There is construction right in front of it. Noises all night and day. Ants inside the room. They weee remodeling the front sidewalk and roped it off an I had to walk around. Ice machine was broken.

The place is old and decaying. Teeny bugs near all the plumbing, a few ants in the room, stale cigarette smoke permeating the walls, we had to switch rooms and I still woke up headachey from the combination of strong cleaning chemicals and old smoke. Bed and linens seemed clean… cheap foam mattresses aren’t very firm and they radiate a lot of heat. Just not a pleasant experience. Nice front desk guy but awful place to stay. Also, fwiw Edmonds is NOT “north Seattle” it’s 20-45 minutes north of Seattle depending on traffic.

We had ants in our room, even though we did not have food out. Also recommend they include more healthy items for breakfast choices. Adding whole grain bagels, low sugar cereal choices and bigger variety of fruit would go a long way without adding a lot of extra effort or cost.

The room was clean overall, but furniture was very dirty - stains everywhere, and some of the cushions were torn with stuffing and foam coming out. The bedding was clean, however, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great pressure.

We chose this property for the price and for its close proximity to the family pancake house (a must go to restaurant!!!) the place had several items left in it from the last guests, and there were so many bugs coming out of the sink, which was really gross. Our stay was fine, but the cleanliness (mostly bugs) was off putting.

The room was so dirty. Only 1 wall outlets work for the room. The phone and tv didn't work. I found long black curly hair in the bed and pillows also on the ironing board. The bathroom had mold on the wall and exposed wires. Also the room had a horrible smell like bad meat and fabulosa smell. The front desk didn't want to move us to a new room and his EXACT words "if you don't like your room you can leave" with NO refund

Annoying metal sheet bed frames that sound like movie pictures thunder effects. Fun to wake up to at 3 am when ur kid goes to the restroom and accidently kicks it. The fridge is set at room tempature, the a/c kicks on randomly and blows at the tempature of a box fan. The windows had zero installation sowhen someone would walk past we could hear them as if they were in the room. Very creepy and hard to sleep comfortably.

I signed up to pay for my stay at the hotel when I arrived. They charged my credit card that i used for the holding the reservation before i was even in seattle. Then they wanted my card when I arrived to charge it again for the room.

When we arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk to greet us we had to wait 15 minutes until someone showed up. Once we got into our room I found a silver fish on the bed and a wad of hair seems like they didn’t change the sheets. The floors creaked and every time someone walked outside the whole floor shook. Small room. Water from tub drained super slow. Room smelled like smoke. Will not recommend or return.

Although Aurora is known for not the greatest areas once you get north of the bus terminal & into Edmonds, and you're in the next County where this hotel is, few blocks, it really cleans up and it was a quiet great place I will definitely be back.... professional and nice hotel staff and managers the room felt literally new because the floors were new and I think even the beds and all the sheets were new there was a blow dryer a microwave a mini fridge a television a blow dryer .. it was just everything you could expect it did not even seem like an economy hotel and parking was simple.... another great perk is diagonally across the street there is a Safeway grocery store and in the same exact parking lot area there is a teriyaki fast food restaurant which was good,too!!! The other people staying there were typical Travelers and workers just passing through with their truck or whatever it was not strange Riff Raff which you can find a few blocks away, but this place was like a Hidden Gem!! Ill be back!!

Property was way better than I thought it would be for the price. There are a lot of good places to eat within walking distance and they were very accommodating when we needed to stay a little longer to wait for our ride.

Super clean, nice staff. There were a lot of escorts in the area and they were going in and out of the rooms all night long so that was annoying. Beds were super comfy, huge bathrooms. They have room service which was super cool. Right next to a 24 hour subway which was awesome, there was also a Denny’s just down the street.
