During our stay there were some teens jumping off the furniture at the indoor pool. It would have been nice to have a camera in there that staff monitor to ensure safety. Also, there were many bees and gnats at the outdoor pool. Otherwise, we loved our stay here. It was a great location with beautiful lake access.

Went with a few other families and it was very nice. Location is gorgeous. Rooms are decent. Breakfast was the usual disappointment you expect from hotels like these. There are very few places to gather and hang out. Pool area closes at 10 and you’re limited to going in your room.

Loved the indoor pool although it was on the cool side even for the kids. The hot tubs weren’t very hot either that wasn’t great. My husband also had to plunge the toilet the entire trip. Really too bad because because with a few minor tweaks this property could be amazing especially for the winter rate. Never the less the kids still had a great time sledding and swimming. I would consider going back try to see if there were any improvements with the plumbing, heated pool and hot tubs.

Great location, awesome beach, clean room, multiple pools, balcony with a view! We stayed Thursday- Saturday. Parking in the evening was tough on Friday because the hotel was fully booked, other than that, no complaints!

We really enjoyed staying here, the staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms was spacious, clean and perfect for our needs! Breakfast is simple, but efficient. The outdoor pool & hot tub were great! Not too crowded so we could really enjoy our time. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Located in amazing area next to lake. Complex is large with beautifully maintained flower gardens and barbecue / picnic areas. Rooms have been semi-updated but are SPOTLESS. Personally I did not fine the beds super comfy (ie they were very firm) but I have a finicky back . Will definitely stay again …

The bathroom wasn't clean. There was mold around the tub and dead bugs near the drain. There was hair in the tile floor too. I mentioned this to the people at the front desk and they seemed ambivalent. If I stay there again and I find the same lack of cleanliness, I will definitely ask for a different room. For the amount they charge for one night, I would expect better.

The property is not well maintained and quite rundown. Regularly no towels at either pool, litter and trash sitting in the same areas for the entire week we were there. We were warned of a gnat infestation with a letter in our room, and they were not lying. Woke up to hundreds, if not thousands of dead gnats on every surface of the bathroom and in our towels each morning. I would clean them up the best I could early each day so that I and the kids were not walking on dead gnats in the bathroom as we got ready to start the day. I let the front desk know of the problem and they did little to help clean things up forcing me to buy my own cleaning supplies. The place is basically on the lake, so that’s the good news.

Very nice place in general, the view of the lake was beautiful and the grounds were nicely kept, but the couch bed was terribly uncomfortable. Blankets were old and substandard. Air conditioners were loud and did not keep up.

Lakeside Lodge was so close to the water, giving us a beautiful view from our room! Our room looked exactly like it did online when I reserved it. It was so open and comfortable, and we had a great view of the Lake! I plan to stay here again soon.

We booked trough Expedia room for 6 people, 7 days in advance. When we arrived and tried to check in they said the room we booked isn’t available, and mistake been made by third party which is Expedia , how it’s happened I have no idea, it’s happened first time in my life when Expedia selling not available product. So they gave us smaller room, with one bed instead of two beds , they didn’t give any deference in price for room I got! they said only manager can do that and he’s coming on Monday, we staying Friday-Sunday. So we didn’t get what we booked, we didn’t get any rebate for worst room we got. 6 people had to stay in that room! Also if you planning come with boat it’s will be nightmare to find parking spot, people visiting neighbor park and used all long way parking spots, had to park boat 5 minutes away no secured parking and pay for it $20.

The hotel is very charming and being on the lakeside, it is very upscale feeling but nicely removed from the busy feel of the town. Room was very clean and freshly renovated. Nice to be able to pull your car up to your door but still feel like a resort and not a motel.staff was very friendly and helpful.

The front desk lady was rude. I paid for a room with 2 queen size beds. They were not queen size beds. They were full size beds. I have a queen at home. I brought it up to the front desk and informed me I was wrong. Told me “literally that’s a queen size bed”. And also asked me if I was sure I had a queen size bed at home. Um yeah, I’m pretty sure I know what size bed I have in my home! Beautiful views and grounds but terrible customer service and rude staff.

Mark and Henry were absolutely amazing. Incredibly hospitable and had the most amazing energy after we had a long drive. They were the refreshment we needed! Check in and out was so easy and seamless. We will absolutely stay here again without a doubt.

Some kids were running around and making noice in other rooms. The guy in charge knocked at my door and accused me of it and was very rude. I told him the noise was not from my room, and he rudely insisted it was from my room. While the noise continued to happen, even disturbing us.

We love staying at the Lakeside lodge. When we arrived we got locked out of our room. Tom was walking by and opened the door for us. He was so kind. When checking out i booked some future dates. Courtney was so amazing with her knowledge and help. Cant wait for our next!

As the name suggests, the building is beside Lake Chelan. Our suite was very nice and well equipped and view of the lake from our room and access to the lakeshore park made the stay extra enjoyable.The breakfast room took advantage of the view as well.

The property was great and well kept. The only problem was with the complementary breakfast venue. It was held in a rather small lobby instead of the normal breakfast room because the normal room was reserved for a conference. The lobby was not designed for breakfast. It had no tables and chairs, but only a coffee table in front of a couch. The hotel is large with hundreds of rooms. We expected the lobby to be much more crowded for breakfast than it was because most people carried their breakfasts to their rooms. Nevertheless, the lack of a good breakfast venue was a disappointment. If a good breakfast venue is important to you, I recommend checking whether a conference is scheduled when you plan your stay.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel and grounds are beautifully landscaped with lots of flowers and well maintained. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast area was very big with inside and outside sitting with a nice park and lake view. The breakfast had lots of choices and was excellent.

I always enjoy my stay here when I'm in town for work. The rooms are always clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a great property to bring my dog to because of the beautiful and expansive lawn and beach. Breakfast is a bit bland but there is a good selection of food available.

This place is great. We went for Spring Break and I would definitely recommend that time instead of summer when it’s packed. We enjoyed our stay here so much. It’s a big room, clean, and the service is great. We asked for lake side view and we got that. Our plus will always be breakfast because of the waffles. Everything is nearby and we loved that it was not in the downtown area. The park and beach area was less than a 5 minute walk and the there is an indoor and outdoor pool 😊
