The tv didn't work.He came in to fix it as soon as we turned the channel it went back out no tv .

I came from out of town for work and booked a three-day stay. I was unaware that missing the first day would result in forfeiting the entire reservation. Instead of any understanding or attempt to assist, I was treated with rudeness and a complete lack of empathy. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had

Room was severely negletcted (#120) Dirty floors, no toilet paper holder, Trun patched remote didnt work. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Bed spread dirty. But... matteress comfortable.
