I recently stayed at the Sleep Inn and Suites and had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing experience. The hotel is nestled in a secluded area, which made for a peaceful and undisturbed stay. The deluxe room with the pullout couch was incredibly spacious, providing ample room to move around and unwind. The hardwood floors added a luxurious feel to the space, making it even more enjoyable. The continental breakfast was a great start to the day, offering your choice of coffee, a variety of teas cereal of your choice yogurt waffles made the order and your pic of apple juice, orange juice, or cranberry juice. The only downside was that the elevators were not working during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a tranquil and comfortable stay.

The rooms and the facility were clean enough and the hotel was quiet, however, we only saw one employee the entire weekend. I got the feeling they were severely understaffed. The only issue I had with the cleanliness of the property is that there was a chicken bone on the ground right in front of the door leading into the main lobby. It stayed there the entire weekend. Regarding our room, the security latch was broken and the smoke detector was hanging from wires in the ceiling. Although we notified the front desk employee, he said he would mention it to the manager. Also, all the appliances were unplugged. We didn’t realize this until we opened the mini fridge to put something in it. So we had to plug them all in - microwave, fridge, and lamp. The TV was plugged in and was already on when we came to our room. Breakfast, which was included, was just waffles, cold cereal, coffee, and juice. I say “just” because we have stayed at another Sleep Inn and the breakfast provided was more extensive. Again, there were no employees, except the front desk person. It is a small thing but the employees we did see were in street clothes, not the uniforms you expect from a chain hotel. We will probably stay at a Sleep Inn again, but probably not this one.

The room was nice and clean. But they did not have the AC on and so it was very hot until the night before we left. The pool was nasty looking and so we didnt get in. The breakfast had a very small selection, was not stocked, and the waffle maker did not work correctly. The juice tasted like it had old coffee mixed in it. They refused to give us bedding materials for the sofa bed in the room. They did not replenish our towels. The drink machine only took cash. And our cards stopped working twice.

I really wanted to like this property. Checkin was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and smelled new, but that is where my positives end. The room seems newly refurbished, yet there was a soft crackly static sound from the fire-alarm randomly throughout our stay. Not enough to alarm but enough to annoy. I booked this because it had a nice indoor pool, but it’s only nice if it’s heated and clean. My daughter slipped on the tiles around (she’s fine) but it was absolutely freezing. The final straw was the breakfast area. When we got there it was filthy and sparse. The waffle machine and >one< apple were available. No toast/bagels/muffins. Cereal was stale. When the person came to refill he brought more apples and was touching the food after touching the trash without washing their hands. The syrup was sour. We disgustedly left and got breakfast elsewhere. We definitely won’t be coming back

The price is great for what you get. Facility is outdated as whole but with my kids it was a great sleep and a relaxing time for us in our room. Plus there’s close things to do. A 5 below run some great food in the area. Front desk is also really sweet!

There was no housekeeping service to the room at all while we were there. The breakfast was unsatisfactory and the in door pool was very cold. I chose the hotel because i wanted an indoor pool for the boys

Poorly managed property: No one at the front desk. The front desk employee's children running around the lobby. The breakfast area was filthy and had nothing but cereal and a waffle. The window would not latch (first floor) so anyone could open it from the outside. Paid in advance but was charged hidden fees upon check in

Most comfortable hotel bed I have EVER slept in! place was clean. Breakfast offering had a waffle maker but the rest of the offerings were pretty weak. Bathroom door was poorly repaired from a 10" square hole. Bathroom sink was cracked

the bed frame was metal and made this awful clanging sound if you hit it or say down too hard; definitely not a good choice if you’re gonna be having sex. the shower/tub was not super clean and the drain kept backing up due to some sort of build up, which was pretty gross. not very many places to put trash. walls were kinda thin so you could hear your neighbors, you can also hear people walking above you.

Our first night we had to request new bed sheets and comforter. The front desk said they would send someone right over, after a little over an hour we went down and retrieve the sheets ourselves. There was no comforters to give so we adjusted the temp to sleep with a flat sheet. Once we started changing the sheets we noticed just how dirty the bedding we were removing (makeup stains, red stains, also clear white sticky substance on the side,use your imagination) it was SO nasty. I have never seen anything like this. That was just the start, there are more concerns with this property of course but let's just say we will NOT be returning.

Stayed here before a bit disappointed with condition. Bed was comfortable and clean but bathroom needs to have the fixtures updated. Small staff.No one was at front desk when i arrived. It was early for check-in. Had to wait 20 minutes or so until someone showed up. It is an easy location for access to 64 E/W.

Was a great location for us to stay over night before traveling back home after a wedding in the area. Love everything about the room except the metal under the bed that was a little noisy when turning over and the boom when you hit it with your foot was super loud. Other wise was just right in every way.

I booked a 2 night stay. When we got there on the walk to the room I saw a tore up Mt. Dew can on the floor in front of the vending machine. It was there still when we checked out. When we first got there we weren't there long and left out. When we got back we tried to turn watch TV but it wasn't working. I picked up the phone up to call the front desk only for the phone not to work so I walked down to there and nobody was there but there was a sign on the counter with a phone number so I called it. I was standing there listening to the phone ring but nobody was answering. We ended up having to watch TV on our phones. The next day I was able to get someone to fix both the phone and the TV but when I asked what sort of compensation i would receive for the inconvenience I was told nothing. I do not recommend.

The hotel was nice. There was a disconnect due to a language barrier when checking in. It was difficult to understand that I was being charged a deposit at time of checking and what it was for. This inability to understand each other\'s questions became an irritation. The room was clean and spacious. The water pressure from the shower was horrible. Additionally, there is a metal bed skirt around the metal frame of the bed. There also appeared to be metal "planks" under the mattress that didn\'t seem to be tightly fastened. This caused every movement on the bed to create a metal to metal clanking and vibration sound, which was quite disturbing.

Called and called to get reservation modified on wed for Friday check in. Wanted to check out a day early was told by management that they would honor it over the phone . Then told by you all that he denied. Was told that management was not on duty( smh management was there the entire time ). Keys never worked for rooms. Had to keep going to get new ones. Peer around the bottom of toilet. Sink broke and glued back together ( the entire front lip). Hair in tub ( very long)

Stayed here before a bit disappointed with condition. Bed was comfortable and clean but bathroom needs to have the fixtures updated. Small staff.No one was at front desk when i arrived. Poorly managed property: No one at the front desk. The front desk employee's children running around the lobby. The breakfast area was filthy and had nothing but cereal and a waffle. The window would not latch (first floor) so anyone could open it from the outside. Paid in advance but was charged hidden fees upon check in

Do not stay here! We had a terrible stay and indeed switched to a Best Western near by. Dirty, no service at all, cold laminate flooring. We had to ask for towels and for our floor to be cleaned after no service for four days. The receptionist had us follow him to hand us towels; the floor was never cleaned. The breakfast was non-existant: two cereal options or a waffle. It was impossible to sit at a table as the tables are all counter-height with table-height chairs. The worst part was that the receptionists were living in the room opposite and talked loudly on phones up and down the corridor each night between 11.26pm and 1.30am. When we asked them to stop, they tried to blame it on the stairwell next to us. But we had watched them walk up and down the corridor so we knew it was the two of them. Finally, after everything, they charged us an extra $5 per night for service. Service for what???!!! We had no service at all

Was a great location for us to stay over night before traveling back home after a wedding in the area. Love everything about the room except the metal under the bed that was a little noisy when turning over and the boom when you hit it with your foot was super loud. Other wise was just right in every way.

The price is great for what you get. Facility is outdated as whole but with my kids it was a great sleep and a relaxing time for us in our room. Plus there’s close things to do. A 5 below run some great food in the area. Front desk is also really sweet!

There was a big group of people staying at the hotel. We’re in the front lawn, smoking marijuana, and drinking alcohol. The front desk attendant knew about it, but didn’t do anything. This went on for hours. Also playing lounge music floors were sticky and not clean. Also, the breakfast was very limited and the coffee tasted horrible.

I really wanted to like this property. Checkin was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and smelled new, but that is where my positives end. The room seems newly refurbished, yet there was a soft crackly static sound from the fire-alarm randomly throughout our stay. Not enough to alarm but enough to annoy. I booked this because it had a nice indoor pool, but it’s only nice if it’s heated and clean. My daughter slipped on the tiles around (she’s fine) but it was absolutely freezing. The final straw was the breakfast area. When we got there it was filthy and sparse. The waffle machine and >one< apple were available. No toast/bagels/muffins. Cereal was stale. When the person came to refill he brought more apples and was touching the food after touching the trash without washing their hands. The syrup was sour. We disgustedly left and got breakfast elsewhere. We definitely won’t be coming back
