The staff at the Apple Inn was incredibly friendly. Room was very clean. Staff helped me in a pinch to know where dining options were in Chelan and I wound up having a fantastic dinner downtown. Two areas of opportunity for improvement: parking and room temperature. I was driving an extended cab F-150, which was difficult to drive in the parking lot, and parking can fill up quickly. I had to park far away from my room when I returned from dinner. The room was warm. The air conditioning didn't quite offset the warm outside temperatures.

This property is fair, don’t go there for the pool or hot tub. Both did not seem clean. Also view from pool was a garage next door full of crap (very unattractive). No elevator which was not ideal for the elderly. Room smelled awful upon arrival but clean. We went and bought room freshener at Walmart for both the bathroom and main room. Lastly, as we were leaving and checking for our belongings, we noticed “rat trap” under bed. Thankfully nothing in it. The positives are minimal but do need to mention that staff attentive to our needs. We were having trouble with out TV getting online and they fixed it the next morning without any hassle. We arrived late in the day and they did try right away but needed maintenance, which had already left. Overall, the price was definitely not worth it. This is definitely a motel and not a hotel!

It’s an old motel desperately in need of renovation. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but the carpet looked soiled and dirty. The fan and the light in the bathroom had only one switch to turn on with a very noisy fan.

We were looking for an economical room in the Chelan WA area and found this hotel. It was about 1/2 mile from the main downtown area which was great, easy walk to all the spots we needed to get to. The room was spotless and newly remodeled. Bed was comfortable and it had a huge big screen tv which was unexpected. The front desk people were friendly and pleasant. I've stayed at hotels in this area that cost 3 times the amount and this one stacks up nicely to those. We think this will be our new go to hotel for future visits to this area.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Very adequate for my needs while I attend a conference at Campbell's. The lighting is great and I appreciate having a desk. The desk chair does not adjust; but perhaps I'm not operating it properly. Bed is wonderfully comfy and the shower has plenty of hot water. Thanks so much!

Courteous staff. Room much better than expected. But what does that mean? It's clean. It's fresh. It's quiet. There are good amenities. It just isn't fancy. But it's fancy enough. I would highly recommend.

This is a two story cinderblock building adjacent the highway. Traffic noise is easily heard in the unit. The room had been recently remodeled and looked nice and it was a decent size. The towels looked nearly new and there were a stack of all sizes which we appreciated. But no where to hang them. The bathroom was remodeled as well with a shower head high enough for my 6’ height. The bed was not comfortable causing a sore back. The microwave was a dinosaur and difficult to operate. The mini fridge froze our fruit and milk despite it being set on the lowest setting. They still had the old fashioned coffee maker rather than a Keurig. No streaming services or HBO etc on the TV. For what I paid, I was expecting a better experience.

Decent value for the price. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear the people above us. The bathroom fan was loud and we had no ability to turn on just the light and no fan. Air conditioning was very loud. Otherwise no issues and it was as expected—a fair value hotel away from the lake.

I found the staff rude and no compassionate. I became ill before my stay, and had to cancel. I gave a 30 hour notice..but because it was not 48 hours, I had to pay for my room anyway, even thought I did not test postiive for Covid until 30 hours before my stay, therefore having to cancel my trip.

The clerk Patti was very friendly and helpful fixing both our TV's so they would work even as she was getting off work. the chairs for the table were missing the bottoms so they really screeched every time you moved them. They need new bottoms.
