If you have a dog, I would recommend you stay elsewhere. The first thing you see on the grass out front are No Pets Allowed in the Grass. There is only one entrance to this hotel which means you and your dog are constantly passing the front desk, dining area, and other dogs. There is a bizarre little area with lightweight, temporary and partial fencing called the Pet Park. It is small, dirty, and has no bushes or trees. It is not possible to even walk your dog around the building.

I looked forward to using the hot tub, which was not working. Then planned on relaxing by watching a movie and the cable stopped working. The door was difficult to unlock and open. We left a message for the front desk and never received a reply. Parking our truck and trailer was challenging as there wasn’t designated parking.

Our room although clean, had "paper-thin" walls that allowed neighbors' noise to come into our room. The front desk personnel were very helpful and courteous. A big plus was the availability of electric charging for our vehicle. For that reason I might consider staying there again.

I stayed there 4 nights and it was great. The room was spacious with great amenities. The room was on the 2nd floor with a nice king bed. The lobby was nice and clean as well as the dining area. Full breakfast was good. Easy parking on premises. Indoor swimming pool, hot tub & gym was nice.

3 Queen room was nice and the extra room with the single queen bed was great! That being said, the hotel is being remodeled and our room had obvious issues (e.g. bathroom door didnt lock and had deep scuffs, shower caulking not there and sloppy work for sure causing water damage, bathroom light switch and toilet handle both cracked). The pool was small but fun and the spa was warm. Interesting that there is only 1 entrance/exit for the hotel while any other doors are emergency exits.

The pool was closed for construction, the fridge, tv remote didn't work. Took 30 minutes to warm the water up to take a shower. The had painted resently but there was paint on the towel rack, mirror n shower wall. Big paint drips on walls

The property has posts that its being remodeled, im not sure where but it really needs it. Everything is either stained, chipping or old. The mattress and beddings are horrid. The indoor pool is not heated and the jacuzzi jets did not work. The whole pool area looks very run down with paint peeling everywhere. The one plus side is they have a decent breakfast included.

Bathroom is dirty. Other people's hair everywhere...gross. The room is unfinished from a partial remodel or something? The walls are super thin and it sounded like there were 8 people crammed in the room next door and they were noisy starting at 6:30 AM until late at night. The access and egress to this property is awful. The city needs a stop light or another entry point for vehicles. Impossible to make a left turn out of the street there.

The first room we had the TV didn’t work so we got moved to another room and there was black smudges on the comforter and toilet was dirty with urine in it.

Upon arriving at 1pm, we called to ask about an early check-in but were told no rooms were ready. When we got to the hotel at 2:45pm, we were told to wait until 3:00pm. The room was in terrible condition. The bathroom had pubic hairs all over the sink/tub, which was disgusting. There was a bag of garbage sitting at the top of the stairs for an entire day. The shower head sprayed water all over the wall, and there was no hot water most of the time. During our four-day stay, the stairs were never vacuumed, and the carpets were filthy and in dire need of a deep cleaning or replacement. The breakfast experience was also poor, with a breakfast attendant rudely pushing me aside without an excuse or apology, not once, but twice.We requested a rollaway bed on the day we needed it, I went to the front desk early in the morning, only to be told to come back at 3pm. After several attempts and no success, I asked a housekeeper, who found two rollaway beds in the storage closet. This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. I lost my room key, and the front desk made new keys without asking for a photo ID, which is a serious security breach. The staff's attitude was consistently poor, except for one male housekeeper on the second floor who was genuinely trying to do his job well. and I hope steps are taken to improve the service and cleanliness at this location. I have left a message for Corporate but have yet to receive any response. Your entire staff needs to be reevaluated.

I SO appreciate a clean room that smells fresh! This room delivered that.

I tried several times to alter our reservation but every time we got through the line was ‘disconnected’, the truth is I was hung up on. The room was in mid renovation, the walls were half painted. The towels had stains. There are not enough chairs in the breakfast area so you had to beg and borrow chairs. The hotel is dark and the carpet in the common areas is noticeably dirty. The carpet in the room needs a deep cleaning. There is a huge birds nest on the sign out front. The AC in the room was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. The fan in the bathroom is very loud and there was some strange whooshing sound we couldn’t figure out. It sounds like a flock of birds are nesting above you.

Check in staff made sure our room was ready. Clean room, plenty of towels and quiet room. Very comfortable beds. Some of the lights didn’t work at first, they were unplugged but we figured it out. Breakfast excellent. Thank you

The room was filthy! The bedspread was dirty. I woke with bites and itching on one side of my back, although I couldn't see any bedbugs. It appeared as if housekeeping just changed towels. No vacuuming/mopping, toilet underlid was dirty. Coffee pack was open. I have stayed here before and it was okay. I don't know what happened this time. But with the price they were charging, shame on them!

Our bed was dirty. I spoke with staff and the response was that they could have someone change the bedding the next day. My reply was that I couldn't sleep in that. They offered some new bedsheets but they didn't have staff to do it. I took pictures and showed staff but they didn't show any concern. We had booked 2 nights. I asked for a refund for the following night and it was refused. In addition the bathroom door had holes and stab marks and things were peeling. We had 3 other families stay here for a family event and all were unhappy I would post pictures if I could.

Staff was kind and accommodating. It’s affordable and located conveniently in town. Room was clean and comfortable, walls are thin and you will hear doors closing from all the neighboring rooms.

The property is undergoing a lot of renovations. The finished rooms are very nice, the ones in progress are problematic. No tv remote or fridge etc.

The room design was cold and poorly done. Paint on the carpet, unfinished lighting, poor repairs in the bathroom. We were placed in handicap room where the shower just leaked into the floor of the bathroom. The walls were very thin and we could hear the next room's conversations. The beds were not comfortable.

Overall experience was very good however, the room I stayed in had a constant noise that sounded like water from the rooms next to me were constantly running which made loud noises from the pipes. This happened hours before I fell asleep and started back at 4am. I literally had to sleep with a pillow over my head.

Comfort Inn provided exactly what we needed for a short stay. The room was generally nice with a recent remodel. The fan in the bathroom is probably the only thing that hasn't been replaced, and you can tell from the sound. Otherwise the room was thoughtfully set up with lots of shelving and USB ports. Staff were friendly and breakfast was hot.

Clean, I think they were in the middle of remodeling, and I saw potential it would be nice. I had a corner room so this may not be true of all, but it was a very large room, tv so small I couldn’t read closed captioning from the bed.

This place was run down. The motion sensitive lights didn’t work reliably, coming on in the night. The drapes would not move on the track which allowed daylight to enter. The default volume on the tv was high and remained so each time we turned it on, even after turning it down.

The room was very nice. The person at check in was not very pleasant. Maybe having a bad day, but she was not helpful when I requested her recommendations for a meal. I had my 5 year old, and 3 year old sons with me. She basically told me to go figure it out. It surprised me. Most hotel staff members try to be helpful. But the Comfort Inn was very nice. Kevin

The person at the front desk was unwelcoming and unfriendly. She didn’t greet us upon arrival and didn’t even bother to tell us about breakfast. She wasn’t rude, but just unengaged.

I think we would have liked the property. However, although we were prepaid, Expedia would not pay the property so the front desk could not check us in. The ordeal went on for 2 hours, and eventually Expedia allowed us to check in to La Quinta (across the street). This problem affected the people in line after us who had to wait while this was being addressed. Overall it was a bad experience with Expedia, although we were grateful that an Expedia representative later set us up with the other hotel. Also, there should have been more than one person at the front desk at the Comfort Inn so others did not have to be inconvenienced as we dealt with this snafu.

Arrived later in the evening (11pm). Room was not very clean. Towels had stains on them. Called front desk to see if we could get different room and no one answered, despite multiple tries. Also, went to the front desk and no one was working.

Had to leave early. Could not find staff to help or even pick up the phone. Then was charged the full stay anyway.

The desk clerk was very helpful and nice.

We needed to check in early and the girl at the front desk helped us be able to do so. She went down to the room to see if it was ready and have the cleaners hurry. Thanks again. Loved the Breakfast choices will be staying here again and recomending it

My stay was booked by mistake at this property. I was assured by Expedia and the night staff that I would be getting a refund and to call the next morning for my refund. I called first thing and the poor woman at Expedia had to tell me the manager, Sara was unkind and would absolutely not refund my stay. I felt so bad that the woman at Expedia was caught in the middle after the gentleman I had spoken with the night before was told I would be "getting a guaranteed refund". I never checked into this hotel or stayed here, yet I am charged $229.43. I would never stay at this location due to the way this manager handled this situation. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and also filed a claim with the travel insurance I purchased for my trip. I totally get I am the one who made the mistake, but don't have your staff guarantee a refund and then be unpleasant to the Expedia rep and deny it first thing. It just left such a terrible taste in my mouth.

Our room was just great. USB ports at every outlet. It was wonderful to have everything charging. We enjoyed the location. Easy access from interstate and a plethora of restaurants and stores.

Very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and freeway. We had some car trouble and the hotel staff referred us to a good mechanic close by.

The property was in a good location with easy access to the local mountains and town.

The property was also conveniently located to the two venues I was attending.

Hotel was clean and quiet. They are renovating and had boxes around. Breakfast was good with many options. The shower had very little water pressure and the indoor pool was freezing.

The coffee was beyond weak and tasteless. The website advertised that the morning beakfest would have sausage and bacon served in dining area but sausage was the only meat. At check-in we were told the hot tub jets did not work but it and the pool was heated, and indeed the jets did not work BUT the pool was NOT heated either. Comfort in & Suites was a bit of a disappointment.

This place is pretty good. Its clean staff is nice. Could use some fixer uppers here n there but its all good. Wish they would change up the breakfast options a bit cause its the same thing the 4 nights we stayed. They also dont let u take food to the room so that sucks cause my mother in law is disabled so she didn't feel up to leaving the room to get food.
