Easy walking distance to dining and some attractions like the Dr Pepper museum. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the hotel overall was in very good shape. Easy free parking.

Nice hotel in a very good location. The lobby, pool and outdoor patio were very nice. The room was nice as well. I will say that the person that handled check in was not very personable at all. Very short and almost terse. Seened as though I was a distraction.

Never Again! I have been a loyal Hilton Waco customers for 10 years, and I am a Hilton Honors member. This hotel is in need of a makeover. We stayed on the top floor. Best rooms…right. Awful!! Leak in the ceiling. Popcorn ceiling. Toilet needed a new seat. Sink would not drain. Everything needs painting. Only one elevator worked. I will find a different hotel in Waco and I travel to Waco at least 10 times a year. BUT… I just stayed my last time at the Waco Hilton

Enjoyed our stay this past weekend for Silobration at the Silos. The location was perfect for walking around, and the free in & out parking made it easy to drive when we needed to. Wish breakfast was included, but we found local places to eat instead. Please get some recycle bins. I hated throwing all my water bottles in the trash. Otherwise it was great.

The Waco Hilton is an old hotel but is clean and so convenient to many good. restaurants. Parking is free but if an event is going on in the adjacent park, finding a place to park can be tough. Very safe.

Upon checking in Friday night - the streets were closed in front of the hotel due to a Tejano concert; there was no parking. The sign in the the parking lot stated-‘Parking for Hotel Guests only’, which was not in this case. We had to park far away from the hotel entrance. There was NOTHING on the website about this Tejano event otherwise we would NOT have booked our Friday night stay; we would have just drove up Saturday morning. Upon checking in, the staff was not rude but definitely not friendly nor customer-service oriented. The person who check me in was David. No smile, no explanation of WiFi, breakfast serving time or directed me to where anything is- which every hotel that I have ever checked in with has always done. I would have expected better from a Hilton! The hotel was under construction, the back entrance was filthy but it was cleaned up on Saturday. The elevators smelled. Our bathroom had mold. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were like bean bags; we slept horrible! I have stayed at this hotel less than 2 years ago for a girls trip and had a good experience; this is the reason we returned to this hotel again for a friends trip. Definitely a complete180 experience from before. This hotel is a great location but definitely has opportunity for not just a physical remodel but a complete re education on hospitality! Hilton, you can do better!

The property is a bit older and showing some wear. But it was very affordable, in a great location and had a pool and nice outdoor area. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed a long weekend here.

This is probably one of my favorite hotel stays. The entire staff here goes over and above and all are incredibly friendly. Perfect location, rooms are good size and spotless. Wish every hotel stay was 5 ⭐️ like this one.

Paid extra for a corner room with an amazing view- ants in the shower, curtains hung blocking the view, room generally run down. With the issues, I was moved to the corner room across the hall… view of rooftop- even with the roof & unable to see any views as a result of the tall facade. Staff reported that was the only corner room option on any floor & nothing to be done.

The only complaint that I had was the street noise. We were on the 6th floor, corner room. It sounded like the vehicles were in our room! Maybe some sound proof windows in that room. Curtains didn’t close properly either.

We've stayed at this hotel before, as is it in a great location and easy to get to and park a car at. The staff is always kind. The housekeeper had such a bubbly personality and always greeted us in the halls. The bed is comfortable, room is spacious. Bathrooms are very small but functional.

First of all, the guy at the front desk made my check in experience one of the best I've had anywhere in the world. I know what you are thinking,. "It's just check. How good could it be?" He was so helpful and gracious of his time in asking us how we were doing and what our plans were in Waco. He gave us a quick rundown of the area and offered several recommendations of places to go. Room on the top floor had a great view. Rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Front desk even called the room to make sure everything was ok and sent up some extra water bottles for the room. Called down for extra pillows and they showed right up. In a time were exceptional customer service is kind hard to find, it was refreshing to walk into this place and be greated with smiles and exceptional enthusiastic customer service. Also, lots of food/drink options within walking distance next to the river.

The room was great but heck in was 4:00. We got there at 4 but had to wait in the lobby for our room to get ready for 1&1/2 hours. We got our room at 5:30.

The guy at the counter was extremely rude and was yelling at me all bc I was holding the button down to get his attention to open the door to get our key. He was very unprofessional and had poor customer service. I will not be going back in fact if the room wasn’t pre-payed I would have taking my business elsewhere.

There were lots of issues here from one of our rooms not being available to check-in until 8pm, to maintenance issues that mgmt changed stories about, to horrible breakfast service, to mgmt offering services that aren't even available, to mgmt all but accusing me of lying as I walked away - not realizing I was still on earshot & quickly backtracked when she was proven wrong. Not our 1st time staying here, but definitely 1st time for these issues & may be our last time staying here

My stay here was great. I will choose this property again. The front desk staff was amazing, especially the guy that worked the all nighter. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but he was so kind to my daughter and I. The room was clean, everything worked including the AC which was so important as it was over 100 degrees everyday. They don't charge extra for parking and parking is right there near the hotel with plenty of space so it was easy to come and go and always be able to find a space. This was our second time staying there and both times it was great.

Great hotel, have stayed many times over 2 children attending Baylor. Staff are superb and rooms comfortable. Starbucks bar very good and breakfast super appetizing. No complaints except for the 107’ heat which they couldn’t help with 😜

Great launch pad for exploring Waco. It’s across from the cattle bridge over the Brazos with walking trails all along the river. Austin District is full of restaurants, art and coffee shops. The Magnolia district is a bit of a walk at about 10-12 city blocks, Everyone we met was friendly and the property is well kept. The restaurant staff went out of the way to make us feel welcome.

I didn't get the room I paid for. It was not top floor. It was not facing east to see a fireworks show we traveled 4 hours to watch. We ended up scrapping a month's worth of planning because of it. Breakfast was terrible.
