Can’t say anything wrong about the hotel. Its very basic. No frills. Pool area very bare, only 2 plastic uncomfortable lounge chairs. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was ok. No elevator for the second floor, but there is a trolley. Easy check in and out.

Quick check-in, nice rooms, good parking, fine breakfast. Some staff very pleasant and welcoming. Evening front desk staff was arrogant. I booked double queen room, got 1 king size bed instead. Front desk told me that I can cancel it if I am not happy with kingsize and go somewhere else. I consider that rude. I did not get what I booked at hotels.com. I booked the room 11 months ahead. Indoor pool was closed but substitute was provided with next door property.

Pretty solid overall. The room was clean and comfortable. The guest services staff were all great and recommended a nearby restaurant that we loved. The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay but they said we were welcome to use the pool nextdoor at their other hotel.

Pool & hot tub not working. Standing green water in the pool, this is a health hazard. Requested a 5 minute late checkout to complete a zoom meeting for work and the lady at the front desk denied my request. We were kicked out by the maid. While I was loading my bags the maid kept watching me to make sure I didn’t steal from her cart, very uncomfortable and bad customer service. Window sill was very dirty & dusty. Smell of musty air as we walked into the establishment. I will not recommend this place to my family and friends. I’d rather stay at Motel 6. 😡😡😡

The room was clean. The front desk staff was courteous and professional. Safe place to sleep for the night and save a few bucks. The pool was out of service. The breakfast options were limited. No elevator. Pool was out of service. The decor is outdated. It was stuffy. I was told the same group owns the hotel next door. I checked it out and it is a better option in my opinion.

Worst hotel. Smelled dusty upon arrival. Dirty and stained bed sheets and comforter. Dusty surfaces in room. Hot tub out of service. False advertisement on website. No laundry on site. Phone in bathroom broken. Two story hotel. No elevators for handicapped individuals. The refrigerator didn’t work well. It froze our food. Free breakfast contained some bread, oatmeal, coffee, boiled eggs, cereal, and fresh waffles. No fruit. :( Rooms are only serviced every other day per woman at front desk. The people at the front desk are kind but the hotel itself is less than 1 star. Thank you Clara for cleaning our room. You did a fantastic job. We appreciate you.

The property was clean, quiet, orderly, and almost comfortable: the pillows are bags of lumps - but I was expecting that, and remembered to bring my own pillow. What I noticed most of all: above the vanity/sink area was a light fixture with four brutally blindingly bright glaring light bulbs almost blue in color. No one who understands hospitality chooses lights like this. I unscrewed three of them so the light there would be at least slightly less harsh. When you see things like that, you know the management is not really attuned to guest comfort. Also - at the free breakfast, except for the skim milk, there was not a gram of protein: no scrambled eggs, no sausage, no protein of any kind. It was all carbohydrates. My family and I went down the road for something to eat. The beds had no blankets. There were sheets and a "bedspread" that was also a sheet, but to stay warm, the heat had to be dialed up. I'd be willing to pay more for lodging that makes me feel more welcome.

Pro: price was decent, nice staff at desk. Cons: Pretty outdated. Okay clean-wise, but we had some stains on the sheets, heavy dust on furniture in room, shower curtain and walls in bathhoom had some Spots... Pool was closed, so that was a disappointment. Our door was difficult to Lock.... Fine for a one night stay drive through which is what it was for us..

The room was mostly clean. We found black hairs on sheets and towels. The biggest issue was the paper-thin walls. We could hear everything. The TV sounded like it was blasting into our room. We could hear everything the family next door did and said as if we were in the room with them. The hall was the same. The second night the room next to us was empty, but the next one over was occupied and we could hear them and the TV from that room. It was ridiculous. Do not stay if you like your privacy.

It's a very average hotel. Love the fact that our room had 3 queen size beds! Also fridge and microwave. However absolutely hated the fact that the ice bucket is kept in the bathroom. As big as the rooms are, there's no need. Toilet germs! I needed ice so bad, but could not bring myself to use it. "Breakfast" is extremely limited. No elevator, indoor stairs to the second floor. Toilet is very low, moreso suitable for kids height. Would not stay again.

I am a solo traveler with a dog. Sarita at the front desk was incredibly sweet and kind. Upon arrival, she let me know that she had an exterior corridor unit available and insisted on showing it to me before allowing me to choose. She was easy to chat with and made recommendations to me for things to see in the area. I was originally staying two nights only. When I wanted to stay another night to see another national park in Moab, she allowed it. Then she easily cancelled it when rain and snow interrupted my plans. She hadn’t even billed my card yet. I would recommend this property for solos, families, or couples. Very affordable and clean and nice.

It was a good one night stay. Towels and linens could be updated. Hotel just looked old. Breakfast was very simple, cereal, breads, waffle maker, coffee and juice. It was clean but again very outdated. Staff very nice and friendly.
