will not ever stay there or any super 8 again

I booked this property through Expedia. It was listed as pet friendly when I arrived there were no pet signs all over the entrance area. I was told no pets. I asked if they could help me find another motel nearby that took pets. They said no. Very unhelpful.

I HAD TO GET THE POLICE INVOLVED WITH THIS SLOPPY FRONT DESK WOMAN. SHE THAN LIED AND SAID SHE CALLED THE COPS ON ME. JUST A SLUM DUMP PLACE. THE CLEANILNESS WAS OK, BUT THAT SLOPPY RUDE GOSSIPING WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS A JOKE. SHE RUINS YOUR MOTELS IMAGE AND BRINGS BUSINESS DOWN! I WANT A REFUND FOR EVERY DAY IVE EVER STAYED THERE.

We reserved two rooms but the reservation at the hotel showed only one room. It took us 45 minutes to convince them we paid for two rooms- even showing them the confirmation email which stated two rooms and our online card statement showing the payment had been made.

The lady at the front desk was very nice but the room was very nasty, the a/c didn’t work properly and the breakfast was cereal and coffee what kinda breakfast is that dry cereal! I want be staying there again…

One of the worst Super 8's we've stayed at. Very dirty, smelly, very little breakfast, and serves as a flop house for people, one in particular with an ankle monitor who followed my wife from the lobby making noises aimed at her.
