Great for cheap 2 bedroom rooms , free breakfast, small pool, closed seasonally . Restaurants around the are area are overpriced and not that good but that's suburban VA for you. Dine in DC or surrounding affluent areas.

The hotel was conveniently located near the interstate. There was a shopping center within steps of the hotel. The breakfast was pretty good and a bit of an upgrade from the standard continental breakfast. The fitness room was clean and had updated equipment. We had one bedroom with a sofa bed, which gave us privacy. This is important when you have a teenage child. The hotel is nestled in a neighborhood, and we enjoyed taking a morning walk there.

Deceptive comments by GM in prior response she made to customer comment about being happy customer enjoyed seasonal pool. It wasn't open then and isn't now. Parking fee states " covered is 15$ a day" leaving you to wonder if uncovered is free...it is also 15 which is vaguely deceptive. Underground parking appears to not have been power washed in over a decade. Many other odd and gross issues here. 100% never again...suggest you find a better place not owned by nearly bankrupt ashford properties

Everyone was very friendly and the room was spotless. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing was the website said the parking was free but when I got to my car there was a slip on the windshield for me to pay for parking.

My partner and I had a great stay, there were just a few minor issues. There was a broken elevator so we had to walk a bit further to get to our room. Within our room the shower kept heavily dripping throughout the entire stay. Day and night. Lastly, the bed was a bit too firm for our taste and a size smaller tha we booked but we didn’t complain. We had a great stay and it was very clean and smelled quite fresh.

The head of my bed was lower than the foot and there was a pit in the middle of the bed. Did not sleep much but woke up with a back ache and put my head at the foot of my bed because my left leg also started cramping terribly but didn’t have enough covers turned that way. There was also an air purifier in the room and it sounded like a mosquito zapper during the night. Another issue for a light sleeper. I don’t think I will be staying at this hotel again and this was my second stay. Very disappointing!

Absolutely loved this property. Welcoming and comfortable lobby, delicious and hearty breakfast with lots of options. Friendly and helpful staff, and the studio suite we stayed in was perfect for a family of 3. Would definitely stay here again!

Average hotel but definitely dated. Kitchen cabinets scratched up and toilet seat cracked although repaired. A new toilet seat is an easy fix. The eating area for breakfast is very nice and the pool area in the courtyard was very nice.

The staff was great, and the lady serving breakfast is super hard working and super friendly. She thanks everyone when picking up their empty plates. I spilled my coffee, she thank me as I apologize and cleaning up after me. She is a Hispanic lady, and she melts my heart. May her company treat her nice and support her.

The property was clean and in good condition .My area of concern was an issue with streaming services . The main tv in living room did not work . I informed the front desk and the response i received was that they would make note of it and let their “media folks” take a look at it next time they were at the property. I would think an industry that should be all about customer service, this is not how to seal with that type if situation . I was not asked what could be done to “make things right “. The response given basically said “ohh well your loss” .

Good location to access transport into Washington, supermarket 2 minute walk from hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Used the gym a few times, good equipment. Room very comfortable and homely.

The 3 stars are due to deceiving adversed information, but if advertisedcorrectly, it will be 4 stars. Parking fee is $15 per day, not $10. The beds are not king size, those are maybe queen. Overall room is a bit outdated, which is not a big deal as it was very comfortable for the family (2 rooms/2 bathrooms, sofa bed and equipped full kitchen). Breakfast was fairly good, although not a fan of the "free range scramble egg" as it seems more like "liquid eggs" from a container. Staff was supper courteous and attentive.

Pros: Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and nice TV. Breakfast was really good. The outdoor area and pool were extremely nice. Staff was generally accommodating and helpful. Cons: Parking is a flat $15 fee despite not being in the city center. The Mosaic District is close but not walkable because it's across a huge, dangerous stroad (Gallows Rd). The room was very dated and not very well maintained. The air conditioner made an extremely loud metal-rattling sound that made the bedroom area vibrate. The floors appeared clean but were very sticky/oily. We requested a crib for our stay, and they provided a small pack-and-play that had a bent crossbar. When I initially booked, I requested adjoining rooms and received a canned response like "we'll make every attempt to accommodate your request". When we got to the property, they told us they didn't have adjoining rooms. It would've been nice to know that when I initially asked.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The toilet was way too low to the ground. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom, so it felt like sauna when showering, and we had to buy spray in order to prevent smells taking over entire hotel room. All staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The kitchen in room was great to have. The pool is small, but well kept. The basketball court only has one goal, so only one family can play at a time. Housekeeping made us feel rushed to get out hours before we were due to check out, came to our room four times after we had already informed them we had scheduled late check out. Overall we had a great stay.
