Nice Pet Friendly Hotel with a dog run near the room. Room doors are OUTSIDE (motel NOT a hotel) .... and our west facing metal door and handle were EXTREMELY hot (the day was very hot) .... kids touched the door and were surprised to feel how hot it was. The room was clean, and the staff honored our request for a first level room (to avoid the stairs for the dog and kids -- no elevator). Breakfast was minimal: but we DID find something that the kids could eat. The shower head needed to be de-scaled, but worked. Nice stop on our very big road trip.

This hotel is older. We were put on the second floor and there is no elevator. We had to haul heavy suitcases and e-bikes up the stairs. The bathroom is very small with low sinks. Had we known there was no elevator we would have requested a room on the first floor when we booked.

So, it’s a two story hotel but there is no elevator. Lovely hotel. Good breakfast with omelets the day I stayed. Delightful front desk person. Comfy beds. But if you have mobility issues, maybe not.

The king bed was very comfortable, the room was clean & quiet. However, the breakfast was disappointing: they ran out of scrambled eggs and paper plates. The attendant said they would be getting a truck delivery tomorrow. Seems like the manager could have purchased some at Wal-Mart in a pinch. It was also disappointing to discover that the hot tub was closed. Nothing was stated on the website when I made the reservation several weeks ago

The hotel overall is nice. Front desk gal was very friendly. Kind of strange they don't have an elevator, so had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. Lampshade very worn, frig (no lighbulb; empty socked hanging from wire inside top of frig; thermostat on back of frig), no lotion in bathroom. Just a few little quick-fix things can distract from an otherwise nice room.

Went to take a shower there was hairs in the tub and floor. In top of that a used bar of soap in the shower. Additionally we had until 11am to check out. At 9:30am while we were sleeping someone pounded on the door - an employee checking to see if we were still in our room. There are no do not disturb signs and the pool area which was right outside our room was very noisy after they closed it at 10pm.

There was a beer can half full left on the side of the bed, in which my 2yr old grabbed and tried to drink. along with many press on nails all over the floor. Clearly the room had not been cleaned. So gross and never would I recommend this place to anyone especially with children.

Nice large, clean room. Breakfast included eggs and either bacon or biscuits and gravy (changes from day to day). Only complaint was that each room has a bright light over door and small room darkening drapes don't block out light at night. The room seems to be in perpetual dusk.

Great place for the price. Lobby area was super nice. Check in staff were very friendly. We were off season for the pool and never checked out the hot tub so I can't say on those things. The rooms were a little bigger than most places and there were two counters with sinks (one in with the toilet and shower and one outside of it). The separate spaces are so helpful when traveling as a family. Beds were comfy and location was convenient:)

The best part of the room was the bed, it very comfortable. Room was clean on the surface but very dated, TV didn't work which was disappointing after a 10 hr drive. Don't think the price outweighed the down falls.

Had to keep unplugging and plugging in the tv from the direct tv box to get channels and sound. The shower water handle fell off. Luckily i had tools and could repair it so my wife could shower. Curtains had big rips and had stains. Beds were comfortable

We did not see a bar. The rooms were of average cleanliness. The sink and toilet were both quite damaged. No room service whatsoever during the three nights we were there. The staff was often not at the desk. Obviously, the place was short-staffed. Buffet was good. Again, not enough staff to meet the needs of the customers. We had to leave a day early because of a family emergency. The manager would not give us a refund for our last night.

A family member had a medical emergency that could not be handled at the local hospital so we had to leave a day early. Ramada would not refund the second night for our two rooms. Drove straight from Cedar City to So Cal hospital where family member was hospitalized 4 days. Expedia was going to refund, but Ramada refused. Had no choice but to leave early, it was a life/potential death emergency that was explained to the Ramada staff. Extremely disappointed, and will not book with Ramada ever again.

We waited half hour after check in time before the room was ready. After a 4 hour drive we had tired kids and needed to lay them down for a nap before heading to family plans in the area that evening. When we asked why the room wasnt ready and the response was very uncaring "Its barley 3pm"

Check in time is 3pm, we arrived a few minutes after 3pm and the receptionist told us the room wasn't ready. She didn't volunteer any information when the room would be ready. We came back an hour later, and were given a room that stank of smoke. I complained about this right away, and we did get another room that was ok. This hotel is old (maybe from the 80s) and it definitely shows. Everything is worn down, the furniture is scratched, drawer didn't open, etc. It's clean, though. The breakfast on the second day, a bit before 8am (breakfast time was from 6 - 9am) was almost completely empty (we got the last two slices of toast). In part because a tour bus group was there, in part because the person taking care of the breakfast area had a nice chat with the receptionist.

The complimentary breakfast was great! This was probably the best one my wife and I have ever had. The Mexican restaurant Puerto Vallarta next to the lobby was exceptional! We would definitely stay here again. We give it a Five-star rating. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great stay! Pet friendly also, that's a plus!

One of the worst hotel breakfast buffets I have ever seen. Cold scrambled eggs and cold, congealed gravy. No whole milk. A couple of terrible muffins. No butter. No cream cheese. After the first day, we went out for breakfast. The place is worn out and needs to be refreshed. Comfortable enough. Decent shower. The maid missed our room on the first day. Next time I'm in Cedar City, I'll try another place. Very nice staff at the front desk.

Great Mexican food restaurant attached to the motel. Beautiful and well-kept reception area. The person at the desk did not come out from the back until I said "Hello" a few times but other than that there were no issues. Great place for a great price!

Check in on line was offered but would not allow submission so had to check in in person. It was quick and efficient. Room was quiet and suitable All was clean and well maintained. Bathroom was small and difficult to move around in because of door and toilet location. The breakfast was minimal at best, lack of protein and inadequate seating.
