For cost/price to stay one would think the property, rooms and amenities would be better.

The rooms were clean, we liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. The pool was COLD, but the kids could stand it. The website claims there’s an airport shuttle, but we found that not to be the case, so don’t rely on that!

Look, I hate writing negative reviews. And I have no doubt that someone else would have a different experience, but all I can do is share mine. Check in was an adventure as it took the clerk fifteen minutes of us just standing there until he admitted the computer wasn’t working. He asked us four times if we had pets until I finally in exasperation told him, no, I’m not smuggling a pet and if I did have a pet, I wouldn’t have left them in the car for the entire time it was taking him to just check us in. Our room was fine until we tried the shower. The tub switch was broken so half the water came out the head and half into the tub. However, there was so little water, it sputtered. I had to reassemble the plug so I could unstop the shower. The pool had underclothing floating in it, making it less desirable to get into. The spa area was okay but definitely older and not exactly inviting. I get it—nothing that would send us screaming, but I didn’t exactly stay free. If I had only paid sixty or seventy bucks for the night, I wouldn’t have gotten what I paid for. But there are so many other hotels to choose from at better values that I would just skip this one.
