I stayed in room 75. The room was comfortable but the bathtub had what seemed like mold on the floor, the carpet was also quite dirty. On the other hand, the staff was very kind, Internet worked well, breakfast was available from 6 am and that was nice (fruits, cereal, coffee, English muffins, waffles and a variety of pastries to take on the go). The laundry was out of service.

The property was clearly outdated and is currently undergoing some painting. This will help. The room is tired. The bedspreads did not seem clean and there were what looked like cigarette burns in one. The room could be improved by the addition of a microwave and small fridge. I was there for 4 nights and that would have been helpful. I asked for no service the first morning, as we had gotten in late the night before. Maybe they misunderstood, but I got no service the entire time I was there and I really didn't have the energy to go and ask for it. I just let it go. The location was quite convenient for my needs.

The location is very easy to access close enough to restaurants and other necessities nearby in White River junction. The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. The building itself needs some maintenance in terms of structural and cosmetic attention. The room was clean the bed was comfortable and the other guests were respectful. I enjoyed meeting a resident and his service animal and I am returning to spend time with them again.

Lobby and breakfast room have definitely been remodeled but our room infrastructure was gross. A graduation weekend so we paid +$225 / night for a room that should’ve been $75, if that, given its condition. Decent towels, nice pillows, fridge and microwave but stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, rusty smoke detector, overused mattress, paper thin blanket and spread, no bathroom hooks or towels racks, terrible musty stinky feet smell.

Worst hotel i ever stayed in. Door to the room was hard to open. When i did get in and closed the door the jamb pushed out of the opening it was so rotted. There was a gap at the top of the door of an inch to the out side. Window had expanded foam to fill a large gap. Inside of bathroom door looked as if an animal tried to chew its way out. And last of all the sheets were dirty!!!

We saw the poor quality of the room and checked out. It was disgusting. There were stains on the rug and the furniture. The bathroom floor looked like nobody ever cleaned around the edges. The HVAC filters have never been vacuumed and we're spewing dust. The overall condition was worn out and smelly. The passageways reeked of pot. This is among the worst hotels I've been to.

We had no problem getting our room the check in was easy and staff was nice. The hotel itself needs work - a lot of work and updating. The exit sign outside of our door was hanging by wires and low enough to hit us in the head when we came up the stairs to our room. The compressor in our a/c unit would clunk then sound like a freight train when it turned on then it would emit a loud clunk again when it would turn off. There is a lot of loud traffic going by all weekend and very questionable people sort of hanging around behind the property. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but were told it was available each morning along with coffee and tea 24/7. The wi-fi worked well. This hotel just really needs a good overhaul to make it safe and comfortable.

The beds were just fine. Sleep was ok, aside from the very loud road noise. Our door didn't close properly so sound poured through the gaps. If people were walking by talking we could hear every word. The room is dated and in need or repair. The bathroom was somewhat dirty (hairs on the floor). The staff were fantastic though - very nice people.

Very convenient to the VA hospital just across the street. TV remote didn't work received a new one, remote then worked, but tv kept freezing up as you watched it. Got to the point could not watch TV at all.

Receptionist was very friendly. The hotel was very outdated. Ripped furniture in the room, broken light fixtures, ripped shower curtain. Paint and wallpaper peeling up. The carpets and stairwells in the halls were very dirty. Very apparent they do not put any money into upkeep or updates. Extremely low budget hotel. Bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean. I was only staying for 1 overnight to break up my drive, would not stay any longer if I were looking for comfort or amenities. Seemed to be a popular place for out of town workers, was noisy early in the morning.

Very clean and spacious room. Bed was a goodness firmness with lots of fluffy pillows. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Loved the absorbent towels too. The grounds are well-maintained and open. Quiet was greatly appreciated. Kelly, our host, was very friendly and kind. Really appreciated her assistance. Breakfast is adequate for our needs and the coffee is delightful, especially in this cool weather.

The room was adequate for an overnight stay. There was an issue with the toilet when we arrived-it was clogged and didn’t flush. I called the desk and asked for the toilet to be checked out. They gave me a plunger and I had to do it myself. To say the least, I was not impressed.

The motel is easy access from the highway and fairly close to restaurants and shopping. We stayed here for close access to the Dartmouth Coach bus terminal (about 5 minute-8 minute drive). The simple buffet breakfast was nice to have available.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, although to fit two average Americans in one of those "double" beds would be a really tight squeeze. The breakfast (served from 6:00 to 10:00) was satisfactory, with waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and fresh fruit (no meat or eggs). The main drawback with the room is no fridge or microwave. I'd say in general it was okay for an economy motel but if you're staying more than one night I might look for a slightly better (read more expensive) option.

My husband and i spent an overnite on our way to the Cape. The bed was not great...the pillows need replacing. The food selection was very poor. The hotel definitely needs some love and an upgrade. The staff were friendly and pleasent. Internet worked if you needed it. It was well located yo the highway. We were only tgere to dleep so it did the job.
