If you have dogs, this is THE place for you! However, if you are bothered by being woken up with dogs down the hall barking at 5am and more dogs in the hallway going to and from their rooms (and maybe just going) with their owners, then look elsewhere. Not sure if the dogs were responsible, but the hallway carpet ended up being spot cleaned and a dryer/blower was in use our entire stay. Nice redone entry. However the rooms are beatup.

Property was under construction. When I booked it did say that the third floor was under renovation but because of that each room was bare of a refrigerator and a microwave. We had to ask to get a refrigerator. Staff was very accommodating and quick with that request.

Service was great but the hotel needs some updates, the shower was so bad. Lots of marks and fingerprints, etc on the walls. Could use a deep clean! The halls were quite loud very late and for an extended time. The third floor is under construction so hopefully updates are coming soon. Breakfast was good.

The property is desperately in need of repair. the furniture was very old, scratched and drawers wouldn't cli ose. the bathroom chalking waa old the tile floor was cracked. The room doors and elevators doors were scratched and dented.

The shower and sink were clogged. Tile in the bathroom cracked. Dresser drawer broken and kept sliding open. Someone else before us still had hair on the bathroom counter. Disgusting Hampton Inn. We’ve stayed at Hampton Inns for years and never had a problem before this place

The facility is older. Rooms need a really good through cleaning. Bed skirts need to be washed. For being an affiliate of Hilton I expected more.

The desk clerk was very pleasant and made checking in very easy. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We took a short walk to a nearby place for dinner. Easy on and off the freeway, but not so close that there's any noise. We'll look for this place again when we stay in Cedar City.

The bathroom had blood splattered on the floor. The hotel would not give us a different room. The person from the front desk came to the room and sprayed it with an unlabeled bottle and wiped up the visible spot with a rag. The person did not use any personal protective equipment to clean up the blood and did not have anything to properly dispose of the rag. The person would not clean the entire bathroom floor. Since the hotel did not offer us a new room. I refused to stay in a room that had a potential blood borne pathogen exposure.

The room was very hot and did not cool down sufficiently until about 1am. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked loudly with even minor movement. It kept waking me up when I would turn over. The shower nozzle was covered with pink mildew/ aka Serratia marcescens which is a bacteria.

As long as there are no changes to this place, I will continue using them on my travels to and from my destination in Idaho. Nice clean and not overpriced. Room was clean and I had everything I needed.

After checking in we went to our room unpacked then went to dinner. After returning we noticed that our room did not have blackout curtains and since we were on the ground floor people could see in. Went to the front desk and we were told that all rooms were like that. I went out and looked at some and sure enough I could see into other rooms. We had reservations for the following week and made other arrangements. I knew we could not get a refund but did not care. We go to Cedar City several times a year and will not stay there again.

Room was incredibly small. Only a desk chair to sit on. Bathroom fan would wake the dead. You could hear the tvs on both sides of the room. Good location though.

Area is nice, breakfast is decent, beds were clean. My little issue I had with it, I asked for no room service and put a do not disturb hang outside the door. They still proceeded to come into the room and clean it, move items around. Nothing was missing, but do what I ask please.

Over all it was ok. It is an older Hampton so the room was a bit run down. We were put in an ADA room and the shower was all over the bathroom. Breakfast was subpar.
