Pros: checkin easy, lots of parking, room relatively quiet, staff very friendly. Cons: breakfast was not appetizing, ended up going to Starbucks instead and eating food I brought. The fitness center is only 2 treadmills and an elliptical (no weights or other options), the air conditioner is a bit loud, woke me up several times during the night when it kicked on, could hear guests in the room beside us and their barking dog. All in all, an ok budget friendly place to stay for 1 night and passing thru town.

My wife and I have severe arthritis in all of our joints and we selected this hotel because they advertised a pool and spa. Neither the pool or spa was open due to renovations. This was NOT listed on their website. The hotel offered this elderly couple to walk down the road to the Holiday Inn because the hotel had an agreement to let us in, it January and there is snow on the ground and the hotel expected us to walk. I asked for a discount but was not given one, when I asked for the manager I was told I would be contacted but that never happened.

That was as close as I have ever had to a perfect hotel stay. Clean, spacious, quiet, easy to find, everything in the hotel was easy to find, plenty of plugins, checkin was perfect. Our 3 reserved rooms were right together. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Good location. Ice machines were not working. Otherwise, perfect.

someone needs to tell them to put lightbulbs in the light fixtures, bigger than 40 Watt. The room was like a cave Also, they need more luggage carts Also, someone needs to take the architect out to the edge of town and have them shot. Worst room design I’ve ever seen.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The building is going through a remodel though and there was trash everywhere. We stayed in a new room but it seems like the remodel is focusing more on making things pretty rather than functional. You could literally hear everyone around you. Not worth the price hike either that they charge for graduation. There’s are a LOT better rooms in Cedar City that are nicer and closer to everything.

The property looked nice overall. The only issue was the room we got the bathroom someone smoked in and it really really smelled. We didn’t had the time to ask for another room because we already unpacked and it was already late for the kids. Luckily we were only there for 1 night. The breakfast option was nice. I like the room's layout. Thin walls, I can here noises from hallway/next door. Bed is comfy and linens smell fresh and clean, I can say. Staff are nice. Breakfast is ok. Also, this is a pet friendly hotel and we always travel with our two dogs, only this time plan changed.

This property is clearly in need of some attention. The water in our shower/tub didn't drain properly, the bed was not correctly made and the noise from guests in other rooms was disruptive although it appeared they were simply engaged in normal activities. On departure, the front desk staff didn't bother to ask about our stay, so we offered no feedback. We wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel and staff were first class. The comfort of the room was terrible. The couch was the worst design to relax on that I have ever seen. The chair was rigid and didnt lean back, which meant to read or watch TV you had to sit on the bed. After driving 10 hours I need a comfortable place to relax. Unfortunately this wasn't that place

Overall a good experience. Only issue was air conditioning was sporadic. I wouldn’t the temp. It would cool for a bit then stop. The temp would rise while I slept. I kept waking up to readjust the thermostat.

Hotel is dated. Front desk area and lobby could use overhaul. Shade in room not functioning, handle on toilet not working right, toilet running all night. Tried calling front desk, 3 times, no answer then went to busy ring….to get them to shut down noise above us which sounded like weights being dropped on floor til we finally put pillows over our head fell asleep, after driving 9 hours.

Check in was okay, the employee working wasn't very clear on what time breakfast was or even what room we were in. Room was clean. Wasn't very happy getting housekeeping knocking on our door at 8:45am to see if we were still there. Woke us up and we didn't need to check out until 12:00pm. Then we went down to our car to find someone had siphoned gas out of our car. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel. Paid for a better hotel and better experience than a cheaper hotel and it was still crap.

Nice, quiet small hotel. Staff are really friendly and they treat you right. The breakfast felt a bit cheap but it’s free, so can’t complain. My only complaint would be, there are no door sweeps for each door. I think the contractor left that part out.
