property and transportation to the airport was great. we were surprised when without notice, we had to pay to park. For the last two years parking was free... this time during check, we found out. we will be shopping around for a better deal.

This hotel is convenient, right across from Dulles Airport, however I will not be staying with them again as they charge a $17 dollar fee for overnight parking. There are too many other hotels within a close radius of the airport that do not charge for parking!

Most convenient for the airport and descent enough, but old property that shows its age. Bathroom was tiny and difficult to navigate since so small. They charge for wifi! Nice, kind and efficient staff though.

The bath in the room was filthy, as though it hadn’t been cleaned at all. It was literally splattered with long since dried dirt. The carpet left our feet black as well, and the air conditioning was rather dusty. It was appalling. I wasn’t expecting much from an airport hotel, but that was beyond dismal. If I could rate lower than 1, I would. Other than that, the staff at the front desk were helpful although room service and housekeeping ignored the room entirely.

Perfect walkable location next to the airport. Staff was friendly, not sure if showers were cleaned. Went to take a shower and there were three visible hairs (two in the tub one on the shower wall)

We had a room in what seemed like the basement and saw a bunch of roaches in the halls and 1 in our room. Since we were therr due to missed flight for only to sleep, we didnt complain as they did extend our check out for us to rest since we checked in after midnight

The airport shuttle was very easy to find and I didn’t have to wait too long. The hotel is very close to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was part of the open lobby space but the food was good.

I cannot recommend this property. The lobby area and hallways were renovated and very pleasant, but the room I had was very out of date. Nothing in the room coordinated, and the furniture was the style that you would have seen 30+ years ago. The restaurant food was okay, but nothing special. There were many positives, but overall not what I would expect from this grade of hotel.

We stayed in this hotel before our trip since we had a 6:00 am departure time. Our first room had no heat. Our second room had scalding hot water and no cold water. We had to fly to Hawaii without a shower. When we checked out, we mentioned this and their comments told me they were aware of the problem and had not fixed it. This hotel was so bad, we tried to cancel our one night stay on our return and they charged us the full amount anyway. So we lost all our money because we did not want to stay there under such conditions. I would not stay in this hotel again. It looks like it was built when Dulles airport first opened and has not been renovated at all.

Our room's heating system was terrible. Even after lowering the thermostat and then turning the heat "off", the room was unbearably hot. The night manager finally gave us another room on the other side of the hotel. Since we had to get up early to catch a flight, we lost a lot of sleep in the meantime.

It's very close to the airport, the shuttles run regularly and on time, the front desk staff attentive and helpful, and the wait staff are courteous and very friendly. The coffee is very good.

As a Japanese traveler, I visited the United States for the first time to attend a conference and felt anxious about my first visit. On my way back home, I stayed at this hotel near the airport. Although the hotel itself was old, it was clean. However, the air conditioning didn't work at all, leaving me cold throughout the night. The TV remote was also erratic. I considered complaining to the reception, but it was late at night, and I had an early flight the next day, so I gave up on it. What surprised me the most was the shuttle bus service. Initially, it was from the airport to the hotel. When I was about to board, the female driver repeatedly asked if I was really a guest. After showing my reservation email, she apologized. The next day, the same driver took me to the airport. After the other passengers had alighted, she asked me for a tip. As a Japanese person, I am not accustomed to the tipping culture and apologize if this caused discomfort. However, I noticed that she did not ask for tips from other guests or demand them, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

We booked this hotel for our 9-hour layover at Dulles. Shuttle bus picked us up outside the terminal and a quick 3 minute ride to the hotel. Front desk receptionist was really friendly and efficient. She checked us in quickly and booked the shuttle service for us for the morning. The room was spacious and clean. The shower in the bathroom was powerful, which we really liked. Overall, easy check in and check out processes. Great service. Convenient shuttle bus to and from the airport. Highly recommended.

Ceiling tiles in bathroom was odd and they were moldy. We went to the restaurant and bar and two people had dinner and two drinks and it was over $100 which is a lot In my opinion.
