Quality Suites Temple I-35

The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, plus the breads, cereals & juices). The staff sucked though. The evening receptionist that checked us in made it obvious she didn't want to answer any questions when I called before booking and then when we arrived and I asked if our 2 rooms could be on the same floor since we were traveling with kids her response was "you'll get what's available" in an unfriendly voice. Seriously, it's a 2 story hotel. Unless they're completely sold out and we're the last people arriving for the night, there are going to be 2 rooms on the same floor. And all she had to say way "I'll try" and it would have been better than her you'll get what you get attitude. Less words too. Easier for her to say. Then at breakfast, the morning receptionist couldn't wait to get breakfast over with. It's supposed to end at 9 but she was putting stuff away before 9 and even though there were still people in the room eating food, she turned the lights out on us at 8:59. I was in shock. Might as well have just said, get out. So even though it was clean, we won't be back.

The room was clean and as expected. The breakfast was sparse and lacking compared to other hotels we normally stay at. Wasn't impressed, but it was easy to access off I-35.

Cheap but clean

Ok hotel for a low cost hotel. Served our needs while traveling through. Room could have been cleaner. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor. The shampoo and conditioner were gone. Breakfast was as good as one can expect for a free breakfast. They had eggs and sausage and biscuits and grave. Not top quality but good enough. I love the coffee machine. Fresh coffee whenever you want some.

The staff was courteous. I'd recommend a stay here!
