Laundry machine not working. Toilet tank ran constantly. I repaired the flapper twice with limited success. Non-authorized paper signs warning of consequences with additional fees for violations or requests was a turn-off. Did not feel as a welcomed guest but as a kid on probation from an angry parent. Very little variety for breakfast. Room clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff very respectful and kind. Price was excellent. Not sure I would stay here for an extended trip, but for a one night bivouac it was acceptable.

Was put in a smoking room & it most certainly was a smoking room! Staff member said smoke smell coming thru window. Lol. Washing machine didn't work. Smell was bad in whole place!

Rm 113, The TV in this rooms never had a good picture, it pixelated all the time with audio drop out also. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. The bed stand is dangerous extending beyond edge of the bed. We rans into the metal corners and side supports numerous times. Could easily break a toe or worse. Rm 111 TV remote only had one working button. The no protein breakfast was okay, marginal, not great. The staff was great. The dog area was very nice also. The handicaped bath was great.

The young man at the front desk was terrific. Took time to talk with us, recommend dining options and gave us directions. Very personable. The hotel is fairly dated but clean and they have a nice area in the back with a swing to relax on and a dog run near by. I certainly would stay again

It was the best you could expect for a Super 8. Great value for the money. Check in was easy and the staff were helpful. The only downside was this incredibly noisy screech when the elevator opened and closed.

The shower/tub area had a lot of mold on the ceiling. The shower curtain rod was defective and allowed water to spray into the bathroom getting clothes and towels wet. The bedspread had been torn and poorly sewn instead of replaced. There was odors in the room.

The room was very rundown and old. There was mold in the shower. Found a used dried up condom next to the nightstand on the floor. The coffee pouch that was used by the previous guest was still in the coffee machine. I was on the third floor and apparently they put a group of young girls with chaperones on the same floor around me. They ran from room to room slamming doors until 11:30 at night. I called downstairs twice and they finally took care of it by 11:45 PM.

Horrible. The room was nasty. The walls were disgusting, the pillows were dirty, there was a chicken bone under the bed and other trash in the room. The floor boards were loose causing them to shift and pinch your feet if not careful. There was a hole under the carpet causing a safety hazard. You easily could have rolled your ankle. I have never been that disappointed about a hotel. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

I checked out of that hotel at 11:00 at night and found somewhere else to stay. The rooms were disgusting. The sheets had hair, blood and body stains on them. The room stunk. The elevator had a sign on it that said if you get stuck, use your hands to open the door. The walls and doors in the halls looked like they’d been kicked in. I felt unsafe and left and they refused to give me a. Refund.

It needs better cleaning and some cosmetic renewals to furnishings: Black hair inside toilet bowl, a small piece of something inside tub, dirty hallway carpets, stain on bedroom wall, cracks and splits in all the lamp shades, dusty, damaged counter top and tv and tv was very small. Also small offering for breakfast--by 8 am they had nearly run out of the one gallon of milk, had run out of all the yogurt, had only one packet of instant oatmeal left, no hard boiled eggs. The shower had good pressure and hot water and the beds were fine. I had never stayed at a super 8 before and don't ever want to again. I thought at $110 it was overpriced for the quality. The motel 6 across the street was only $55. No breakfast but my other family said nothing to complain about in the rooms.

The outside looks like the back of a hotel. They need to have a bathroom in the lobby and water. We had the big room with 3 beds. It was randomly decorated but spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. They had fresh items and all the basics you would want. Parking and location was great

The hotel feels dated, and if your room faces the nearby freeway, the constant road noise can be a real disturbance. The A/C unit is also loud, and the quality of the mattresses and pillows leaves much to be desired. Overall, it’s a budget option — and unfortunately, it shows.

First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again.

Desk staff was rude. Outlet in room had no cover - safety issue as well as not up to code. Attempted to pour half and half on cereal and desk clerk stated he couldn't allow me to use half and half on cereal. Pancake batter container empty. I would not stay here again regardless of price. Worst Super 8 ever!

Nice place. Easy to get to off the freeway. Walking distance to a few restaurant & gas stations. Updated decor. Room had a mini fridge & microwave. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Only lowered score due to sucky breakfast; waffel maker, bread & two types if cold cereal. Still a good spot for the cost.

One of the better budge properties, and certainly the best Super 8 I’ve stayed at in memory. I stayed at this property twice in a week (coming/going from elsewhere). Clean, everything works, bed was comfortable. Walkable (a mile/1.6km) to town or Shakespeare Festival through neighborhoods, I really like that. Only thing that bugged me was the desk clerk (son of the owners I think) gave me a great, Upstairs, quiet room the first time, and on my repeat visit recognized me and gave me the worst room in the property (ground floor with the oft-used ice machine literally outside the door). Not what I expect as a quiet, well mannered repeat guest. He claimed they were sold out…I suspect they give better rooms to people who book directly as the hotel keeps more of the money. Regardless, I will stay again.

The property was exactly what we needed. Something easy to stay a night. Check in was a little bit rough but nothing crazy. Breakfast was good and the hotel is in the heart of Cedar City making it easy to travel from.
