All in all, it was a good stay. The only thing, they advertised a gym but the gym was broken. All cardio machines were broken and there was no maintenance person on site at the time to fix it. Part of the reason why I chose this hotel was because they had a gym.

The check in was great, however was disappointed to find out both the pool and the hot tub were closed for renovation. We only ever stay at a hotel with a pool and hot tub so this was a large inconvenience for us. The room itself had a large comfortable bet and a tub with jets, however, the water temperature for the showers was only luke warm and sometimes cold in the morning and not near warm enough to use the tube with the jets (which we were hoping was our compromise to the no hot tub). The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

The hotel is run down. During my stay they hot tub was out of commission for a few days, the pool was out for a day and the elevators were out for a portion of a day.

Property was very run down and not clean. Carpeting filthy and stained. Gym smelled badly of mildew. Hot tub was out of order but pool was OK. No central AC in the common areas including lobby and hallways so it was very warm. The bathroom fan and door handle were broken in our room. Front desk staff were courteous but they obviously are short staffed. All the furniture is worn and stained. Free breakfast was adequate, no complaints about the food. The pictures shown online are misleading because the entire property is pretty shabby.

I choose this hotel, because it says online that they have gym, pool and jaccuzi. Pool is cold, jaccuzi is broken gym......just called gym, none of the machines are working. Request cleaning, nobody showed up. Too expensive for that kind of service.

This place is disgustingly filthy. Starting with food and debris on the floor of the lobby and the horrible foul smell throughout the building. The front desk lady was not welcoming and almost felt confrontational. Our room was also gross. The curtains were shredded with broken hooks making them not close all the way which was awful because the streetlights shined in all night and then the sun at 4 am. The bathroom had pee on the toilet with public hair all over when we arrived and again the smell was almost unbearable. To say I will be going home and burning my clothes after that stay is an understatement. By far the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and not worth a dime.

Was given the wrong room (king bed vs. two queens) with two adults and four children. The guy at the front desk told me my reservation came across from Expedia as a king bed reservation, which is wrong and confirmed with my itinerary email from Expedia. He said they were sold out so nothing he could do. The room was GROSS. There was a pull out bed, but it couldn't be slept on due to other peoples hair (head and pubic) on the bed, blood stains on the sheets, and feminine hygiene pad under the pull out couch. The bathroom was not clean. We ended up going and BUYING sheets to put on the bed for the kids and us to sleep on. The breakfast area, not clean. Definitely not recommending this hotel.

While the staff were pleasant and professional, the room was rather run-down. Closet was missing door for one half, desk chair was looking very old and tattered, and bathroom mirror was significantly scratched and old. One set of cabinets were completely missing any sort of handles such that the space was only usable as a countertop.

I paid a premium price for a below average room that was obviously rundown and needed some "fixing up." The first room they gave us obviously had a VERY worn out mattress that looked like a 500 pound person had been sleeping in it. I insisted on a different room, which I did not realize until around 10 pm, that it was right next to a major sewer pipe and every flushing toilet or water exit made an extreme noise that made it impossible to get any amount of sleep!! A few low carb fresh options at the breakfast would have been nice also. Same breakfast over the days is not appetizing.

Looked for a place kind of between Seattle and Port Angeles. Was a tucked away. Plenty of room and the beds were so comfortable. Wi-Fi didn’t connect well but was told maybe because of Verizon. Breakfast was pretty good. About 20 minutes to airport and 30 minutes to the Pike Place market.

This property is close to the Federal Way Downtown Transit Center which makes it easy to get to the property by bus from SeaTac airport. The room was nice, quiet, close to shopping and dining, and I felt comfortable at night walking around the property, much better than my stay in the Tacoma Dome area. My experience was so good, I've already made reservations at the same property for next month.

Asked staff for an ice bucket 3 times before they handed over some sort of bucket that was not an ice bucket. When asked the 2nd time, front desk said he would bring one if he could find one and never followed up. Room had no trash bin. When extended stay, asked the front desk for new sheets and never got any. Saw housekeeping and asked for sheets, but she said the people that had them went home for the day. Fan in bathroom was broken.

I have never checked in a place and decided within 15 mins there we were not staying. The main entrance doors are unlocked and wide open for anyone to enter. The front desk staff member was so distracted by his phone he didn’t notice us entering and trying to check in. During check in, he answered a personal call and stayed on that call the entire check in process. Checked us in, we went to find parking which is very limited, non lit areas, and unsafe. Came back and went to our room, the door key did not work so had to go back downstairs to get it set up. The elevators don’t have any kind of safety feature as far who can enter and go to which floor. Once we got a working key, we got in the room and the smell was very unpleasant. We instantly got on our phones and booked another hotel room and left.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Every employee I had dealings with went above and beyond to help me with whatever it was I needed. Especially Bobby the night manager - amazing. If I could give him 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough.

Good value, great location, comfortable beds. Location is close to everything but there are homeless people in the parking lot and feels unsafe at night and early am. Rooms are ok nothing impressive but comfortable. Front door felt unsafe because there was a big gap and the door lock was loose. There were lots of families with kids staying and we liked that.

Nice place to stay in suburban Seattle/Tacoma area, in Federal Way, since I didn't want to be in downtown Seattle due to extra cost for parking. And that Federal Way is halfway between Seattle and Tacoma. I wanted to be close to the Lemay and Flight museums. However, drive to and from Seattle was time consuming. It took over an hour due to constructions and rush hour traffic. Room was big, and with it being on the top floor the ceiling was vaulted creating a larger feel. Bed was very comfortable and I really enjoyed it. Everything about the room was clean. Included breakfast had hot and cold options. Plenty of food choices around and shopping options in the area. Be aware of unsavory characters in the bushes at the far end of the parking lot at night. Overall, I'm satisfied with the selection.

I liked the price and the walkable distance to food, shops, park, theater, etc. What I did not like was the hallways and stairs needed vacuuming. In our room something other than tape to transition tile and carpet. Drain plug for sink so the room is not smelly. Shower facet is on incorrectly you either get scalding hot or cold nothing in between. But we made due and it checked all the boxes for what we needed. Breakfast was good and there was always plenty, with a nice area to eat it. Thanks for the stay.

Overall property was dirty and trash was left on counter tops with drinks spilled on surfaces. Trash cans in main lobby and dining area were overflowing the whole weekend. During breakfast there were no forks to eat with. When staff was asked if they had any, the man turned and walked away. Several people during breakfast were complaining about lack of utensils and just overall not being happy with hotel.
