There was not enough parking or direction for alternative parking. We parked outside the restaurant. Was unsure if we would get towed.if it is hotel parking, signs would be nice. But we did get back late and maybe disnt see any signs? Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

There was nothing unique. They charge $8 for parking and when we returned from a wedding there was no parking in their lot and we were told to park at a neighboring business’ lot. I asked them to remove the parking charge - staff seemed surprised by the request.

Clean quiet room, modern ‘organic’ decor. I enjoyed the gym and Starbucks, there’s a good ramen place across the street. Convenient to SEATAC coming back from Mount Rainier and only half an hour to Pike Place and UWash.

No real housekeeping. Had towels dropped off once and they did not pick up shower cloths or anything. they have some "light" service with new towels and bed made but still stack of cloths in shower. No lotion. Nothing great about the stay or the amenitites. Should be 60-70 a night as its no better than those motels

The front desk staff was wonderful when we came down to let her know the first room had a horrible odor of cat pee. The second room also smelled of pee but not as bad and it was too late to move again. Rooms were old in the bathroom and seemed to be slightly redone in carpet and furniture but I think the beds may have been peed on probably the mattresses and that was not changed with the upgrades. Lobby also looked recently redone. Elevator ok and store was stocked. Very loud from traffic of the major highway next to building and it was clear the lady at front desk knew there had been recent car breakins

We had a wonderful weekend trip. The service was excellent and the hotel was great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub each day. The food and service at the bistro was great. It was quiet and safe. No complaints.

The property is well located, very very friendly staff, nice indoor pool. My one complaint or opinion is that the “restaurant/bar” is very much over sold. It was not as I expected from the website for the property. There are plenty of dining options close but the rate that I paid felt acceptable because I was lead to believe that there was a real restaurant and bar. To call what the property has as a restaurant and bar is an extreme overstatement of what it is.

Our room was clean and this is so close to the light rail. The Bistros food was ok, coffee I didn’t care for, the good thing is there are a lot of places to eat within walking distance. All in All it was a good stay. I will stay there again next year.
