Everything was great except for the elevators. Of the 3 available only one seemed to be working and with a pretty full hotel it made using that elevator a bit tricky. Other than that my stay was pleasant. Oh, and head over to Taco Bamba, the food was delicious.

For most of our stay, only one guest elevator was working. The staff elevator was available, but inconvenient to access. On Saturday, no guest elevators were working, so EVERYONE had to take the service elevator, at a time when many guests were checking out with luggage. Wait times sometimes exceeded 10 minutes. Also, the pool was out of order. We were advised of this in advance, but it was still a lost amenity.

Great location near plenty of dining and shopping. Overall the hotel is quiet. Their elevators are always broken and/or are extremely slow. The hotel has three elevators and only one is ever working whenever I stay there. What is wrong with the owner/management of the building that doesn't want safe and operable elevators for guests at the hotel!!!

My room was spotless. It was clean, especially the bathroom. Clean smell to the room. Staff was very pleasant to converse with. Outside was landscaped very well. Walking path was very well maintained. Absolutely would recommend with 5 stars!! Thank you for making my stay exceptionally wonderful.

I want to say that this is the worst experience that i’ve had at this hotel. I am usually pleased but this time we found the sheets internally were filled with brown mold! i have never been so disgusted!! they were white on the exterior but internally they held some type of brown mold that made us feel very nasty. I like this hotel and i would love to come again but not like this. this is unacceptable!!

Ok, so the ice maker has mold or some kind of black substance in it. My ac stopped working at 11:30pm ( but they did fix pretty quick ). The room wasn’t very clean. Elevator area had old energy drink sitting there for 3 days. I say a bug (a roach ) in my room as I was leaving. I was in such a rush to catch my plane that I didn’t have time for a call and the whole process. This was kind of a disappointing stay for a Hilton. I think the hotel needs some care from higher ups that the hotel staff can’t take on theirselves. The common areas were the cleanest places.

We had one of the panoramic view rooms, it was dirty, crumbs on the carpet, hair in the corners in the bathroom. No hot water in the shower, despite allowing it to run. The toilet ran nonstop after flushing. During check-in the initial woman was rude, unfriendly, seemed as if I was “bothering” her. I definitely would not have paid the money I did had I known it was just going to be nice on the surface and nice just in pictures. Very disappointed.

Very spacious and the revolving TV stand and shower wand were pluses. The restaurant and morning meal staff were delightful. The elevators got a bit heavy at times but it wasn't critical. Very good location by I-66 and the Fairfax County parkway. It felt like luxury. Could have used a better cable package. Also the system to know who needs to pay for breakfast and who has their meal included needs to be cleaned up. And yes Brandon is a real person who speaks Turkish.

Check in was very easy. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, stores and coffee shops. all within walking distance. Hotel staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The only issue was that the walls in the rooms are very thin. You can hear everything the ppl in the next room are saying and their dog wouldnt stop barking. Can hear everything in the halls as well. BUT it wasnt bad where I couldnt deal. Id definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall great. The only issue we had was the AC not cooling enough in the morning. It was getting warm and temperature was not able to drop below 73F even though we set it at 64F.

Horrible customer service. I left something in the lobby and have tried the calling the hotel a number of times today and have been told to call back during business hours tomorrow - and I have either been hung up on or transferred to lost and found (where nobody answers) before I can complete sentence. I politely called back and asked to not be hung up on and have been hung up again. I requested to speak with a manager and have been just get transferred (mid sentence) to the general line.

Booked a king room. At check-in front desk staff, Angelica did not confirm our room and just assigned room cards to a double room without letting us know. After getting all our belongings to head upstairs, only to realize it is a double room. We had to call front desk to get this rectified. They instinctively said there were no more king room, and said to call us back later. Later, they called to ask us to go down to collect the new room card. When we went down and told the front desk on the situation, they did not communicate between themselves. The front desk staff, Angelica, even argued with us that it is all assigned in the system and that it is the system fault and no fault of hers at check in. Leave such a bad taste for Hilton service.

The hotel staff was really exceptionally friendly, professional and welcoming. After the first morning, i was greeted by name at breakfast, and my preferred beverage brought to me before I ordered. Breakfast was mostly buffet, but they were attentive to clearing plates, refilling hot drinks and above all, making customers feel taken care of. Check in staff was great. And this was the first time pist pandemic i got daily room cleaning aervices, whichwas a welcome surprise. Just a great experoence.

The property was nice once I checked in. My only issue was I flew in on a late flight and I called ahead twice to make sure I could do an early check in. And both times they said yes no problem, but it will be an extra $75 dollars. I said OK no problem. I was suppose to originally check in on 9/13 @3pm. I was trying to check in early on 9/13 @ 1:00am. When I got to the hotel the gentalman at the desk told me I could not check in early, ( I explained to him what was told to me) He said I can check you in for the date 9/12 ( mind you it was 9/13) But you would have to check out on 9/14... I was booked to check out on 9/15. I was upset and did not understand why he wouldn't let me check in. So I had to call around and wake family members up at this time its around 2AM to find a place to sleep until I could check in at 3pm. It was really inconvenient especially after just flying in on a late flight. Communication is key and everyone should know the yes and no of the company. The rest of my experience was good.

When I checked in they had trouble finding my reservation even though I presented it to them. Then they gave me a room. I lug all my stuff up to 8th floor and go to my room. Walk in only to find it’s occupied! I walk out and a guy comes up behind me and was pissed I was in his room. I go back down and she acted like it was no big deal she gave out a key to someone else’s room. Get my correct room and go in. The shower door wouldn’t close so water went everywhere. I told them about it and said no rooms were available for me to move. Then on the 2nd night I’m sleeping and at midnight there’s banging on the door. I open it and it’s housekeeping with blankets and towels. He argued with me that I called them and asked for them. I can’t tell you how many times I stay at this hotel a year, but not again.

This hotel is fantastic. I got here on Saturday, checked out Sunday. I came on business meeting with some customers and my girlfriend tagged along. The bar, restaurant, and breakfast were great. Rooms were clean and very nice. I will stay here again in October for my next business trip!

The property was nicely kept. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The service at the NoVa Bar & Grill was great. Sunday morning the manager kept the restaurant open after closing at 11:00 so that my guests and I could relax and enjoy our fantastic breakfast. The bananas foster french toast was delicious, The bananas were perfectly caramelized. The waitstaff was responsive. Truly enjoyable. Thank you!

The hotel seems to be older and needs some renovations and changes to its operations but may be banking on its brand to continue services that don't fit with the current condition. Their breakfast is a slightly upgraded buffet that is overpriced and offers basically the same 5 items every day. You are served coffee and for that privilege are expected to pay a tip on food that you would otherwise get as part of a complimentary breakfast at any other hotel. You cannot connect your streaming services in your room because the tv is too old, unless your phone is also old enough to be able to download some outdated app or you bring an hdmi cord. The rooms are pretty spacious but not super clean.

We stayed for a very inexpensive rate and were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the service, comfort, and cleanliness. The only negative is the high price of food and drinks, but that is, unfortunately, pretty standard at hotel bars and restaurants. It was very convenient to have a restaurant and bar right there in the lobby of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived and the check-in process went quick and smooth. However, they charge you an additional $50 per night deposit. I know hotels typically put a deposit on your room but $100 deposit for our stay seemed a bit much, not to mention they don't take Discover. Breakfast was not included and was an additional $22 per person per day. We didn't even bother checking it out since it was rather expensive. Luckily, the hotel is located in a very central part of Fairfax, so accessibility to shopping and restaurants was not an issue. Our room for the most part seemed clean with the exception of the duvet. It was stained and all of the cotton parts in it were brown, so I'm not sure if it hadn't been changed or was moldy. It didn't help that it was just resting between two sheets and not an actual duvet cover. The bed also did not have a fitted sheet, but a regular sheet. So it was just all around sloppy and didn't feel clean. Lastly, the TV. They have one of those hospitality TVs where it plays Hilton ads for the main screen. You have to pay for additional movies. They also block you from being able to use your HDMI cord or changing the input to hook up your laptop to stream your own movies. This was the biggest frustration for us. Oh, and I forgot to mention that you are requifed to be a Hilton rewards member in order to use their wifi. You get 7 days for free and then have to pay for basic wifi or you have to pay for the stronger wifi. We weren’t impressed with Hilton.
