This was the most disgusting hotel ever. The office manager could not be bothered to check us in when we arrived at 2:30am after driving all night. We called in advance to confirm this was okay and they agreed. She took over two hours to come to the office to check us in. The room was not what we booked. When we entered it around 4:30am, it had been recently smoked in, not just cigarettes. It smelled of elicit drugs, the microwave was still hot, and the bathroom smelled rancid. The dresser had ash on it. The floor had dirts, trash and eaten sunflower seeds. We slept in our car in the parking lot because this room was uninhabitable. They also refused to refund our payment for other rooms we had for kids traveling for a team competition. Homeless people were lurking outside day and night. This place is filthy and unsafe. Stay away. We are still trying to get our money back because the rest of our party also all checked out without staying the whole time.

I should have known due to the price that this hotel would not be great. To start off, when i checked, the front desk clerk didn't realize that i had already booked the room on Hotels.com. He seemed like he was new and the only way I figured that he had no idea of my booking was because the tablet that he used said "Walk in" rather than "Expedia". Some guy, who im guessing was the manager came from the back several times to assist the employee. They finally assigned me a room and when i went to check it out either someone was staying there or the room was never cleaned. This was 10:30-10:45 pm. I went to complain and they gave me a new room. This room was clean-ish but in need of a deep clean and a upgrade. The tv took several minutes to boot up and actual move from a tv guide page. I dont see myself coming back. At this point, this was just a place to lay my head overnight.

This was absolutely the most disgusting and horrible hotel that I’ve been to. They had roaches all around the hotel. In the room, the roaches would come out it was so disgusting and there were roaches in the fridge and the bathtub when I walked in. When I walked into my room, there was no toilet paper, and it smelled of cigarettes, even though I had a smoke-free room. If you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would recommend getting a disinfectant to clean everything. You would not believe how many roaches came out when I sprayed the room. There was a lot of noise going around on the outside of the hotel . But if you’re looking for something cheap with a fridge stove and you do not mind Rochelle and her mini roach babies, then this is the place for you.

This property is more for those looking for super cheap housing versus a stay overnight. The walkways were filthy, the room floor was sticky, the mattress cover was brown, and we had to ask for pillows. I saw every hour of the night worried about the area. Was someone coming in? I will pay double elsewhere to not be worried about my safety. The only positive was the friendliness of the one staffer.

The room was nothing like the picture online. There was no coffee maker, no dishes, and worst of all no table and no chairs! I had to open the ironing board just to have a place to put my suitcase! The kitchen outlet was black where it had burned. The toilet seat was broken. The kitchen handle was just hanging on. The curtains were halfway off the rod. The crack in the door was large enough for bugs to come in. Very old and smelled terrible. I had to go buy air freshener just to be able to stay there. When we checked in, there was a note that said out to lunch be back in 30 minutes. No seats to sit in and wait. Breakfast was a breakfast bar but when we went to get one, the door was locked with a sign be back in 30 minutes gone to lunch! Will not stay there again.

The hotel manager was yelling outside at 6:00 am on a Sunday morning. Of course, both of us were awakened. Guests played TV loud - all night long. Seems like that's how they sleep. Debris and filth in the stairwell. Smelled like pee. The room came with a stove, fridge, microwave and sink but absolutely no kitchen tools. There were two plastic cups. No coffee cups. The bed was comfortable enough and the room clean enough.

Remove this hotel from your platform. Our room smelled like cat urine and was confirmed that a woman with cat was living in it for 3 weeks prior to our visit and trashed the room

It was pretty average. The bed was terrible. It was way to hard. There was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast and they had none. The price was fair. It had a kitchenette, so we were able to do some cooking.

This place has gone downhill. If you can stay somewhere else then please do. They no longer provide cooking equipment and you have to pay for it. Not sure if you keep it or “rent” it.

It was very comfortable for what it was definitely a nice room to rest your head at when traveling for a little while. Not to modern but had everything you need to cook rest shower and even watch tv.

The TV didn't work and the main office isn't open after dark. Air conditioner was really loud and they don't keep utensils or pots and pans but have a whole kitchen. Beds like the 100 dollar metal frames.

Room did not look like the pics. Had carpet in half the room , however shows like a laminate flooring on the web site. Entry door did not have proper weather seal around it. When the person that was parked in front of the room started his truck up the fumes came into the room. Shower had poor hot water and poor water pressure. Shower shows fancy attachments, however they do not work. No coffee maker in the rooms, if you wanted clean towel you had to pay for them. When checking in you get the rules. It was like prison and not a vacation. Horrible place. I would like a refund.

The staff had turned my AC on full before I checked in. I WAS SO GRATEFUL!!! I probably won’t choose this property again because. I felt the unsafe. There were lots of people milling around the property who did not look like they were clients. Seriously -I thot there could be some dealing going on

I did not realize until I arrived that all of the rooms are accessed from the outside. The room was somewhat clean but everything in the room was cheap. The suitcase rack fell down, the bathroom towel rack fell off, the shower had the plug and metal piece missing to take a bath. The towels were barely more than rags. I was never approached but there were many people walking around that were rough-looking. When I first asked for more washcloths I was told to bring the dirty ones down to be replaced. When I did so the next day, a much nicer man gave me enough to get through the stay. Shower controls were hard to figure out. Hot and cold were not as indicated. Overall, not a good place for a woman alone.
