I should have known better than choosing an inexpensive place to spend the night before my flight. My experience included a run down airport shuttle that I almost missed because there was only an 8.5x11 sign taped in the side of it, walking into a lobby with a pool of water from a roof leak, waiting for 15 min to be checked in because there was only one poor man working, finally getting to my room to find a roach, which I ended up catching and bringing down to the lobby because no one came up to get it. And then it was still sitting on the lobby desk when I came down in the morning. Next time I will pay the extra $20 for basic service and cleanliness.

Room and staff were fine just the parking lot was confusing. And I received a ticket from Hyatt for $15. If there were better signage i would not have parked there also they should do a color system or something to help people that have not been here before!!! Double check your parking folks!!!

The room is nice and spacious, but it looked like it wasn't cleaned properly after the painters painted a wall. It was also disappointing not to be able to find a parking spot for the night. We were told of overflow parking in an area that was not lit well and questionable for security. We decided to bring the rental car back the night before so that there would not be the risk of theft or vandalism. Thankfully the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. Sadly, the hotel suttle closes for the night at 10 pm, so we had to hire a taxi to get us back from the airport.

This place is an absolute dump. I chose it because it had an airport shuttle, which did not run any of the times that I needed it. I called over and over from the airport and no one answered the phone. Breakfast also did not start early enough for me before I left for the airport. It smells terrible, and the furniture and carpets are all rundown. The only reason I didn’t give it. One star is because the sheets were clean, though the pillows were a joke.

Very nice room and breakfast bar. Close proximity to Dulles. Good shuttle service to the airport, however, we waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after our trip and it never came.

Upon arrival the lobby smelled like someone had been smoking all day. Our original room on the first floor had such a strong smoke smell that we asked to be moved to another room. We could hear people walking around all night and that room smelled as well. We were using the room to start in the area for a softball tournament but after we realized that we would not get rest, decided to just pack up at 4am and go somewhere more comfortable.

This hotel is pure garbage. First they say that the airport shuttle is "on-demand" and ask you to call them on arrival and wait at curb 2B. Called when at 2B they tell me its scheduled and they will leave at 230pm. Didnt show up until 255pm. Hotel is 6-8 minutes away WITH traffic. Driver spoke zero english. He also didnt wear seat belt. At check in the guy said "hot breakfast" was 6am-10pm. That was a lie. The only hot was the toast or bread you toasted yourself. AC unit in room rattled and shook all right. Constant doors slamming. For the price they charge you could actually have stayed at a Hilton, not a Comfort Inn reject.

The entire stay the Wi-Fi service was disrupted. I’m in the middle of moving so I wanted to stay close to work and summer school for my son. Mike was a nice human although professionally he never had a way to resolve the Wi-Fi connection issue. Upon arrival he offered rooms that have cigarette smell and non working air conditioning. It took 3 times to view a room until we settled for the room we stayed in. At check out there was a guy inquiring about pet when I only booked this room because they allowed service pets at no charge or extra fees. Mike failed to deliver quality comfort and also had an excuse why things were down like the Wi-Fi and no signal television.

The bed was comfy, shower pressure was great. Room was very small. Now desk to wrok so that was disappointing. Needed to do laundry and they only took quaters. But had no change machine or atm, and the front desk couldn't charge my room 3 dollars to give me quarters so i jad ro walk to the local gas station to do so. Very inconvenient. Front desk also was not nice when asking for the shuttle when i didnt make it to the pick up on time and he had to come back. Actually was rude on phone and hung up.

Convenient location. Traveled with two dogs, inquired about pet fee at check in and was told there wasn't one. Was then called back in when I was seen with them, and told I would be charged one as they were above a certain weight, which wasn't mentioned when I inquired. Needed to switch rooms immediately at check-in, due to VERY noisy hvac in first room. Breakfast selection was very limited.

The wifi did not work. The coffee machine wasn’t working. Staff did not clean our room in the 3 days we were there. Cleaning staff stood in large groups outside laughing and talking for hours every day. We had to ask for towels every day.

Our evening flught was delayed and then cancelled. We needed a place for the night. This hotel is closed to Dulles, clean and front desk staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. Only negative is no shuttle service to airport for an early flight, we had to Uber. An extra expense.

No toothpaste. I had to go to Hyatt to get some. No password to enter business computer. 6 am staff is sleeping at front counter against the wall while guests are in the lobby. I have pictures. Also, room was never cleaned the whole time I was there. Ridiculous.

I paid on hotels.com, but now I see that the hotel also charged me for the same stay. The place was a disaster with trash and construction materials everywhere. At least the front desk staff was very friendly. (It was very friendly the way they said they needed my card in case I made any incidental purchases. I did not. They charged me for the room again, though I had already paid. They assured my I would not be double-charged.)

I saw in comments that these guys are charging cards a second time, so I was aware to watch out. They did the exact same thing to me as what I saw in the comments. I called back they were horrible to deal with and charged my card again instead of crediting it back. I get the feeling these guys are fraudulently charging cards hoping to scam some addtional money out of folks. You should NOT stay with these guys, total scammers.

the place is a dump. The hotel smelled bad, the room smelled bad, the sheets and bedding smelled bad, the sheets and bedding were stained and old. At check in the desk attendant was argumentative, terrible customer service attitude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I can't believe has their name on this place. I do not recommend.

We were very disappointed to discover that, contrary to the site's description on hotels.com, there was no breakfast provided. The facility is undergoing renovation, and that service is suspended. We did get connected rooms, which was the other major selling point for us. The climate control worked, everything we saw was clean and in good condition, and the bathroom facilities were more than adequate.

The room was quiet and nice. The shuttle bus leaving for the airport was 20 minutes late. A few false fire alarms in the morning weren't very pleasant. It would have been better if breakfast had offered more variety.
