Booking a room at this hotel has been the worst hotel experience in my life-- and I stay in a lot of hotels with work, travel, etc. I was on a motorcycle trip with my wife and daughter and planned to stay in Moab for the night. I searched for hotels specifically in Moab and this hotel in Green River showed up, which is 60 miles away from Moab. The way the search came up was extremely misleading as I specifically searched for Moab and there is a Holiday Inn Express in Moab. Once I discovered that I had been tricked I immediately tried to contact this hotel multiple times and they didn't answer the phone. I was forced to book another room in Moab because we were on motorcycles and it was getting dark and therefore we were unable to travel to Green River. I stopped in the next day and spoke to the front desk attendant to ask for a refund becuase I never checked in. He was unable to do anything. I then called back multiple times and was given the run around each time. The manager refused to talk to me. The customer service at this hotel is terrible. The manager is absent and afraid to speak to the customers. Hotels.com also tried to contact this hotel multiple times and they won't return their calls either. They took $500 from me and won't issue a refund and I got nothing in return. I would never book here again. Worst experience with hotels.com and this hotel I've ever had.
